OOC: Chris please don't rp either my or aust's warg riders. Sorry caladonn, is there anybody of note fighting at Osgiliath?

IC: Now Lurtz could see the dust clouod that the elves put up into the sky. He and his troops hurried up the wall, and then settled down to wait for anything that would come. They were protected, inside their holes, with a big block of stone in front of each. They were protected from above, the sides and the front.

Galadriel and Celeborn observed the host of Lurtz array itself along the defences of Osgiliath, and concluded that their force, despite being adept beyond the ken of orc-kind, would be slaughtered by the multitudes of Uruk Hai who marched to oppose them. Galadriel, however, the anger of 3 ages coursing her veins, percieved another route, and Celeborn, his mind attuned to the every fluctuation of Galadriels psyche, discerned her intentions, and bade the captains deploy the boats they held in reserve. The elves of the golden wood would infiltrate Osgiliath by night, and bring crimson death to those who would oppose the will of the firstborn.

OOC: I doubt that 15000 elves yet remained in middle earth by the war of the ring, nor that Cirdan would be capable of mustering them to his will, since he did not hold one of three. A figure of 1500 would be considerably more accurate.

OOC: Your going to kcik me to death? besides I still ahve a really long sword.

OOC: Just because his arms broke doesn't mean he can't use it, I knowq what a desperate man can do when he's hurt, just cause iot hurts doesn'rt stop them from attacking. I know, I've been hurt like that, you can still act.

OOC: I forgot about Saruman

IC: The army of ten-thousand Uruks marched across the plains of Rohan. Few were the riders they had encountered, and fewer still were those the army had left behind them. They neared the borders of Gonodor, and when they reached it, the armies the enemy had gathered around Osgiliath and Cair Andros would have to seriously consider what they would do about the marauding army behind them. Would they turn to get to Minas Tirith to defend it, or let themselves be caught front and back by orcs and Uruk-Hai and Easterlings, or would they let Minas Tirth be taken by the Uruks?

OOC: The population of elves in Middle-Earth at the time of the war of the ring would proably be 100,000 to 160,000 individuals. Also Lindon and the Grey Havens are the main population centers of elves in Middle-Earth.

OOC: The population of Orcs was about 600,000 at most, men had about 200,000 at most and there where about 6,000 in lorien and considrably less in Rivendale (1,000?) and even less in the Grey havens.

OOC: Lindon I also mentioned as an mustering place for my army as well as the Tower Hills though I fogot to include thinking them part of Lindon at the time. Also I cam upon an LOTR website saying that quite a few elves dwell in both the Grey Havens enough to make them cities and also that Rivendale is the largets Noldor city and one of the strongest Elven stronholds both in number of elves and elven powers left.

OOC: Zombies hehehe, Faramir is up on the wall, but he's not really anywhere near you, unfortunately.

IC: Minas Tirith, Gondor
Dareseth, Captain of the Tower Guard, was commanding Minas Tirith while Boromir and Faramir were away. In response to the elves, he said, "We thank you greatly for your assistance. We have just heard grave news of a mighty force of 10,000 Uruks marching from the north to attack us. Our forces are fighting in Osgiliath and Cair Andros; we cannot spare any to fight in the north also. I beg of you, confront these Uruks, and we will help as best we can."

Osgiliath, Gondor
The enemy trebuchets roared out, and some Gondorians fell, not to mention the ruined towers of the city. However, the Gondorians returned fire again, hoping to catch the Rhunic Warriors as they fled and destroy their trebuchets.

OOC: OK then, btw the elve's left were no where near the hundred-thousand mark. Try around 20,000 left in the whole of middle earth, it does have exact numbers in the indecies of the LotR
