It was morning, they needed to get to work, another city needed to go up before the middle of the afternoon, no more cliff cities though, this time they sought out a plateau, they tried to vary the sites of their cities as much as possible, that way visiting another city woulsd be a real change of pace, instead of a carbon copy of every other city.

The Eternals' driods immeidately upon seeing where the wanted the city began to build the city, but they this time listened to the commands of the Templars if they wanred any adjustments.

They gave detailed instructions, shaping the city to fit the eye of the Protoss, the rounded edges of the first city were cut away, leaving sharp angles, they were made in this way to differentiate even more between the cities of the Dark Templar, this city was also more sprawling that the vertically stacked cliff city, its great size and nature were pleasing to the Protoss world-view, and they were greatly satisfied with the work they had completed on this pace.

3 hours after noon, the second fleet arrived, disgorging the civilians and wariors who would populate this city, there would be only onew more city after this, a mighy enclave obn the vast plains, towering over the surrounding landscape, but they had many weeks to completre the final city, the last fleet was many light-years away from this place, and it would take time for them to get here.

The Eternals did not go amongst the inhabitants of the new city and they withdrew the driods upon the coming of the ships of the second waves of settlers instead each of their homes an Eternal jewel of magniffecent beauty and craftsmenship also of tremondous value.

After the building of them the Eternals come amongst them agian this time casting off their false guises and appeared in their beauty which was beyond measure of mortals and the light around was like that of the jewels. The Deatharon Civilians immediately went to work on a city for there population. The Raas did most of the construction effort. The Evon and Humans helped with there machines and supervising the Raas workers. Antaran Commander Vrosh over saw the construction via holo image. He decides to make the city like the ones Deatharon humans live in. The massive towers are the first to be constructed and after that the Shield Generators would be constructed to protect the city from heavy bombardment. This was common for most Deatharon cities.

The Raas are nearly done with the shield Generators and the Towers. The Humans and Evon prepare to build the Dome like structures that will house the population. The Marines have a large Command Complex and Barracks and Pont Singularity Cannons built to defend the city from attack.

The Droids are employed to build the Dome like houses of the Deatharon Civilians the shields Generators were given more power to support the vast shield that would defend the City, In case of orbital bombardment. The Raas eagerly start building the homes along side the Droids. When this was done they would start to work on Sensors and possiably a orbital space station for ships to come a go and resupply.

The driods rapidly built the domes and then they awaited their next assigment in the building of the new Deatharon settlement.

The Dark Templar was telling hs people of the wisdom of the Eternals when the word came, the third fleet was under attack, the colonists were being hit by pirates, and they would soon be defeated, their combatants had been overwhelmed by the pirate ambush and there was little that the few remaining Scouts could do to stop the attack, the colonists were calling for help, and help would not be slow in coming, there was a squadron of the newest ships from the Terran shipyards at New Gettysburg, Intercetors they called them, single pilot craft of great speed and maneuverability, capable of FTL travel, they would have to be enough to save the fleet.

Ten pilots were found quickly, and the ships were outfitted to the pilots preferences, a single Genesis class was mounted with Plasma cannons, Gatling Lasers, Tracking Tracer cannons, and a Phase Disruption Cannon, as well as 2 batteries of Parallax missiles, 1 of Fusion Torpedoes, and a single Doppleganger battery, the 4 Gravebane Interceptors were mounted similarly, minus the Gatling Lasers, the 5 Bloodpath Interceptors were mounted with simple Burst Laser batteries and Elerium Torpedoes, they were on the move, they would save their kin from the fools who would attack them in such a cowardly manner.

On the planet, the third city is under construction, its curved walls and spiked towers rising for many hundreds of feet above the jungle canopy.

The droids are put to work on the outer walls and the flowing spuires, while the Dark Templar probes complewted the inside work.

Inside the city an dissendant came out of nowhere with a blaster rifle at an Eternal and fired rapidly at him. To the attackers remorse the Eternal was unaffected entirely by it and in response to it the Eternal raised his hand and the dissendant floated into the ar susbended by a blue aura that did no harm to him.

The Marine Division heads out to kill the dissident. He has broken the Code of Iron.The attack on the Eternals was considered betrayal of the Empire's law which is considered treason in the Empire and the penality for that is death. The Enforcers were not yet here but they would arrive in the next transport wave.

OOC: Enforcers are the standard police force of the empire. The Code of Iron is responsable for keeping the Empire together. It states those that betray the Empire have to die. All Deatharon forces are required to full fill this policy.

The Eternal said to the marines," Nay, this man shall not be killed for this world is that of the Eternals and under our jurstiction and their shall never be murderer upon this world while our power lasts and we shall not allow his exctution while this world lasts while we respect your laws we cannot allow this death to happen."

The Marines reply, "This man is a traitor and he must die under Imperial law and code. Plus the fact he is an Imperial Citizen meaning that his fate falls under our jurstication of justice."

"Accordlingly he attacked me upon the world of the Eternal so techincally the Eternals would have juristcition of him, but he will not be allowed to be killed upon this or any other Eternal world as we prohibit the death penalty."

Vrosh replies, "The Eternal gave the traitor to the Marines as punishment and we did execute him on our space station in orbit which falls on Imperial jurisdiction."

"Yes, that was true, but the Eternal thought he would be given a fair trail yet it is ture that teh space station falls under the jurdiction of Deatharon. Yet from now I propose all crimes able to be subject of cpaital crimes have a trail if it occurs on this world."

Commander Vrosh replies, "The Empire will do this out of respect to the Eternals but even if the man had a trail he would have been found guility anyway."

Berenalai was enraptured, the Eternal to whom he spoke was beautiful beyond any reasoning, he knew he was stricken, and he knew it could never be, she was perfect, while he was a malformed Templar, not even worthy to be in her presence. But how culd he not, she was so perfect, he had to make her aware of how he felt. OOC: Theoretically..., they're alot like elves in that regard. The Matriarch is over a millenium I think, Zeratul is 700 odd years, so they can get on up there in age.
