A few things: Sorry, I know I asked for too many. I've whittled those down to a few suspects: the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Oman, Kiribati and the Northern Mariana Islands. And I checked these; unless there's something weird going on, nobody's claimed any of them.

Whittier--, I also have the Philippines, Mozambique, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. And I have the eastern part of Egypt, not the western part (I have all of Egypt east of the Nile, ND/UX has all of Egypt west of the Nile).
