Yes people. It is time for that Earth with the CE touch. Just in all the wrong places. A few rules:

The cooler you are. The more land you get. Yes people it's called favoritism. I shall try to avoid it and just a little warning. If I have no clue who you are......I'm not going to give you massive claims.

If you are an original RPer. You will be held in higher grace and probably receive that larger claim you were going for. Though I still want threads to see the massive sweeping invasions.

We're going to wait a little bit before the massive Empires stream in. Yes that means no massive claims right off the bat. However I will put them in a pending category for you.

If you are deleted because you have not been here for awhile then you have three days to contact me through MSN or email before I let someone else have it. If you are deleted because of bad behavior then your territory will be open to immediate invasion like you were never there.

I will not ban anyone from Earth 13 and 3 Quarters unless absolutely neccesary. In fact I hope to start a council that will supervise such activities. A bipartisan council. So yeah.....also someone can not be banned for something they did ICly. The means nuclear holocaust, genocide, and mass rape are permitted though someone's allies will probably kick your ass afterwards.

The reason I ask is because I plan to re-name Namibia South West Africa and unite it with South Africa, and then re-name Zimbabwe Southern Rhodesia, Zambia Northern Rhodesia, and Malawi Nyasaland, and merge Northern Rhodesia, Southern Rhodesia, and Nyasaland into the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland.

On a side note I'd like to more or less absorb the following islands, that way my little Island Empire doesn't have gaps in it: Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Palmyra Atoll, Jarvis Island, Christmas Island, Howland Island, Baker Island, Phoenix Islands, Cook Islands, Tokelau.

Though if you want, I'll roleplay conquoring these islands too. Each are about, on average, a few miles wide. So resistance may be on the weak side.

Currently, there are 300,000 + G6R Shock Troops Lithiuania, and 100,000 Polish Conscripts (also G6R's) in Latvia. Plus an estimated 1,000 paramilitaries are running amok in the region. Also, I'm trying to buy a nice strip of land on your coast, and everyone else is actually applauding G6R's actions - even offering him treaties and the like. Unless you want to Rp a government-in-exile, I suggest you claim something else.

Ok, RB, you've got massive snafu's stopping any effective resistance from South Africa, and their navy is bottled up. Break their front, and they've got nowhere to run - and I've got tanks and infantry in the eastern half ready to take out any remaining resistance.

After that, we can work on the deal playing out - and I'll not move until the transfers are complete.

Currently, we're using subterfuge to take eastern South Africa in concert with RoachBusters and will be aiding in the invasion of Namibia.

I don't think so. The vast majority of North Africa and West Africa is unclaimed.
