James spent a few hours looking over the SHADOW manifests, seeing what the problems could be stopped before they became true problems. As the time came up 0600, he found his body crying out for sleep, but his mind refused to allow him the rest just yet. He still had work to do.

A stiff drink of coffee later, and his mind cleared, and he was able to carry on his work. It would be another twenty-four hours until he would sleep.

By 1500, his work was finally done, and the assignments had been detailed to the operatives. SHADOW was so thin on the ground, it was difficult to work in complete teams anymore. Not until the numbers picked up could they go back into full operations. He took a swig of his latest cup of coffee, finishing it, before setting back for the Adminstrium. He arrived less than an hour later, and sat, with his rifle, on the steps leading to the main doors. Tired though he was, his hands were still steady, and he could hit a target at the other side of the square

Rhenna hasn't moved at all since the previous night, and she notices his approach. A slight probe lets her know of his condition, and she sends a slight, emotive message.

He would experience a powerful urge to go back home and get some sleep.

He smiled slightly, a tired one.

Would go home, but SHADOW are using it. I'll sleep here

Not right there, and NOW, James.

He nodded slightly,Never one to argue with my wife about this

He went inside, and beacuse he was under orders, lay down on one of the cots down there, and closed his eyes. The sleep and relief was instant

Rhenna still stands guard over the building.

"I think I'll take care of this as only I can." warfare said.

He sat in mid-air. He closed his eyes, and probed with his mind. Finding things he decided it was best if kept to himself, he cleared them away. He unsealed the bases, and repaired the broken and destroyed buildings. He then went to the communications tower, rebuilt it as it was before, then enhanced it by 50%. He made no effort to hide this. Warp storms became less of a problem. A detailed scroll explaining how to take care of the tower to mintain its new levels of performance materialized next to it. Warfare then concentrated, and sent out a feeling of peace and relaxation to every survivor on Snake Eater Prime.

A -- That's it, then.

As the others regain their lives, I will summon them...what condition is Bahamut in, by the way?

Cougar woke to feel refreshed, mostly thanks to his sleep, but also Warfare's spell. He sat on the cot, debating something with himself

Bahamut, fully refreshed by a good nights sleep, flies to rhenna's location.

"Rhenmet, thank you for helping me yesterday. You have earned my blessing." Bahamut says. He sends a wee little to spark of energy to Rhenna. Bahamut disappears. Rhenna has been granted the ability to launch an Atomic Fireball when in Half dragon form, all though it will take 1.5 times more effeort and energy than her normal acid attack. Rhenna will discover this fact the next time she goes to use an acid attack when in full dragon form.


Warfare looks at Anna.
"Oh, he's okay, nothing a good nights sleep didn't cure. He's returned to his Lair. When the time comes, use your second level teleport spell, unless you wish me to teleport everyone back.

Edit: Corrected my assumption about Rhenna using her full dragon form regularly.

OOC: Rhenna doesn't really use her full dragon form like...ever. It was once. She's generally just a half blood, at most.

IC:
A -- I'll take us back. I'll be able to use a regular teleportation spell, I know where I'm going.
Meanwhile, you have other work to do, so I'll let you get to that.

OOC: Fine, we'll say half-dragon form then.

IC: Warfare disappeared with a very audible pop.

Anna sent a message to Rhenna. "Udos sevir wun biu klew'kin."

Rhenna comes down off the top, assuming her Drow form. She seeks out James.

"Well, good morning. We're fixing to go back to Kaymiril...are you coming, or is there work you have to do here?"

He looked up,"My job here is done. They know their assignments. I'm going with you... if that's alright"

"Well, I don't have any objections. We have about forty-five minutes before we are supposed to meet Princess Anna, though."

He checked his watch,"Plenty of time. How are you?"

I'm okay. Glad to get off of the roof, though.

How long were you up there for? You were there when I left, and when I came back, and when I woke up*Puts an arm round her*You're very cold

She shrugs. "I was up there for maybe eighteen hours...and as to me being cold..." she shrugs again. "Racial hazard. I'd be even colder if I were full dragon."

He nodded,"I thought as much. Never felt you this cold before"

It'll pass.

He looked at her,"You look as if you haven't slept in days... longer than three to be sure. You sure you don't want to take a half-hour out?"

I'll make it. Just remind me to get some sleep tonight.

He smiled slightly,"No fear, I won't let you stay up all night"

He led her out to the steps, where he sat down in the warm sun,"Just think, not thirty-six hours ago I was fighting Fortune"

She leans back and closes her eyes, absorbing the sun.

"What's so odd about it? She wanted to trash your nation, and you were the best to deal with the situation.

When you've got history with someone, even if they are a maniac... it's a strange feeling, knowing you had to kill them

She turns her head and looks at him.

He noticed her looking at him,"Oh, that's right. I never told you about Fortune did I?"

He paused briefly, looking up at the sun, before looking back at her,"Where to begin... when I first entered the Acadmey. Basically, Fortune was my closest friend. *Looks at her* Never intimate, just so much closer than that. Until the end of SHADOW training. She was selected as an assasin, I went on to main operations. It became increasingly hard to keep in contact, and eventually she grew jealous of my success. She was a brilliant assasin, but never earned the recognition because she was an assasin. Jealously led to anger, and when we next met up, we had a major arguement. Didn't speak for five years, until Vamp turned up. Once I had to kill him, much as I hated doing it, Fortune was the next choice, and now she had a motive. She hated me with a passion, and until that final moment, she didn't realise what it meant. Her hatred stemmed the belief that I was trying to hurt her by killing Vamp. The lies fed into her by Dark Warfare and Death merely fuelled this belief. And thus came the Fortune you knew. At the very end though, she was the Fortune I knew and cared about... and I still had to finish the job. Still had to put that bullet in her brain."

She is silent for a moment.

"I am sorry. I know how hard it is to have to be the one to kill a friend."

He nodded,"Don't feel sorry for me. I had a job to do, and that was it. I'm a solider, I just do what I'm told. Todays friends could be tomorrows enemies."

That doesn't make it any easier.

Death was outraged. Fortune had failed him. The summons were defeated. The Omni-mental Feind was eaten alive by that damn sliver queen. Hatred burned him. He would destroy them all, even if it was the last thing he did. Even if warfare was on there side. He had seen this same battle so many times. This time, he would win. He would destroy them all. He got his surprise out of the extra diminsional space he had kept it in. The synthesis would work, it would have to work. He went to the chamber of calling. He called out to every evil creature and monster, to every undead and incorporeal creature, to those that kill for the fun of it, to the living, to those, that society outcast because they were murderes, theives, and every other lot you might find in the underbelly of any civilization. He called out to them, and spoke to them in their minds:

"Come to me, come fight for me , conquer those that have cast you out, cast you aside, defeat those that would kill you out of fear, help me, and I'll help you. Cooperate with me, and we'll reverse the rules, and destroy the Multi-verse, and remake it in our own image. we'll be the rulers instead of the others." Death said sweetly. He made them all see the image of the one being they wanted to destroy.
"Come to me, you know the way."Death said.

Large numbers of people accross creation from every nation began to migrate towards deaths temple, tempted, by his sweet empty promise. Monsters of all kinds head towards the temple. Hordes of Undead rise and answer his call.
The Demons of Hell arose as one and headed for the safety and protection of Death's temple. Death's Nightmare army had arisen. The Time had come, for the final conflict.

Such is life, period.

He moved closer to her, putting his arm round her waist,"We've got to get going, I think"

Yes, probably. *She stands up.* Princess Anna should be on the outskirts of the city now.

He nodded, and steered them the quickest route to the edge of the city. As the neared it, he shot a look over his shoulder,"Could be a while before I see this place again*gives her a kiss*It's worth it"

You can return to visit. *Kisses him back* And I'm glad you think it's worth it.

*Anna is waiting at the edge of the city, and teleports them back. Rhenna then takes herself and Cougar to Rendelmar. The day passes, and three more after that. As soon as the summons become available, Anna calls them*

The summons appear, and wonder why anna summoned them.

Anna's response: "I'd rather have summoned you far in advance than let Death get ahold of you again."

The nod their understanding.
Warfare appears.
"Come, gather your forces, the time has come. I have already sent my followers to Mille Mortis." warfare said.

Anna turns her head.

"Haldosir, are they ready?"

H -- From mage to warrior alike, Qu'essan.

"Then begin."

Haldosir strode over to the balcony, under which waited almost a million Kaymirilian mages, and about two million Kaymirilian soldiers. Nervim and Rildorath were already on Mille Mortis, looking after the troops Cougar had placed them in command of.

Heads turned as the legendary warmancer stood above them. As the silence fell, he spoke one word.

"Nin."

Silver class mages began teleporting the others to Mille Mortis. When the troops were there, Anna turned to Jyzumar.

"Would you teleport the rest of us?"

as Anna turns her head, she discovers she's already there.
"Five steps ahead of you." Jyzumar says.

The Wargods that agreed to help Warfare appear in there various fashions. Leviathan and Beldragos are there to keep them in line, and provide their own tactical support. The Wargods look surprised at Beldragos's presence, and realize they can't bicker and argue.

Death notices the presence and arrival of his enemies.
"Hehehe, like what I've done to the place? Its now a mountainous world instead of the swamp infested nightmare you once knew. HEHEHEHEHE!" Death laughed, his voice resounding all over the world.

"I MAY NOT HAVEA WOODSHED AVAILIBLE, BUT BY DMAN I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A WHOOPIN ANYWAYS." Warfare yelled. He stood atop the tallest nearby mountain. Death stood atop his temple. They were eye level, and watched each other for tricks.

In a voice no one, not even Death had heard Warfare use before, he said " Death is mine, and mine alone. I don't care who the rest of you fight, leave Death to me."

Death merely commanded "Destroy them, destroy them all." with a hearty Roar, the two Armies charged each other accross a really, really, really big valley and engaged.

OOC:Gotta go for a bit, Dinner time. Might I suggest that we get started, but leave the meat of it for tommorow with S.E.?

Anna summons Bahamut as they get there (she'd held off b/c Death couldn't summon him).

Haldosir is in command of Warfare's Warmancers, Rildoreth has half of the warriors, and Nervim has the mages. Anna is commanding the summons and the Kaymirilian army.

OOC: Naturally.

Costh began setting runes, glyphs, sigels and everyother symbol used in rune magicks as he prepared for the battles to come. He had shed the Wizards robes for the battlerobes of his order and had drawn his most deadly and powerful blade. He continued to draw runes and draw in power while awaiting the sign the battle had begun.

Rahegalhoff took a horn from his belt and sounded it. The Fist of Warfare had engaged the enemy. The battle, had begun.


OOC:The Fist of Warfare, The Paladins that follow Warfare. Rahegalhoff leads them.

Rildoreth leads his unit at the forefront of the battle, keeping an eye on his people and the enemy, to direct them.

Nervim uses the mages to attack magickally.

Haldosir uses his Warmancers to attack.

Anna looks at the summons.

"Take on Death's forces."

The summons vanish to near death's camp.

"Mirari, absorb the summons and their powers." Death orders.
The Mirari rolls over to the summons. They look at at it, it begins spinning. Bahamut launches an atomic fireball at it. it gets absorbed. The Mirari launches it at Shiva. Shiva dodges, but narrowly. The Fight between the summons and the Mirari rages, spreading chaos among Death's camp. Death teleports them all far away to the otherside of the planet to seal the confusion.


OOC: I'm going to spend most of tonight thinking up what all is going to happen.

*Anna is waiting at the edge of the city, and teleports them back. Rhenna then takes herself and Cougar to Rendelmar. The day passes, and three more after that. As soon as the summons become available, Anna calls them*

OOC: From what I can gather, C. Rn, and R are still in Rendelmar. So I'll go with what I know until you guys come on. I'll edit if I'm told something different

IC: As the days went by, Cougar spent long hours training, and even longer hours making sure the battle plans for the army were correct. Finally, after three days of indecipherable shorthand notes and diagrams, he had the plans ready.

As the commander of the army, he had split them down into four main divisions. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, each containing half a billion troops. Cougar would lead 1st, whilst Haldosir, Nevrim and Rildoreth would lead the 2nd. He gave them free reign to do what they saw fit concerning the sub-division. 3rd and 4th Divisions, under the command of various arch-mages and wizards, would maintain a defensive line near the gate. He just hoped his idea would work...


OOC: Alright, because you guys started, let us assume that the Rangers have already laid the minefield and all such stuff

I have no idea what is going on now. Take a couple days off for work and there are too many pages to read.

R to C -- The rest of the mages are already there. You are late.

I wasn't exactly kept up to date. But in any case, lets go

Renor teleports them both out, and they get there just as the carnage is beginning.

OOC: I would hug you Balrogga, but I'm not into that kinda thing

Cougar looked around him. Already, the stench of death was hanging in the air. He looked at Renor,"See you later"

Airborne Drow soldiers on Thalacks and Phoenixes fly over the forces of Death, raining down chaos on them. Rhenna has taken to wing as well, launching a variety of draconic and normal spells, or occasionally diving down low enough to spit acid. Once, she spat particularly powerfully, and was sent tumbling backwards through the air as an Atomic Fireball shot out of her mouth.
Interesting..., she thought when she pulled herself back up.

The army led by the three ancient drow generals was being led against Death's forces. The brigade led by Rildorath was attempting to force the nearest section back into a minefield, while Haldosir's were attacking from the front. Nervim's mages both attacked the enemy and cast supporting magick on the others in their army.

Mith, from the temporary hospital that had been set up, notices the Mirari chasing the summons. That is annoying.
Teleporting out, she casts a drain-energy spell on the Mirari. "Pick on someone your own size, why don't you?" She then looks at the summons. "Go. You are more useful fighting the enemy than you are running from this thing."

Cougar had managed to get to his men, mostly close-combat warriors such as himself, but with a fair percentage of mages among them. He rallied them, and as a single entity, they plunged into the midst of the fighting.

It was among the most intense fights he had ever expiernced, even against Kaelis Ra's demon hordes, and the undead armies of the Dragon King. His enemy was any number of races from across the many plains of existence, but it was all the same to him,Just another person who didn't know when to quit he thought, frying one from the inside with a Flame blast, before plunging his blade into another.

Leviathan was also involved in the fighting. Wielding dual obsidian blades, and jet black armour polished to a mirror sheen, he moved through the hordes of Death, his voice bellowing across the field of battle. His mere prescense was enough to rouse those disheartened by the fighting already, and he still had to keep an eye on the war-gods. He felt honoured to be working alongside BelDragos in this matter, for the Eldar God was so much more powerful. He was the youngest god there, but he felt accepted.

Costh, opened up with his magicks while slicing into the foe as he fought with Cougar's group, some of the spells he had set striking from the sky into the rear of Death's army as he activated them with a thought.

OOC: for Galvenore, here is the way things are.

Galvenore is among the mages, taking out his fair share of Hall spawn.
Beldragos is keeping the Wargods in check. They in turn are relaying information to the various commanders, and the major characters. (Our main characters.)
Kay's mages, I assume, are among the mages of their own class intermingles with my wizards and the Archwizards we met at the archwizards tower. the grey Archwizard is with Mith in the hospital.
Cougar is with Kay's legendary characters leading the forces in battle.
Costh is with the Rune mages and wizards.
Warfare is countering Death's spells.
There are thousands upon millions of slivers with Kay's air forces. As well as many all over the place on the ground. There is a very, very big hive mind set up if anyone wishes to tap into it. An overlord Sliver sits with the wargods relaying information to the slivers. A sliver can tell you alot. Coming up an another post, the first big enemy.

Death saw the destruction, and cast a powerful spell. A very large Metor was headed for the feild. All of a sudden warfare was in its path with a very big bat. He cast a spell, and the sound of lots of cheering could be heard.

"He readies himself, the meteor is coming on strong." A disembodied announcer says.

"He winds up, hits it, and it explodes into millions of monsters, ladies and gentlemen. Death is cheering wildly." The announcer says. Warfare casts a spell and the cheering and announcer stop.

The monsters come from a dense jungle world. They have millions of vine like tentacles, and a very big mouth. The breath on a group of mages. Every single one of them turn to stone. The monsters spread out, causing all of the following:
Stone
Confusion
Slow Death, only ten seconds to live!
poison
Berserk, can only fight physically.
Silence, cannot cast magicks of any kind.

Costh began firing drying spells, and a followed then up with fireballs at the plant monsters

N -- Haldosir, I remember these things.

R -- Oh, lovely. Shall we, gentlemen?

H -- Let's.

Nervim casts a large destructive spell on the monsters, which Haldosir and Rildoreth ride the edges of. Rildoreth charges in, slicing through monsters with his legendary blade, Elge. Haldosir's blade, Vlos, thrusts, enchantments blasting through multiple enemies at once.

Anna's directing the Kaymirilian warriors, but a little glowing fuzzball with wings goes and smashes hard into as many of Death's warriors as it can ((Remember Kestral?)), and ribbons of light slice through others.

Cougar stopped in his tracks,"Hmmmm, plant monsters. What do plants hate most? Fire"

He was already burning, but it intensified suddenly, in a way none had ever seen before this. His palms crackled with the energy, the soil under his feet become baked hard. He brought this hands together, and brought in a ball of Fieros and White Flame combined,"This should be interesting!"

The beam exploded from his hands, shooting across the battlefield, cutting down enemy soliders wherever it could, before striking the creatures

"Mirari, go, destroy them, or be destroyed yourself." Death ordered.

The Mirari began spinning rapidly. It seemed to become a column, but it stopped spinning, and had become a warrior that matched warfare's features exactly. It waded into battle, slicing through everything in its path, like a hot knife through butter. Nothing remained in its wake, for the mirari absorbed it all, and grew even stronger because of it.

OOC: Warhaven...Mith challenged the Mirari. You don't ignore a challenge like that.

OOC:I thought she was still at the hospital.

IC: The Mirari turned and brought its blade down on Mith.

The blade stopped a couple of feet away from Mith, held at bay by a quiet, yet irresistable power. This is no ordinary mage, there IS no ordinary mage with such power. The old mage reached out, seeking the "heart" of the Mirari.

"I am Mith, Mistress of the Healing Magicks. I preserve existence...but I can also take it away."

She yanked, attempting to pull the heart of the Mirari out of it.

Mith found many hearts, victims of theblade of the Mirari, but surprise surprise, the Mirari had no heart.The Mirari brought its fist crashing into Mith.

OOC: The Mirari has no heart. It is a pure anomalous force. It does not follow any known laws. This is what gives it its power. Just Remember what happens to a balloon when you blow it up too much....

The fist of the Mirari seemed to get stuck before it could hit Mith.

"So, that's what you are, h'mmm? So be it."

Mith drew energy from all around, channeling it into the Mirari. More and more energy spilled into it...because anything could only hold so much energy.

The Mirari grinned, it was getting stronger and stronger, then its grin turned ito a plea for mercy. Without warning, it exploded, Raw energy went lashing out everywhere. Shrapnel flew everywhere, each peice could grant one wish before it disappeared. Death's minions found some, and wished to be stronger. The army of Death suddenly got stronger. With a roar, the entire dark army retreated, as five chromatic dragons waded into battle. One Green, with the power to rot living flesh off the bone. One red, with the power to burn everything in sight. one black, with the power to use Acids of all types. One blue, with the powers of Lightning. One white, with the power of Cold. They destroyed anything and everything insight.

OOC: As I currently have no choice but to sit back and watch, the dragons. If they destroy anything and everything, then this thread is dead. Edit the GM. NOW!

Costh caught one of the shards, and not realizing what it could do, put it in a pocket before continueing to fight the Army of Death.

Haldosir caught three pieces of the Mirari, and sent two of them down to his comrades.

They looked at each other, and nodded. They collectively wished for the return of Kaymiril I, in all her power and glory.

In midair, a figure began to form, as did a sword and armor. A drow stood in the air.

"Natha sel xonathull ulu thalra nindol tangi." She took over, directing the armies with the skill of an experienced general.

Rhenna charged the Black Dragon, casting an Atomic Fireball at it.

Cougar saw his wife head for the Black Dragon,I hope she knows what shes doing

He looked towards the Red dragon,"Fire against fire... this should be fun"

This has got to be the most foolhardy thing you've ever done

OOC: Dude, their full blooded dragons, how could they not destroy anything in their path? That was designed as a hook to get the major characters over to fight the dragons. I'm assuming that like any intelligent person would do, most people are fleeing from them since they know full well they cannot fight a Dragon, but, Cougar could, rhenna stands a pretty good chance. The elite Mages could. Anna could easily command the summons to go fight them. Haldosir Nevrim and the Third dude go defeat one. The Archmages could defeat the fifth one. This is by no means a Godmod.

OOC: Alright, calm down. When you read it though, it does read like a GM

The archmages looked at each other, then the green dragon, then each other, then the grin dragon, then charged for it. One twited space around it, another shot a giant fireball at it, which intermingled with the strong clhorine in the air and began burning it. still another, froze it in time, while another drowened it under water, El caused an ecplosen of raw untamed energy from within, and the dragon crumpled and died as the dragons' organs were destroyed.

The Black Dragon met Rhenna with a sneer.
"Do you really think you can defeat me half-blood?" The Dragon asked in draconic. It launched an acid attack at Rhenna.


The Red dragon looked at cougar.
"Foolish weakling, if you desire your death so, I shall be hppy to grant it to you." It said in common. It brought one of its really big, really sharp claws crashing down on cougar.

Cougar pulled off everything he knew, but was still burned by his target's breath. The claw had also gashed his chest, but he ignored that as well, depsite the warm, sticky blood flowing down his chest. The pain was there, but it was a dull throb. He didn't notice that his forearm was burnt, but merely jumped on to the dragons back. Clambering up to the head, he fired his delta attack into the head, before plunging his Gunblade up to the hilt, and pulling the trigger four times. Four Fieros rounds went deep into the brain of this powerful creature.

He jumped clear, his impact with the floor making dust rise, as the dragon crashed into the floor. He stood, wavering briefly, before his wounds began to knit together. It would take sometime, but he would recover

Rhenna climbed above the acid attack.

"I beat Tellryon...and now I know more."

Tellron's heart began to beat as she gathered up a spell, which she launched.
A dragon's head launched itself at the Black Dragon, with the intent of ripping out its throat.

A -- Elemental Warrior, take out the White one. Rahmuh, attack the blue one.

Kaymiril I continued leading Haldosir, Rildoreth, and Nervim against Death's forces.

Mith, returning, passed by Cougar. "Child, you need to take better care of yourself." She cast a healing spell on him, and continued on her way.

The dragon deflected it with a wing. part of its wing was torn. He sent one right back at Rhenna.
"Tellryon was a weakling in my opinion. Since you are his daughter, you must be weak as well." The dragon said.

Rhenna dodged the attack. What to do....

"Tellryon may have been a weakling...but what's to say you aren't, as well."

She cast a different spell. Dark energy crackled in her hands, and crashed toward the Dragon.

A -- Elemental Warrior, take out the White one. Rahmuh, attack the blue one.

Kaymiril I continued leading Haldosir, Rildoreth, and Nervim against Death's forces.

Mith, returning, passed by Cougar. "Child, you need to take better care of yourself." She cast a healing spell on him, and continued on her way.

He nodded, feeling his wounds finsih healing. He turned to the dragon, and stared at it, knowing he could retrieve the heart if he wanted. Deciding against it for now, he set off, back towards the thick of the fighting

Warrior simply walked up to the white dragon. He formed a large Rock abocve the Dragon. It crashed down on the dragon. The dragon sent a breath of Lightning back at Warrior. warrior absorbed it. being made of elements, it couldn't phase him. Warrior drew stormedge. He plunged it into the beasts heart. He caused an array of elements to fire from his blade. the Dragon collapsed into nothing more than hide, as his insides vanished into nothing.

Ramuh appeared in front of the blue dragon. Lightning crackled through out its body. The white one may have been able to do a single lightning breath attack, but not like a blue dragon could. They fought. both used basic physical attacks. The fought for a few minutes. Ramuh was bloodied. Without warning, Ramuh snatched the Dragons heart out when it had left itself open to do so. The dragon died, watching Ramuh eat the dragons heart. Ramuh wiped the blood from his mouth.
"Delicous." He said.

The Black Dragon dodged the black Energy.

"I have fought to become one of the most powerful Black Dragons there are. I am not a weakling." The dragon said.

It bit down on Rhenna, intent on biting her in two.

Rhenna's eyes glowed an eerie shade of white.

Rhenna split in half, the Drow side teleporting out of the way of the dragon's huge maw, and the Dragon half sailing up, then plummeting down to grab the bigger dragon by the back of the neck. Rhenna-Drow, reappearing some distance away, cast a destructive spell on the dragon.

The Black Dragon was confused for a second. Then it recovered. It tried shaking Rhenna-dragon off his neck. While he did thet, the destructive spell hit him square in the side, opening a gaping wound.

Cougar's head snapped up. Something had changed. No longer was his bond with one person, but with two. He focused, and found out what had happened. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. His wife, split into two for the first time since Tellryon, and they were fighting the Black Dragon together. He shook himself, and continued to fight, moving through the enemy ranks as fast as he could, killing anyone who got in his way that was hostile. But all the while, he was aware of how he had two people connected to him

An odd feeling. I hope she doesn't make a habit out of it

Rhenna-Dragon's teeth merely clamped down harder. Rhenna-Drow formed a lance of destructive energy, sending it for the Black Dragon's heart.

Costh seeing the others dealing with the dragons, continued to go after the minions, and warriors serving Death. He send a line of flame into his blade turning it into a makeshift flamethrower as he fried and baked the Deathites*.

Death was hihgly upset. He bagan to form a very powerful spell. Warfare countered it at the exact same time. Everything went Black. When it cleared. Each and every person was somewhere diffrent. The elite mages were in their persepctive cities. Cougar was on Snake Eater Prime. Rhenna was in Rendelmar. Anna was in her castle. Costh was in his home country. Nevrim, Haldosir, Kaymiril I, and Rildorath, were all in the after life. Warfare and the slivers were on Riptide. Galvenore and Beldragos were back home.Cougar felt no bond with Rhenna. It was as though the White tower had never happened, nor any of the events connected to it. No one had any memory of each other. Or did they? They had these strange dreams which had oddly the same, exactly like what had actually happened. Warfare quickly shook himself free. He sent a Thought out to everybody.
"Wake up. This is a trap, we're are slowly dying. None of this is real. We can break free, but only if we cooperate. This is all a dream. The dreams you dream at night, those are reality." Warfare said to everybody. He sent them all a vision of what was really happening. A giant Vine was creeping over everyones bodies while they were caught in Death's illusion. It was choking them to death, slowly, but surely. It also took a strand of hair from everybody. Death took the hair. If this failed, he had another plan.

Mith sent everyone she could reach (all Drow) instructions on how to break free of this spell. At a precise point in time, she sent the command.

Now.

All at once, the Kaymirilians cast the spell Mith commanded of them, and sat up. Olath'yukin lashed out at the vine with her magick, aiming to kill it.

Rhenna-Dragon stepped down on the other end of the vine, to prevent its further motion.

Death was royally upset. He put the strands of hair the vine collected, into dolls the size of the same people he collected it from. The dolls woke up, and became the people the hair was collected from. The dolls seeked out the origanels. Their aim was to kill the origanels.


OOC: Clones, take two.

Cougar started at what he was seeing. His concious mind told him he was merely fantisizing, that everything had been a dream. But his subconcious took over. He stood his ground, and in his dream, the White Flame burned brightly, straining to break him free of this spell.

In the real world, something was changing in Cougar. He was no longer simply surrounded by the White Flame, but he embodied it. His eyes glowed pure white, light pouring out of him. The earth was shifting beneath his feet, beginning to rise into the air around him. The Flame suddenly exploded, sending shockwaves across the whole battlefield. A column of fire rose in the darkened sky. The vine wrapping round Cougar was burnt to a crisp. But when the light cleared, Cougar was no longer on the ground, but in the air. He stood on the air, watching. The White Flame pulsed around him, it's power growing to a point which he could safely control it. This was it's ultimate form, the most powerful. Mastery of the White Flame would take many years, but it's true power was now unlocked. Cougar had achieved what none had done before

When Costh realized where it seem like he was, he absolutely freaked, "THEY WILL GET ME." He screamed(those who had broken the spell heard him) before realizing he what he was holding in his hand and he knew the state he was in was a induced-dream, he bent his power and will to breaking the spell, before finally breaking free, panting both from the effort and the shock he had received.

Rhenna-Drow and Rhenna-Dragon looked down on Dark Rhenna Drow. There was no Dark Rhenna Dragon, b/c dragons don't have hair to take.

*So saying, RnDw casts a block magick spell on her dark half, and the RnDr snaps up the dark clone.*

The Haldosir/Nervim/Rildorath/Kay I groups fought together. They pummeled each other with spells and physical attacks. One would often switch opponents with another. That battle didn't last terribly long.

The other mages dealt with thier counterparts with their own magicks.

Anna and Dark Anna battled it out, taking to the air. Anna got them fairly close to Jormangundr.

"Jormangundr, destroy her!" Anna commands, as she launches her Dark Clone toward the summon.

As his dark twin materialised, he looked at him,"I thought I killed you already?"

DC -- Death has many powers

C -- So I noticed. Oh well, back to the graveyard for you

They started to fight, a more intense fight than their last one. Far more intense, and far more damaging to the pair of them. It was conducted in mid-air, high above the field of battle. Back and forth the battle raged, neither wanting to fail in their motives. For Dark Cougar, it was to continue to live. For James, it was to see his wife again. But he didn't know it like that, as his mind was completely focused on the battle.

After ten minutes, they flew backwards, and began circling round and round, taking magickal pot-shots at one another. One of these struck James in the torso, and he fell back to the ground, smashing into the ground. Dark Cougar swooped in, and stood over his good self,"So here it ends"

C -- Not for me

DC -- Oh? What makes you so confidant?

C -- *Brings a pistol to bear*This.

He pulled the trigger. The .45 round shot straight through Dark Cougar, allowing James to see the blackened sky out the other side of the entity's skull. As the body dissolved, he simply lay there. The new power of the White Flame had left him temporarily drained, and he didn't like the feeling. Plus, he was once again wounded, much worse than before. His wounds were knitting much faster than normal, thanks to the magick and the nanites in his bloodstream, but he was effectively out of the fight for the next five minutes

Costh seeing his 'clone', "Thank you, I've just had a very bad experiance and need someone to take it out on, you are perfect." As he said that he launched a furious attack on his dark duplicate with his sword. The attack was sufficiant to gut his clone.

Rhenna-Drow and Rhenna-Dragon remerged, and Rhenna took off, seeking out her husband. Finding him, she tucked her wings and landed next to him, kneeling there, in case something else decided to attack.

"Do you want me to bring a gray-class here?"

Jormangundr simply crumbles it with a giant blow from his tail.

"Its her fault. I'll kill that old drow with my bare hands if I have to." Death thought. He cast a spell, all the peices of all the dolls came to his side, ripping out of bodies if need be. They circled in the air around him. He walked through the armies directly towards Mith. The Peices came together to make the synthesis. The Synthesis was the total culmulation of everybody, and it wanted to kill them.

"YOU, FAR TOO LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A THORN IN MY SIDE. I'M GOING TO KILL YOU RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW." Death thundered.

He brought his great Silver Scyth crashing down on Mith.

OOC: Remember Kay, you wanted this. The other part will come after everythings finished.

He shook his head,"I'll be fine. Just give me a minute."

By now, the white light in his eyes was still there, something that wouldn't leave until he chose to let it go, "Good to see you're back in one piece though"

Mith saw Death coming for her. She had watched his shadow come for many patients over the centuries, and she had always known that sometime, he would come for her.

It is time. But he will not find me the easiest soul to sever.

As the scythe pierced through her, life energy lashed out of her, hitting Death and his minions, damaging them, hitting her own side, healing them.
With a final scream of triumph, Mith -- Aras -- died.

All mages of Kaymiril stood stock-still. Could this be?

Mith's death came as a huge shock and morale blow to the Kaymirilian side.

Then They stood. "It is time for this to end."

Gathering their energy, and merging it, they sent out the Ultimate Destructive Attack of Kaymiril...any force of Death it touched would crumble into nothingness...and it spread in a great sheet.

Cougar sat up, his wounds completley healed. Looking around him, he saw Death strike Mith down. The response from his bond with Rhenna was instant, a wave of shock and disbelief washed over him, not just from her, but from himself as well. He reached out, and squeezed her hand tightly. The silence on the field of battle was instant and absolute. He had never heard anything like it

The fact that Cougar had taken her hand registered in Rhenna's mind, but just barely. This was an unexpected outcome...Mith was stronger than that, always had been.

death and the synthesis died. They seemed to have one. Then a great tremor shook the planet. A great void surrounded Death. His robes and everything disappeared. The Void Grew, and Grew, and Grew, and enveloped all of Mille Mortis. everyone was in the Afterlife. The soul of everybeing that had ever died was there. Death was waiting for them.

"I cannot be destroyed so easily. I am the true form of Death, and all of you will die." Death said. Death was in describable. Had this been the mortal Realm, those that lived would have gone crazy. But they did not, because they were in the Afterlife.

"You have murdered a friend. You have killed multitudes before their time in your quest to take over Creation. You were once my only child. Even if it is the last thing I do, I will destroy you." Warfare declared. He stepped into the central clearing, and sealed it off against everything else.

OOC: Gotta type up the fight. It's going to take a few minuets.

As he arrived in the afterlife, Cougar felt a deathly chill descend upon him, and everything around him. He drew his cloak closer to him, and focused on Rhenna's hand beneath his. This was it, what they had worked for. The final fight, the end of the road. He watched, as Warfare went to fight and kill his own son. Cougar couldn't imagine the emotional pain that Warfare felt, but he wished him all the best

The First to strike was death, sending his great silver Scyth slicing down Warfare's side. Warfare dodges, and struck with his sword. Death hissed and dodged. He sent three great Claws crashing down at Warfare. warfare gretted his teeth in pain.

"You cannot hope to defeat me in my own Realm. I am Death eternal, I cannot be killed." Death hissed.

Warfare merely sliced a claw off. Death could not feel pain.
Death took the form of Warfare's son. And ran over and Kicked him.

"You cannot make me despair or pause. This is nothing more than a trick, and I know it." Warfare said. He slid through his sons shoulder.

Death caused the Death knell, attempting to kill warfare with it. Warfare felt sicken, but did not Die.

"Father? Please, don't hurt me anymore, I'll stop, I promise." Death said in his old voice as warfare's son.

"You've been a naugty child. I must punish you." Warfare said. His heart rent in two. No parent ever really likes punishing their own flesh and blood.

He punched death full on in the Gut. Death sliced through Warfare's arm. Warfare blasted death with Holy. Death blasted Warfare with Profane. On and on they fought. Finally, they were out of Energy.

"Please, Father, forgive me for what I've done." death asked, tears in his eyes.
"My son, I forgave you long ago." Warfare said.

Warfare and Death embraced one last time. Both made a dagger, and in a single instant, they killed each other. Bright light and a multitude of Energy crashed everywhere. Suddenly, everyone was back at Mille Mortis. Death was no more.

With his last breath, Warfare cast a spell "Re, Re, Rebirth." THe spell took affect, and warfare died right there on the feild. Everyone could feel the Gods passing, no amount of magic could ever bring the God back to life. The SLivers, and the remaining followers that lived, wept. Rahegalhoff went to Warfare, and closed his eyes.

In the Afterlife, Warfare took up Death's Robe. The body faded into nothing. He went to Mith.

"Mith. You are the next Death. Please, take up the robes, and safe guard the process. Make sure it doesn't spiral out of control, for, lack of a reaper will allow it to happen. No one else can do this. These things are chosen by the highest of authorities." warfare said. He gave the Robes and the Scyth of Silver to Mith.

M -- What!?

Anna, not quite sure that Warfare had died, went over to check for his life signature. Finding none, she stood and motioned for the Kaymirilian forces to begin returning home.

Many had died that day...it was a victory...bitter...very, very bitter.

Cougar did something he had never done before for any god other than Leviathan. He prayed. He prayed that the new Death would be stable, and not try to destroy creation as this one had.

Across the field, Leviathan stood in his armour, and wept openly. He had only known Warfare briefly, and yet he felt a great pain at his passing

"Mith, no one said you have to be a megalomanic like the last one. You could be a gentler, kinder Death." warfare said. He felt something twitch, he smiled. The rebirth had worked. He wondered who his mother would be.

"I know you have fought against him your whole life Aras, but the time has come for you to take his place. Death itself is neither good nor Evil. It depends on Who the repear is behind it. Death has always ben thought of as evil, because the last one always tried to take everything over." Warfare said.

Costh looked at the fallen god. To himself, "You gave your life to safeguard those you cared about, you will never be forgotten."

"Mith, no one said you have to be a megalomanic like the last one. You could be a gentler, kinder Death." warfare said. He felt something twitch, he smiled. The rebirth had worked. He wondered who his mother would be.

"I know you have fought against him your whole life Aras, but the time has come for you to take his place. Death itself is neither good nor Evil. It depends on Who the repear is behind it. Death has always ben thought of as evil, because the last one always tried to take everything over." Warfare said.

Aras -- *Taking the robes and scythe* ...Thus for the next twenty-five billion years, none need die before their time.

The Kaymirilian mages returned to their respective cities, and the warriors were being transported back. Rhenna teleported back to Rendelmar with Cougar.

Jalron was given the title Mith, and there was a period of mourning among all the people, for the fall of their great healer.

OOC: Okay, so SE and Warhaven, back to WC, which is where I have stuff happening.

A great sounding of Bells was heard accross creation for no appearent reason.

"Thus a New Death has been chosen. For the next 25billion years, Aras, great Healer of Kaymiril shall reign as The Grim Reaper, and she shall be known as Death." A great wonderous voice declared. It was the most wonderful voice anyone had heard, or will ever hear again. The forces of Hell and the afterlife came befor Death, and worshipped at her Feet. She was the Queen. warfare began to fade.
"Wonderful news death, The Rebirth spell worked. I am going to be born anew! I can't wait to meet my new mother, I wonder who she is." Warfare said excitedly. Death knew, but also knew that she could not tell.

"Beldragos should be by shortly to help you out. He can help you better than I can. Remember, if you get out of hand, I'll be there to stop you." warfare called as he disappeared. He was now an unborn child.


Far away from where the battle happened, a man known only as Grahf picked up the last Shard of the Mirari, and the biggest.

"I can grant you one wish, it can be for anything." The Mirari said inside his head. Grahf was a troubled soul. He had seen dark warfare destroy his home planet of Ephseus. He had heard death's words, and watched the battle. He felt the Gods were an evil Idea, and needed to be destroyed, and along wioth them, magic.

"I, I wish I had the power and ability to destroy the Gods and all magic." Grahf wished. The Mirari glowed and faded away. Great power funneled into Grahf, pushing him over the edge and into insanity. He disappeared as the power continued to funnel into him.
