William nodded his head, smiling, he was telling the truth, at least from his point of view. "Yes, we could, we're better than they are, any of them, and we have more men overall, then all of them combined. Our technology too, it's great, and anyway, our soldiers have so much more training and experience than they do, they're basically civilians compared to us. Anyway, if things got too hot to handle, we have loads of chemical and biological weapons, failing that, tactical nuclear bombs."

Alec couldn't help but laugh. "I can see it all now," he said. "When we're all dead, God will hold you responsible for the destruction of mankind. It'll be fun seeing you and your holier-than-thou family burn for your crimes."

"We already have, Mr. Somoza will you support us? Not only us but Sevaris and Masspwnage as well?

"Well, RB doesn't have an army at the moment- our nation is still occupied- but we have about 500,000 troops in Nicaragua, in addition to about 50,000 Guardia Nacional members there. Plus, we have about 150,000 in Thailand and about 200,000 in the Philippines, plus a few million Thai and Filipino troops. Unfortunately, we have no weapons, and no vehicles, so I don't know how we can help."

William grinned before saying to a guard, "Bring the Xhosa commando here... Show them what will happen if they try anything against us..."

The guards brought the man into the room, and walked him over to a section of the room where something was in a covered crate. They pulled the sheet off of the crate and opened it; it was a sealed, air-tight chamber of some sort.

William nodded his head at the guards; they promptly shoved the man in and sealed it up again.

He then turned to the others present, "Look here you all, this is called the V-Virus, because it if it were in revelation, they would call it the Fifth Horseman... Anyway, watch..."

He nodded his head again and the guard activated a pad that released a small amount of green dyed gas (dyed so it can seen) into the chamber.

The man immediately started to cough and hack, throwing himself against the sides of the chamber, but to no avail. Within ninety seconds, he was slumped against the side of the blood-covered chamber, lifeless and still.

William clapped his hands before saying, "Who wants that to happen to their nation?"

"A very nice virus you got their, one major problem though, it kills to fast. Their is no chance of someone with it spreading it meaning when released it will be fairly isolated so if you wanted it to have any real effct you would have to use it in mass quantities, something that isn't always a possibility. Don't forget that all of us here have weapons like that, nukes, gases everything, we all have a WMD arsenal and can repond in kind to whatever you throw at us."

Two guards seized up Alec to keep him from running away or resisting, and they dragged him to the second covered object, another crate, which was promptly opened. They shoved in hard against the side of the chamber and immediately sealed it.

William walked over towards it, proudly pacing back and forth as he asked, "Who wants to wager on how long he lasts..."

Alec rolled his eyes, and muttered, "Double standards- he can kill any of us without compunction- yet he treats that MacDonald bastard like a demigod of sorts." Alec then sat down on the couch, opened his briefcase, and started working on his laptop.

One of the guards immediately snatched up his laptop and smashed it against the wall before dropping it on the floor and stomping on it, shouting, "Spying is not allowed! No transmissions!"

ooc: DA, your last post was pure gold, I could just sense the overreacting, raving guard smashing Alec's laptop while foaming at the mouth.

"And you plan to arrest us for what KIND of conspiracy? I may enter and leave Mississippi of my own free will, and so may the delegates of Roach Busters and Virginia."

The guard walked up and shoved his pistol into the man's face, shouting, "You'll do as you're told! You're under arrest for conspiracy to violate anti-privacy laws! You were sneaking about and talking in whispers!"

As he was talking, two other SRG men, each with a double-barrel rifle, caliber 470 nitro express, walked into the room, they were there in the event the lizards tried anything...

The lizards cursed, they should have killed the first few SRG men before the other two came in.

Oh well, now it was time to get arrested....

Fucking nutless rednecks will pay for this... thought Gerald.

BTW, get back on the Nigeria thread :)

The guard shook his head, barking, "Not good enough! Now up! Up!"

Not knowing what the guard meant, Somoza slowly raises both hands.

(OOC: I don't care too much about Somoza. You can do pretty much whatever you want with him. As a matter of fact, I'd prefer that you did do something to him, and framed somebody else for it. Once I get my sovereignty back, it could set the groundwork for a nice RP.)

William took out a document and an old-style quill pen. He sat the paper down in front of the RB delegate and said, "Here, sign this, it'll sign over Rhodesia to our control. We've been told your government is willing to do this..."

He then handed a similarly looking paper to the Moronyickan delegate, saying, "Here, sign over Swaziland to our rule..."

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Dr. Pablo Francisco Somoza, on behalf of the government-in-exile, do hereby transfer the Republic of Zimbabwe to Mississippian sovereignty.

He then hastily scribbled his signature, and with a curt bow of his head, handed the paper to William. "Here you are, Dr. Fabus."

He took his paper and wrote:

On behalf of the Kingdom of Moronyicka, I transfer complete control of Swaziland to the Mississippi Federation.

Ic- William was waiting to greet Sam, he patted him on the back and immediately bombarded him with more than a half-dozen questions, "How are you doing Sam? Say, is Victoria with you? How are the kids doing? Are you staying here at the hotel? Did the flight take long? How was the weather in Kahta when you left? Say, do you want something to eat right now or later? Do you have any special dinner requests? Can I have them get you a cigar or a brandy?"

"I'm doing great, William, its great to see you. I'd like some brandy. How are you doing." Sam then looked over, watching Alec getting pulled out of the building. "What's that loser doing here?" He asked William with a notable tone of disgust.
