Ooc- Open only to Earth DA Rpers, although if you're an RP regular of mine or I really like your nation ICly and think you'd benefit this, go ahead and ask to attend. (You ought to know your standing with my gov't if you RP with me often)

Ic-

This is to all governments willing to attend this conference which will be held in the city of Cape Town in South Africa

The conference will mainly focus on matters concerning political and economic issues for the various attendees and ways to improve on political and economic stability. We are hoping to be able to get at least a dozen or more governments to send representatives to this conference so that we can discuss matters of great importance in regards to the mutual prosperity of the various attendees.

A large amount of the time allocated to discussions at the conference will be devoted to how best to divide up the unclaimed portions of Africa amongst the various attendees.

We look forward to seeing you in Cape Town, please note that parts of South Africa, mostly near Durban in the east, and other parts of Natal, are in rather, unstable circumstances. These matters are of little concern to the conference though, although it is advisable any attendees do not approach from the Eastern part of South Africa, as there is an ongoing conflict involving the Zulu and Xhosa and it seems possible that planes may be shot down in that area. Also Commonwealth forces are engaged in fights against Xhosa rebels in the East. Since the rebels there have made it clear they will not obey the laws and ethics of war, travel in that region is not recommended.

Attendees:

1) Mississippian Federation
(Dieter Thaller, Paul Stahlecker, Eleanor Stahlecker, William Fabus)

2) Dimmimar

The Small Jet landed with a slight bump on the runway in Cape Town, coming to a stop, the door opened and the steps cascaded down like a waterfall.

"Roger that," the capitain replied. "We'll be touching down shortly."

The giant A380, which had been flying over the water as a precaution, turned around and started flying toward Cape Town's airport.

In the cabin, Kaiser Alec Mannerheim turned his thoughts back home- to his wife Yuna. He hoped she was alright.

About twenty minutes later, the plane finally touched down at the airport. Mannerheim exited the plane with two of his bodyguards, and headed for the airport exit.

William Fabus and Dieter Thaller were already at the hotel, both men were sitting in the Paul Kruger bar and were enjoying a pipe and a glass of brandy. Unfortunately for Alec, he knew no Afrikaans whatsoever, and no Dutch, but he knew German, so he could somewhat make out what William was saying. So, he replied in German, "Very good, thanks. I trust I find you and your family well?" He then continued (still in German), "Hey, Afrikaans is a great language and all, but I doubt most of the people speak it, so, as a matter of practicality, you may just want to speak English. Just a suggestion."

Considering the ocean currents, the varying depths of the bodies of water you propose to go through, and the varying weather conditions across the various areas it will go over, it will be a nightmare to pay for and maintain it. Nevermind the varying nations that you would have to seek permission from."

Gerald just shook his head and sighed. He seriously wanted to knock William's teeth out with a brick then rape his butt ugly wife just to spite him.

"I have a solution. Mozambique goes to Mississippi, but Sevaris gets Morocco."

William shook his head and shouted, "No! We get both, no negotiations, you pigs are asking for a half-dozen pieces of lands, massive claims, the two main pieces we want, you dare tell us we can't have!"

William could tell that Gerald was thinking bad thoughts about him, the Department of Thought Police were sending William messages into his ear piece, since they were detecting that Gerald had rising aggression levels.

William stood up, took his suit jacket off, and then raised both fists into the air, saying, "Hey faggot, you want to go? Take a swipe at me..."

William is an expert in hand-to-hand, and in boxing, so if your guy does puruse a fight, it's not going to turn out well. Oh, and if your guy did anything so foolish as to pull a weapon in a fist fight, and hurt the Czar's favorite brother, it'd be the end of you. Basically, either your guy can fight him or defuse the situation.

"We can make such claims and deny yours becouse you already own a half dozen countries and more damnit! South Africa, Angola, Egypt some of the biggest, most important countries are already yours, and now you have the gall to tell some nations who don't even have half of what you have that their being greedy? Their are still huge tracts of land open to be picked but Morrocco shall be Severan."

William shook his head, smiling before saying, "We have soldiers already in Morocco, securing the country, indeed we will soon be adding them officially that is, to our Commonwealth. As for our existing possessions, we are not going to discuss them..."

"Sevaris still objects to this. Any Mississippian occupation of Morocco is a threat to our control of Gibraltar. We would request that Mississippi pull out immediately," Alec said.

Gerald took off his jacket and tie and handed them to a guard.

"I would love a fight, you slack jawed, inbred freak of nature."

Dieter glared, saying only one word, "No..."

Alec glared back, "I am not a man who, when it comes to matters of national security, takes no for an answer. You will pull out. What interest do you have in Morocco, anyway?"

William turned towards Alec and rushed forward, screaming as he dove into him, driving him hard against the wall. So hard in fact that he pushed Alec through the wall and into the next room. After he dusted himself off, he climbed onto the dazed Alec and started punching him repeatedly in the face, shouting, "We don't listen to you! We won't tolerate your ultimatums! You son of the bitch! Why don't you pick on me instead of an old man!"

Alec tried to fight back, kicking William in the groin, and managing to break free. His face was very bruised and bloodied, and had a very pronounced limp now. He managed to dive behind a desk, trying to avoid another blow.

William shrugged off the blow, it was from a weak man, a man who needed a walking stick from his recent encounter with the SRG a few weeks ago in Mississippi. Alec shouldn't have made threatening looks at an eighty-three year old man, Dieter Thaller. But now it didn't matter, William was going to get him.

William lept over the desk like a madman and ended up crashing right into Alec, driving the both of them through the nearby second-story window.

William landed on top of Alec who had landed on the pile of glass.

William had hurt his back by landing on Alec in an odd fashion. He stood up, dusted himself off, and walked away, leaving Alec on the ground, bloodied and unconscious.

Somoza stepped back, wisely refraining from getting involved.

Remind me never to mess with Mississippians, he thought.

First it was shock, shock that the host and someone who claimed to be a respectable diplomat would do such a thing but then it turned to plain anger. Ramming down his fists Roushers face turned livid,"Haven will seize by force those lands that are rightfully ours, this meeting is turning into a brawl, not a conference. Added to that our forces will secure a buffer zone in Mozambique to seperate havenite Africa from Mississipian Africa. We need to do this now before the madness in this room stops us."

About twenty minutes later, Alec finally came back into the room. He had many cuts on his face, and was walking with a bad limp, but he was otherwise alright. He picked up his walking stick (which he had dropped when he was blown into the wall), and sat down. He then asked, "Where'd we leave off?"

William was back in the conference room by now. He smiled as Dieter whispered in his ear, "It's begun..."

Fabus then turned and said to the group, "Well, we've just launched our invasion of Mozambique and Swaziland, so we're securing the lands we originally wanted, small claims mind you, so we're happy... Our purposes here have been served, but we will stay to keep you all from getting at one anothers throats and to help reach agreements on the rest of Africa for you all, yes?"

Alec appeared confused. "I thought we were here to negotiate, not invade and leave the rest of the world the table scraps."

William shrugged, "I won't negotiate with losers, by losers, I mean you and Yuna... You two are unruly, and you came here with the intention of provoking trouble, and you got it."

He grinned before he continued with, "Do you want to try for the fourth or third floor window next? I suggest you shut up and keep quiet, old man. You're not even washed out, you're a never-was, do you get me? You came here trying to bully your way into bordering us, we won't let you border us. Indeed now since your nation is run by a socialist-communist coalition government, we won't even let you into Africa to begin with, deal with it."

Alec shook his head, and chuckled, "28 isn't old, Fabus. I didn't come here to bully or to pressure- I came here to get a piece of the pie for the sake of Sevaris' national pride and for the sake of saving the natives. My government is NOT run by communists. My National Front has most of the seats. They just formed a coalition with the Popular Progressives because they needed a majority, and the two of them seemed to work together. I haven't reached the height of my career, yet, boy. I'm not even getting started."

He then added,

"Oh, and if you insist on not talking to losers- Look up the definition of loser in the dictionary. It won't matter what version or language, but you will find Curtis' picture there."

William nodded his head, smiling, he was telling the truth, at least from his point of view. "Yes, we could, we're better than they are, any of them, and we have more men overall, then all of them combined. Our technology too, it's great, and anyway, our soldiers have so much more training and experience than they do, they're basically civilians compared to us. Anyway, if things got too hot to handle, we have loads of chemical and biological weapons, failing that, tactical nuclear bombs."

Ooc- Just so you know, I want Mozambique bad enough to use nuclear weapons. I have big plans for SA and won't let anybody I don't trust (Ie. anybody that's not me) border SA.
