As much as we would like to beleive that this purchase is sincere, we really must ask that you go into more detail as to how you can afford it. Simply saying where you got it is not acceptable enough for an order of this size. If you can provide us with a more detailed breakdown, then we will be able to accept it.

Also we may be able to come to terms on a suitable Payment plan for the tanks, as that seems to be the only real big order.

Oh, and can you tell me how you are calculating a nation's budget? I have 2 different figures for miltary spending, with one being much higher than the other. I am using the (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?region=Emperors%20Hamer%20Territories&nation=turrworks_facilites) to calculate one and also noticed that if I use (http://twr.1colony.com/ver8/calc8.0.html), the number is much, much higher.
