As a result of some experience in the field, Leviathan tank crews have had very little complaints. However, there have been some issues. The major are:

-Massive infrared signature: While being stealthy is obviously not what the A-2 was designed to do, there have been many instances were such capabilities would have saved the tank. Among the biggest emissions from this vehicle is heat from its reactor. This has made the tank far too easily targetable by infrared guided missiles, lowering its combat effectiveness. Our military engineers have suggested that by employing an active cooling system of ultra-cooled liquid oxygen throughout the reactor system, the reactors heat signature may be greatly reduced, and allows the reactor to run for longer with less wear on the core. While this adds substantial weight to the vehicle, thanks to the cooling, the reactor can also sustain a higher output, counteracting this added mass. By running this cooling system around the barrels of the tank, the tank can also maintain a higher rate of fire, improving its already immense firepower.

-Hydraulic Pulley System: While very powerful, the hydraulic system has proven rather unreliable in battle field conditions. While fluid leaks have been far and between. When such leaks occur they are simply a pain in the a55 to repair and can cause a whole offensive to be halted, even if the entire supply column is nearby. ROK Military Engineers have once again tried to solve this by proposing that the Hydraulic system be replaced, but instead found that the unique hydraulic pulley system is really the only system light and powerful enough to move the weighty 200mm ammunition. So as a stop gap measure, the ROK Military Engineering Corp has instead proposed that the entire system be in a single module that can be easily removed and replaced when the need arises.

-AAA: The A-2 Leviathan boasts an air defense system, however, the ADS has proven highly ineffective. The ROK Corp of Military Engineers found that this is simply due to sub par sensor equipment. Placing an improved sensor suite of improved infrared, radar, new advanced laser scanning systems, and improved multiple threat warning network onboard have solved this. This issue resulted mainly because while the A-2 is powerful, it lacks the sophisticated computer equipment, and is missing many new advances in other technology fields that provides a critical edge in modern engagements.

-Command, and Control: There have been numerous instances during training in which an entire division of A-2s would suffer massive lose in combat effectiveness, due to loss of communication between individual tanks from simple jamming of communication radio frequencies. In many cases this loss would result in swift defeat from a coordinated attack even with the A-2s extremely heavy defenses and firepower. Improved communication systems such as a shielded laser emitter would provide more secure communication between tanks and improved coordination between vehicles. This issue also seems to have surfaced due to the same reasons why the ADS system was ineffective.


These issues have lead the Defense Council to decide that the simplest way to ensure that A-2, which has been the backbone of the ROK armed services, remains relevant in future engagements, is to produce an upgrade package. Upgrading all A-2s to the ROK's MTC (Modern Tech Capable) standard, or what would be called the A-2 Mrk.1 The ROK Army defense budget is unable to upgrade all its A-2s however, and has found that buying brand new upgraded A-2s would be cheaper than upgrading existing ones and upgrading any new units of the older model. Therefore, the ROK Army would like Dark Angel Industries to certify the upgrades and would like to order 800 A-2 Leviathan MTC level Ultra Heavy Battle Tanks if the upgrades are accepted.

The amount of $24,000,000,000 is to be wired upon confirmation of order.

Among the biggest emissions from this vehicle is heat from its reactor. This has made the tank far too easily targetable by infrared guided missiles, lowering its combat effectiveness. Our military engineers have suggested that by employing an active cooling system of ultra-cooled liquid oxygen throughout the reactor system, the reactors heat signature may be greatly reduced, and allows the reactor to run for longer with less wear on the core. While this adds substantial weight to the vehicle, thanks to the cooling, the reactor can also sustain a higher output, counteracting this added mass. By running this cooling system around the barrels of the tank, the tank can also maintain a higher rate of fire, improving its already immense firepower.

-Hydraulic Pulley System: While very powerful, the hydraulic system has proven rather unreliable in battle field conditions. While fluid leaks have been far and between. When such leaks occur they are simply a pain in the a55 to repair and can cause a whole offensive to be halted, even if the entire supply column is nearby. ROK Military Engineers have once again tried to solve this by proposing that the Hydraulic system be replaced, but instead found that the unique hydraulic pulley system is really the only system light and powerful enough to move the weighty 200mm ammunition. So as a stop gap measure, the ROK Military Engineering Corp has instead proposed that the entire system be in a single module that can be easily removed and replaced when the need arises.

-AAA: The A-2 Leviathan boasts an air defense system, however, the ADS has proven highly ineffective. The ROK Corp of Military Engineers found that this is simply due to sub par sensor equipment. Placing an improved sensor suite of improved infrared, radar, new advanced laser scanning systems, and improved multiple threat warning network onboard have solved this. This issue resulted mainly because while the A-2 is powerful, it lacks the sophisticated computer equipment, and is missing many new advances in other technology fields that provides a critical edge in modern engagements.

-Command, and Control: There have been numerous instances during training in which an entire division of A-2s would suffer massive lose in combat effectiveness, due to loss of communication between individual tanks from simple jamming of communication radio frequencies. In many cases this loss would result in swift defeat from a coordinated attack even with the A-2s extremely heavy defenses and firepower. Improved communication systems such as a shielded laser emitter would provide more secure communication between tanks and improved coordination between vehicles. This issue also seems to have surfaced due to the same reasons why the ADS system was ineffective.


These issues have lead the Defense Council to decide that the simplest way to ensure that A-2, which has been the backbone of the ROK armed services, remains relevant in future engagements, is to produce an upgrade package. Upgrading all A-2s to the ROK's MTC (Modern Tech Capable) standard, or what would be called the A-2 Mrk.1 The ROK Army defense budget is unable to upgrade all its A-2s however, and has found that buying brand new upgraded A-2s would be cheaper than upgrading existing ones and upgrading any new units of the older model. Therefore, the ROK Army would like Dark Angel Industries to certify the upgrades and would like to order 800 A-2 Leviathan MTC level Ultra Heavy Battle Tanks if the upgrades are accepted.

IC: It's quite embarrassing tto say this, but we have so many military weapons many of our unused weapons and vehicles and boats are actually up for CIVILIAN use. In our nation it is quite common to see a Humvee with full military equipment on driving a family of four to the mall or beach! Even huge tanks like the A-2's are piloted by civilians on occaison for sport and training. The airplanes we just purchased will be mostly for military use, while gun boats (used for defense of the mainland) are already commonly seen in races around the coasts! While the government maintains and repairs all of these military vehicles the government is allowed to take them and use them for war, considering the government provides these to citizens for free it is a sweet deal.

In an odd sense the military is now part of the civilian life more then just compulsory military training, the civilians get to ride and have fun with military weapons and learn how they handle, not to mention become experts in the vehicle they commonly use in everyday life.

This means because of the way the Empire of Tanthan allows civilian use of military weapons the civilians are EXTREMELY experienced in everything from the limits an powering up of Humvees to every current to increase a gunboats speed or a spot to hide A-2's in during war games!

Well, I think a naval dominence fleet would work best, cause I am usually defending.

Items we're looking for in the these fleets:

-Trimarian hulls and other advanced future designs. (We need these to be our main force for the next 20 years, so they need to be able to overpower navies even in the far future. Upgradablility fits into this picture of course.)

-A strong support force. (Good, fast logistic vessels, Cargo subs would be nice. Can you make, or modify something?)
-Powerful offensive/defensive air capabilites, with the support capabilities to match. (Our military focuses on airpower, and we're looking for something to supplement our land based aircraft.)
-Stealth Capabilities, both nighttime and daylight. Radar, electroluminecent panels, low infared signature, low noise level, and the like.
-Long range Strike capabilities. (long range rail-guns, and laser based weapons are a definite plus.)
-High Adaptability and modularity. (We need these fleets to be sort of "Plug-and-play", able to fit into a WIDE variety of roles, and be able to be easily mixed and reorganized to fit any role that they might not be able to take on in their normal arrangement, the ability to react very quickly, and still be able to sustain a long engagment is necessary, and a major priority.)

order confirmed. UNfortunatley, the aircraft you purchased cannot deliver any of the nuclear arms you have purchased. The only WMD they are capable of delivering is the The NB-2 "Faction" Bomb. The NB1-Y1 is a large Bomb, which can only be delivered by a large bomber, like a B-52. The Equite I is an ICBM, and the NW-1 is a warhead. Your order for aircraft will be completed in 1 NS month. when we say "Storefront", we dont really mean a store, like a corner gas station that sells weapons. Its more like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc.
