Protocols for Embassy structure of a nation wishing to build an embassy in Mississippian controlled territory or in Mississippi himself:

All embassies are to located on a plot of land not to exceed 200 acres, the building(s) may occupy any amount of this land.

However a space must be left in the middle large enough to land 4 Mi-24 helicopters simultaneously so that the embassy can be retaken by MSAAS or SRG should it ever be seized by terrorists hostile to the nation to which the embassy belongs.

No landmines, claymores, or other explosive devices may be placed in or around the embassy, or even present at the embassy.

No explosive weapons of any sort (grenades, RPGs, etc) are allowed to be in the guards possession. No caliber rifle above 5.56 mm (.223) may be in the guards possession. The limit of guards is ten (10) per embassy. No machine gun is permitted regardless of caliber, only rifles (ie, Galil, M-16, G-36, etc) Only two of the guards may have rifles, the rest may have either pistols or sub-machine guns.

The wall around the embassy compound may be no higher than ten (10 feet tall) and may consist of concrete, cement, brick, etc. The top of the wall may have razor wire at the discretion of the nation to which the embassy belongs.

Razor wire may not be placed anywhere except along the top of the wall. The front gate may be steel, concrete, etc, at the discretion of the nation to whom the embassy belongs.

There shall be no underground military facilities beneath embassies and the embassy may not be used as a training facility or exercise facility for armed forces of any nation without express permission of the Mississippian government.

(Note, under our law, you're white if you are 15/16ths European ancestry (White ancestry) and the other 1/16th is neither Jewish (Semite) or African (Black) and you are not in a sexual relationship with a non-white (Because we believe that if a 16/16th and a 15/16th mate, they can breed that 1/16th out in a few short generations.

With the an unerring accuracy, Mick Lakely, Iuthia’s foreign minister, blasted the shuttlecock down into the well kept lawn beside the Lord Generals feet, making the man cringe as he lost another point to the younger man.

It was a nice afternoon in Iuthia Prima and so far the weather was holding out beautifully for the crowded city, as not a single cloud could be seen in the sky. The two good friends had been playing badminton for the majority of the afternoon and so far James deGritz had only half the score of Mick, who was doing as well as he ever did against James in this sport. The courts of James deGritz’s mansion were carefully looked after by the many caretakers of the grounds and it’s bounce was perfect for a number of sports… but James quite liked Badminton because many assumed it was a slow sport when in actual fact it would take a lot of energy out of him, especially as Mick belted the light shuttlecock with a nasty flick of the wrist.

Mick was a younger man then James, which occasionally proved to be something of an advantage to the man when competing against the Lord General in these games they played. However, his hair was greying like James’s hair once had, whose was now a sagely grey, though it had to be said that James had retained much of his good looks through exercise and keeping busy, even at fifty people could see why Liessa, his fiancée, was interested in him (besides his power).

James pulled Mick aside from the game for a rest, though Mick couldn’t resist a comment.

“I’ll take it easy on you next time old friend.” He commented with a sly smile. James laughed and shuck his head for a moment before moving on to business.

“I wouldn’t brag if I were you, your slowing down yourself, I’m catching up with you slowly.” Before Mick could retort, James came across a little more serious as he changed the subject. "So, how do you suggest we respond to this latest show of trust by Decisive Action? Given recent events and all..."

Panting a little from the game, Mick replied briefly. "Well, we can't trust them with an embassy in Iuthia after the ugly display they made in Feminany... it's likely they won't respect our laws outside of the embassy and we don't like the idea of them arming themselves to the teeth in such a building so close to other nations embassies."

"How about getting an embassy into their nation then? Iuthia is generally concidered a honourable nation by the majority of those we have contact with... even with bad relations with Decisive Action I can't see any reason beyond petty hate for them to turn us down."

"Well Sir, I wouldn't put that past them... but even if they accept I doubt our Diplomatic Corps would be entirely happy with placing valuable diplomats in their nation... remember what happened in Zvarinograd? We wouldn't want a repeat of such horrors." Mick paused for a moment... he had seen the pictures of the dead and he had thrown up. To think that a nation which was pacifist for so long could do something like that disturbed him deeply.

"Yes... that was a terrible incident. However if we get the chance I'd like to have a representative in Decisive Action in order to at the very least try and keep a good record with them. Perhaps we can influence them so they aren't so disagreeable. Whats more I'd like an eye in there if we can."

We generally grant immunity to petty crimes and the like, but anything serious, such as espionage, will result in the embassy being raided and the staff detained.

We do not practice the death penalty in the Republic, so there is no need to fear for the Ambassador's life...

The Great Armed Republic of Nutropinia Would like inform the Mississipian Government that it will receive full diplomatic immunity on Nutropinian soil as long as the gesture is given back. Any other requests you have will be granted with the same stipulation. You shall have three embassies. One located on the skirts of the capital city Injectopolis next to the Compound of Dictator Paul 'The Mad' Silver. You will have access to the dictator from here and full access to the private airport of the dictator located next to the compound which can support any plane now built by man. Your third Embassy will be located at the mouth of the Growth River, one of the three main rivers of Nutropinia, on the eastern seaboard in the coastal city of San Cranford. We will establish our embassies once terms are agreed upon. We would also like to know what size aircraft the airport by each of our embassies can support. "The embassy will be considered Iuthian territory, but on a loan from Mississippi that can be ended at any time by one party revoking the status of the loan. Either Mississippi shutting the embassy down, or Iuthian withdrawl. As for the ambassador, he will receive a degree of immunity for non-violent crimes and non-seditious crimes. It was hard to find a suitable Ambassador for Decisive Action due to the unfortunate concerns that the Iuthian Diplomatic Corps had about nations which may not be entirely safe to live in. It was clear that the people of Decisive Action had some problems with people who were 'coloured', something which seemed a little silly to many Iuthians who had so much variety these days when it came to races such as Elves, Halflings, Drow and against all the odds... Clangers. The difference between peoples skin colour becomes less important when there are more then just humans living in the nation.

However, the Iuthian Diplomatic Corps made their best effort to do what they could and find Ambassador and other diplomats willing to take such a job in a nation which couldn't even respect anothers laws when conducting diplomacy.

After the short search the Iuthian's found someone they felt was suitable for the job. Ambassador Katarina Tzing; a human women in her early thirties with dark black hair and skin suggesting some asian decent. It was felt that due to the fact that her family had been in Iuthia for a long time, around five generations, and that Katarina looked like other Iuthian's slightly tanned, the fact she wasn't really 'white' would be overlooked. In anycase most 'white' Iuthian's were actually tanned because of the warmth of Iuthia's climate.

As for the Ambassadors diplomatic staff and security... only a small preportion of them we're not 'white' as defined by the people of Decisive Action... but they were all Iuthian citizens so it was deemed acceptable.

When she arrived with her senior diplomats to set up shop in the embassy, she expected there could be problems but desided that seeing as she is an Ambassador she would be able to get away with it due to her diplomatic immunity. Concidering your security concerns regarding the colour of our security personnel for once we feel that we are in agreement for a change. We can make concession in regards to our men and women defending our embassy, though we feel that the colour of those under our employment isn't something we would normally have to concider we can make arrangements in this case as we wouldn't want an incident... even if we didn't start it.

As such all security personnel who are under the Decisive Action definition of "non-white" will be transfered to other embassies and other soldier to take their place.

She unpacked, noticing with a resigned sigh that although a special flight had been arranged for her, Airport Security had still somehow managed to misplace the suitcase with her tights and skirts in it. Ooc- Our security doesn't misplace a thing, in twenty years, they've had only six instances of lost luggage, and those were all in the late 80s early 90s, mostly because after that we started using floggings to punish mistakes.

Lucille Stahlecker's plane ride had taken nearly the better part of the day, she was quite tired, she was in a foreign country, and she had no bodyguards, but her oldest brother, Paul, gave her two pistols and a knife and insisted that she take them with her. Rped between Grenval and DA (Guess who Rped Grenval's leader "Vincent", and guess who Rped DA's character "Victoria Stahlecker", wait you don't need to guess!)

Victoria Stahlecker had arrived in Grenval a few hours after she left from Mississippi by a two-seater MiG-41, it went above mach two for much of the trip, she was in a hurry to get there and make sure if a conflict broke out over FSI, that Grenval would either side with FSI or remain neutral. She was in her house on the embassy quarters, getting dressed after she showered upon arriving, getting the stench of the plane off of her.

She got dressed, making a point to wear a rather short skirt; she stepped out of the building and got into the waiting car. Looking in the mirror to make sure her make-up and hair were fine, she'd be meeting with the leader of Grenval. The car slowly pulled away and headed for leader’s estate.

When her car arrived at his estate, her driver opened her door and she stepped out.

She walked passed the front garden outside of his residence and knocked on the door, the guards knew she was coming and they opened the gate when her car was driven up. She waited for somebody to answer the door.

She knocked lightly on the door again, almost whispering, "Hello..."

Vincent strode the length of his room, buttoning his shirt as he walked. He pulled the door back, his shirt still only half-clasped...

She smiled at him, "Hello... Excellency, I am here to meet with you, Victoria Stahlecker." She extended her hand to shake.

He reached out, took her hand lightly, his jewel-blue eyes raining kisses upon her.

His eyes softened somewhat, his body relaxed. He looked at her again, taking in her curves and spotless skin. "Perhaps I can reconsider."

She smiles, "Shall we go inside then?"

She enters the house, walking by him as he shuts the door behind her. He gets a good look at her long legs and how her tight skirt lets her panties be seen and accents her butt. (She purposely dressed this way to entice him)

About an hour later, she was lying next to him; she looked over and kissed him, "Sir, do we have an alliance now?"

She replied confused, "I thought you spoke of alliance?"

Turning to her, he replied, "What difference does it make? We are neutral towards you, and you towards us."

She nodded, "I suppose so... What now then? Will you require that I meet with you on a regular basis?"

He laughed, "Of course my dear!"

She kissed him lightly and smiled, "Okay... I look forward to it."

He reached across her body, pulling her in, thinking to himself for now we are saved. I will neither have to support nor attack Decisive Action. And if we ever need to... the surprise could change the world forever.

She tried her best to smile, but being with a liberal leader of a liberal nation, she didn't really like the idea, but orders were orders. She liked him though, he seemed nice enough, and he was quite good, maybe she'd not mind being the ambassador to this nation, time would tell... She let him pull her closer to him and she kissed him lightly on the cheek before she smiled and started to slide down the length of his body to pleasure him. Polygraph deal sounds good, we'll make sure it's a reasonable time. As for the building, it may have fifteen guards armed with submachine guns and/or pistols, no large weaponry. It may have a wall and gate, and will have to have two SRG members outside to keep and eye on things to make sure the embassy isn't be used as a staging ground to assassinate the Czar's father. If someone didn't like the low brick wall built around the embassy building, or that the guards at the gate spent most of their time sleeping, or that there was no apparent way of preventing someone from simply entering the Weyrean territory within Mississippi, then they could lodge a complaint and wait a few years for an answer. Weyr knew that no embassy could be perfectly secure, and so didn't really try. The millimeter-wave radar pointing at the ground and the noisemakers within the embassy structures were the only real defenses, aside from the two-dozen guards and embassy staff (8guards, 14 staff) who were probably as good as any soldier. Their weapons were registered with the various Mississippian agencies, as requested. No point in getting kicked out for having an unregistered weapon.

It was Jenna Grey's day to do the basic rounds, going around and appearing to do things related to real espionage, meanwhile wasting Mississippian resources on having to monitor her. Ic- The man sat up from his praying, pushed the gate open (All gates are required to be unlocked in morning and afternoon hours) and then jammed his pistol into the sergeants face, chuckling, "What if I want to see what your brains look like splattered across the wall?" he grinned and then punched the man hard in the stomach, smacked him in the face with the pistol, tucked it back into his holster and turned to go back to his mat to resume praying.

Jim forwarded the call, and went back to sleep.

"Mr. Cesare, I'm Jenna Grey, adjunct to the ambassador," Jenna replied, at the same time marking down the place in the book she was reading. "Where would you like to meet?"

Lieutenant Lorn laughed, watching the events unfold between the SRG guard and the sergeant from a camera trained onto the gate. His office was a small room half the size of a broom closet, located towards the interior of the main embassy structure, and filled with surveilance gear. He brought up the data from the surveilance gear aimed at the SRG guards, then picked up the encrypted phone. "Private. Yes. Replace the sergeant at the gate."

Cesare paused, "Wherever you would like to meet is fine with me, but I know a lovely little restaurant that is tucked away in a peaceful part of the city, near the suburbs, away from all the noises and stresses of life in Jackson City. He stifled a grin and a laugh as he thought about what he did to them, the only time he'd ever done something like that, but he figured their crimes against men and crimes against the white race were so awful that they deserved to be punished as harshly as they could be without being actually killed.

Michelle smiles weakly, sitting on the couch as he lets go of her to undress. She turns around and leans over the back of the couch, face in hand, without making any move to undress.

Simon, now only in his underwear and undershirt, sat down on the couch next to her, gently putting his arm around her, "Will you be okay?" He asked her as he embraced her against his warm body, letting her rest her head on his shoulder.

Michelle nestles her head onto his shoulder. "I'm sure I will. I do come from the strongest race in the world, after all. But it's...The strength of the white race is such that white women can be be as strong as they need to be, if it comes to it. Jenna Grey had been waiting in the embassy reception area for perhaps ten minutes when the limo arrived. Jenna dod not own anything particularly flashy, nor anything particularly formal, and she did not think that many in this nation would appreciate a tight coverall, so she had gone for the more-or-less 'plain' look.

The two guards at the gate did not even shift as Jenna walked through the open gate, inclined her head politely to the driver, and slid into the limo. She assumed that the guards were different from the ones there two hours ago, since these were arrayed in full-black field gear, with faces completely concealed by reflective stressglass, and with weapons (which resembled a Galil) ready for action. The weapons were nonlethal, but still looked rather menacing to one unfamiliar with Weyrean guns.

"Of course," Jenna nodded. "I'm sorry if I sounded..." she searched for the word, "...abrupt. It's been...a rather sudden assignment. One moment I'm sorting through files, the next I'm told that my request came through and my flight leaves in an hour."
