Today, the Commisar of the People's Congress sucessfully introduced and passed a declaration of war on the nation of Corey's Land.

As soon as the declaration was passed and delivered to the government of Corey's Land, the military is mobilizing. This reporter projects that Corey's Land has around one week left.

Now, back to the normally scheduled programming...

As more Fallsmajour (airbourne) troops make there way to Psov - the infantry thats all ready there start closeing in on the small city that they reduced to ruble.

The missiles had been prepped. Both keys were inserted into the panel. The 140 Geiste-1 Non-Nuclear ICBM's fired off, heading toward various military bases and the Coreys Land Capital.

But finally the town is over run with enough of Coreys army to hold off the enemy for one more day.

With all thats happening it can only get worse - with supplies and ammo running low it looks like its going to be another battle of the bulge.

The force was set out in a loose diamond shape, moving at top speed towards the North, towards the Straits. The two carriers had however had to swing into the westerly wind to allow their heavy-laden aircraft to lift off. Slowly but surely, a regiment of Su-33Bs lumbered up into the air, aiming to strike the Corians' air-defence radars from off the map with their powerful AS-17 (Kh-31P) ARMs. Each aircraft carried two of them, plus 2 AS-18 ASMs and a pair of R-77 ARH AAMs for self-defence. Heavily-laden indeed, the first regiment departed its' carrier and turned to bearing 017, heading into the gloom at 300 mph.

The second regiment was another 24 Su-33Bs, laden this time with four AS-16 SRAMs each, climbed into the air after them, flying 2,000 feet lower than the first wave and keeping 30Km behind them. The first wave's task was to eliminate as many Air Defence radars as possible while the second wave decimated the ground targets available to them.

Meanwhile, behind them, the remaining carrier-borne fighters, the Yak-41M2s, were used to establish CAPs, their SBI-16s sweeping the horizon for threats as the group steamed on. The Battleships were, for now, silent, their great guns untrained, but not for long.

IC: The Psovian Congress had been in emergency conclave for 3 days, a decision was reached that as a last result the launching of the nations warheads were the most sensible plan of action. 25 Peacekeepers were launched at various industrial and military targets in Coreys land as a result of his stubborn attack on various Psovian targets.

Coreys Air Force is now starting to drop Napalm bombs on Random targets through out Psov - this should confuse them long enough to get my troops the supplies and ammo they need.

we have no small villages. We have five major cities, and three minor ones. The rest of our land is completely uninhabbited, we have no hamlets, villages, towns, or suberbs. Just cities. Krakilopiograd is our Capitol. Donptze is our biggest city. No one is allowed to settle outside of the cities anyway.
And cities are only founded in response to great events.

As Coreyian troops made there way to the capital they experienced a number of obsticles.

OOC:You really don't know anything about how nuclear ICBMs work, do you?

Now that's dumb. 140 single RVs, maybe, but since most nations use MIRVed missiles you could actually be dealing with 1,400 RVs, for instance, and add to that the fact that patriot is at best about 50% effective against a ballistic target and you have a problem.

Patriots can't take down ICBM's... and they're only 40% effective against other types of missiles.

As Coreyian troops closed in on the capital they cam across a bridge and on this bridge were Psov civilian resistance. Is this a joke - many of the Coreyian Soldiers asked themselves.

Just then the demo crue detenated there explosives which took down the bridge and the resistance.

I have had long tactical discussions with my Military leaders and have been in constant contact with my foreign officials who are currently advising me that intervention is needed. I address all nations who are involved in a military operation in PSOV: The Holy Republic of Lacomb is offering Humanitarian Aid to PSOV and its allies (if requested) any attempt in stopping this aid or hindering the Aid in anyway will be seen as an act of aggression by that state. We are not at this time willing to support anyone with military Aid but all our Humanitarian services will be offered to PSOV. The Norest Command and Victor Naval and Air groups Have been alerted and are on condition "J" (Yellow alert). They will be in support of the Humanitarian Aid Groups only (unless fired upon). I would ask all nations to allow our Humanitarian Groups to assist PSOV and thier peoples in this time of need.
Humanitarian Aid sent includes but not limited to: Food, Water, Medical Supplies, medical personell, Engineers, Rescue workers, Construction crews.

C-1's had just landed on an airstrip in Psov. The damage was staggering. Supplies were being unloaded and would be distributed to the needy Psovians.

Base construction is also beginning and is scheduled to finish within the next few years.

Government Statement

The nation of Corey's Land is threatening to invade Psov again. Several billion dollars in aid and equipment from our country are deployed in Psov. Protecting our interests overseas in of high concern to us. Therefore, we will be sending a small force to prevent Corey's land from landing.
