'that should finish him off, shit and it had better, my shields holding at 26% capacity any more of this and it'll damage my armour.'

Virtanen moved to MUSRUM with bottle, when he was close to it, he opened it, and sprayd the water to MUSRUM. Hoped that would do something. After he did that, he took a grenade, and plant it [Yes, plant] to MUSRUM's.. Foot. [Whatever it is]. When it blew, Virtanen was dead.

At the while. Nirevans kept shooting with L-85's.

They were very mobilized, moved quickly, zik-zak, random moving. Hard to aim.

the daishi tried to dodge but the missles struck it in the left side center, messing up its shields and mostly destroying the armour.

OOC:I guess i win?? if i do im repairing full and putting in my favorite rockets, and morters. The Angelic Pride rockets (launches 4 but basically mini nukes, with a 50 yard EMP blast) and the Long Tom morter shells (hard to aim, but blast radius of 100 yards and does almost as much damage as your HE's)

OOC: mechwarriors are more like a moving armoured company truth be told... and depsite what you say, a couple of good hits to the head kill any mech.

though thats difficult, shooting legs off is more satisfying as you get salavge.

Anyway the missile block arent great either, three of the will not stop more than 15 missiles at a time...

A good anti shipping misile would take one put if it hit the right spot though. Even a daishi/direwolf/atlas/other assault mech.

Daishis arer also as slow and unresposive as hell. Easy to get behind and drop missiles into, and their armour is ablative, meaning that unlike standard armour.. (pierce or bounce off) layer come off when you hit, but its harder to penetrate in one go.

The Painbringers had drilled for just such problems, and Reaper, 'Ripper, and Mercy threw their gatlings into automatic missile-defense mode while Flenser loosed an anti-tank missile at each of the surviving APCs.

yes daishis do tend to be slow and unresponsive and everything, but considering that this is not mechwarrior itself, i am able to custom my mechs to the specifications that i choose. within reason. all it takes is a massive military budget (over 9 trillion) and time, the daishi sniper that im using was in the works for 1 full human year, which is much much longer in nationstates time.

on the broad open landscape the daishi spotted this thing first.

daishi take evasive maneuvers, dodges quickly to left and fires another round, this time 1 mortor doesnt hit, but the rest still do. the shotgun does 34% sheild damage, dropping it down to 65%.

my battle is goin to be the bladewing 900S, its a fighter jet that is highly manouverable and has one weapon a phase blade energy aura.

the aura is a layer of energy that surrounds the jet in a close radius and cuts through most anything

the plane itself is great against all types of aircraft, but it doesnt stand well against lasers. its hard to lock onto, missles do little damage, bullets do practically nothing, but lasers eat it alive.


strengths:speed, mobility, weapon strength
weaknesses:lasers


i dont care if i have the element of surprise in the first battle, as it is to be the weakest of my opponents. we meet each other in open skies. (the other battles i wish to pick playing field).

12 per squadron, and there are 6 X-wings. the rest are more varied (2 A-wings, 2 E-wings, 2 B-wings). Surprise would be hard to achieve with a kid who can sense things before they happened, but sure, you can try to achieve it.
