The Russian Government highly debates the matter at hand. Finally after a very long debate they come to a conclusion.

Statement Released by the Russian Government

"We believe that the ceasefire is just bait for other nations to take and for you to possibly hold them so you can launch an attack at any time. We are afraid that Germany is not totally out of this war and that the Agreement could once again be just "Bait". We do Not accept this agreement. And Once again if you have nothing to hide than you would be perfectly happy with letting us in to take a look around"

I am going to make this as simple as I can. Once again I will send inspectors that mean no harm, You can Check them all you want they will not have any weapons. If they get denied this time we will have to declare war on Finland. You also have a time budget, 24 hours (NS) to accept their entry.

OOC: Actually, Germany's new V4's are esentially short range ICBM's, I'm just bidding my time to launch them. As for Spain, they kind of dropped off the face of the planet after a while. Right now they have a Naval Blockade of the Gibraltar Strait, and they are involved in a Major front in Greece, unfortuneatly, that front hasn't seen much involvment, its just kind of gone back and forth.

IC: -In Finland-

Finally the border guards give in, to show that Germany is out of the war and they prove no one any harm, they let the weapons inspectors into the country, on restricted access and after a thourough body check, as with the Isreali Weapons inspectors, they have a small contingent of soldiers to keep track of them.

-In Germany-

The weapons inspectors were roving around in Munich, leaving the guard wondering whether they found anything they would find "Note Worthy."

OOC: Yeah, bombarding the crap out of Finland did kind of subdue them, and the nuclear production factory, assuming that you hit it, would be a giant radioactive wasteland, Fortuneatly, I suspected it would end this way, which is why the missles were covertly moved to the remote Islands off the coast of Finland, do you really think that the Germans were going to just let the Russians stumble apon thier little program? I think not!

IC: Finland didn't stand a chance, neither did the German diplomatic Families, nor the officers, nor the refugees. The Russians poured over their defences, and started racing inward toward the Capital, the President of Finland declared a state of emergency, and appealed to the rest of the world to end the slaughter.

In the aftermath of the battle, Finland lay in Ruin, once a proud country, it was not a smolder radioactive wasteland. Much of the cities and towns and countrysides were now uninhabitible. 54% of the Population was killed in the initial blasts and fighting, and the majority of the survivors were now slowing enduring a painful death via unknown causes (Radiation Poisioning). Much of the German Aristocracy were dead, as were German refugees left homeless from the bombardment of Berlin, Munich and Stuttgart. Also, the German Nuclear Program was put to a grinding halt as the center was destroyed. It wasn't long before the Finnish troops gave up and surrendered, in a few brutal hours, they had seen much of their families and the Generation of Finnish pride destroyed underfoot of the Russian Advance.

-Open Radio Brodcast from Germany-

People of Germany, and Europe... Today it was again proven that the Allies will use any means nesisary to make ends meet for them. Today, Finland was invaded, and not just invaded, it was the host of Five nuclear missles, one from Isreal, and the rest from Russia. Russia then proceeded to invade the Country, expanding its domination over into the Scandinavian countries. The Russians, broke the Neutrality Treaty of Finland, and our Ceasefire treaty. Again, showing how ruthless the Allies are. They claimed we broke the treaty first because we shot down their planes, but these were no ordinary Commercial Planes, these were spy planes! They were attempting to locate weapons they suspected were in Finland, and when Finland defended it sovereignty, the Russians took it away from them with one swift Military operation.

In Responce to this, Germany will reenter the war, not against the allies, but against Russia and Isreal, I certianly hope the Americans and British and Canadians will not be pulled into this again, we harbour no ill feelings towards them, they have not shown aggresion against us in our weak state. As of now, Reparations to Isreal will cease, they will be transferred to the Americans. To the Russians and the Isreali's, we can only say we are sorry we put our trust in your hands...

OOC2: I'm adding on to this post, but right now I have to go.

We would like to express deepest condolences to all the families killed or injured in the Nuclear blast. The whole operation was a big misunderstanding. It was intended to be a simple destruction of the nuclear plants which, we believe were still producing weapons. Unfortunately Russia over-reacted and launched four nuclear missiles. In Israel tommorow we will hold a minutes silence to mark this tragedy. We have recieved Russian assurance that it got out of control and will not happen again. Israel itself only destroyed the nuclear plants and one village next to the plant. We have sent over $5 Million as a sign of goodwill. We realise that money will not repair the damage done to millions of families but we hope it will prove that we are truly sorry for the awful tragedy which has befallen you.
We are allowing the Italian troops to leave Greece provided that they don't return. They will not be killed and we will provide medical aid for them. In return the Italians must never set foot in Greece again.

-In Finland, A public radio brodcast is send out-

What is left of the Finnish government acceptes the reparations of the Allied Powers, and is dropping out of the war, back into neutrality, although true neutrality, they are no longer alligned with teh Axis powers.

-In Greece-

The proud Italian army and government rejects the Isreali offer, although they do admit it is Generous, they have lost oo much and gone too far just to be sent back home with nothing to show. So with courage and valour, the Italian Army pushed onward, attempting to gain yet another foothold in the Mountains.

-On the Isles of Finland-

The eight Nuclear tipped rockets were set up, orignially for all of the allied powers, they were now aimed at three of them, hoping to maintain the goodwill of the North Americans and the British, they planned to maintain their sincerity of not attacking them whatsoever. The Continental Allies were another story all together...

It was planned to launch in the mid morning, to cause as many civilian casuties in Russia as possible, and to hit the 10,000 more troops that were being trained, as to force them to abandone their accursed Draft tactics, the attacks would make an already weary populace, even wearier of the war, and possibly force the country to drop out of the war.

All eight of the V4 Rockets launched, two aimed for Moscow, to destroy the Government, One aimed at St. Petersburg, One Aimed at Novogorod, to disrupt all important trade between Central Russia and the Siberian Oil fields. One aimed at the all important Caucasus Oil Fields, Two aimed at the important Isreali ports, and one for Athens to disrupt allied coordination in Greece. All in all, Russia was going to be the heaviest hit, Isreal, while still damaged, would suffer greatly, and Greece, they hoped the Italians could take advantage of the situation. This was a tactical operation designed to disrupt and cripple Continental Europe and Asian Allied might, Cripple Russia and make it ripe for invasion, and to reduce Isreali interference. The plan had one drawback, they had used all the reparation, slush fund, leftover, and all around budget for Germanies rebuilding on the Missles, if they were to loose, and the populace found they had no money left, there woiuld surely be a revolt.

They were pulling the Entire German home guard, and the remnants of the military for this operation, if they failed, retreat was not an option, if they did not make immediate financial and military gain, the invasion would run out of stream. IF that happened, and the Allies pushed the Germans back to Germany, the enraged Coilition army would not give Germany a second chance.

-On the European Front-

Just hours after the missles hit, German and Italian troops poured out from the heart of the Fatherland, back in Austria, back into the recently liberated countries, back into Poland, and in a few short groups of hours, they were stepping onto Russian territory, hopping the Military and Government was in disarry...

-In Greece-

The Remainig Axis factions were cashing all of their chips for this one, Reinforced by german troops, and cashing in on the hope of Coilition military disruption. the Italian army pushed out of the mountains and back into the plains of Greece, anxiously awaiting round three of the Invasion of Greece, they would not be pushed back again...

OOC2: To sum this all up, Germany has hoped to cripple Allied power in Europe, and hoping that the North Americans and the British will turn a blind eye to this, seing as they are being spared. They have also pulled all of the stops. In Germany, Conscripts are the only things defending the state, The entier German military (Air Force, Army, Veichles, etc.. Have been mobilized into Russia. Italy, sent the remainder of its Reserve army into Greeece and some onto Russia. Don't expect to brush them off so easily as before, but if you do manage to destroy them, Germany will be wide open, and with Germany down, one could concentrate on Italy...

The PM of Canada went to adress Parliment. After seeing how the Germans went back on their word, he asked to re-declare war on Germany. After hours of debate, all Members of Parliment and Senators voted in favour. The bill was not sent to the Governor General this time, but directly to the Queen. It seems fitting that the head of state, and not the representative sign this document.

-Elsewhere in Canada-

The RCAF has now reached a total of one million personel, a first for this country.

-Over Germany-

The Canadian bombings have started again. Berlin, Munich, Hannover, Frankfurt, Stuttgard and the ports of Cologne and Hamburg were all destroyed by Canadian missiles. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Germans have perished in the bombings. 2 hours after the bombings a single Soviet-1 cruse missile (with conventional, instead of nuclear war-heads) was fired at the German Parliment. The Soviet-1 was fired as a stern reminder that Canada too posseses nuclear weapons, and will use them if necessary.

-Over Italy-

Exactly 30 minutes before the second bombing of Berlin, the Italian Ports of Genoa and Trieste were attacked by Canadian missiles.

-Over Greece-

Canada has sent another 30,000 troops to defend Greece, after the Spanish pull out. It won't be long till all of Greece is free.

-Over Russia-

Canada has sent 50,000 troops to Moscow. They are to provide protection to the Russian Government and to support Russian troops if their beloved Capital is invaded.

-Over the Finnish waters-

Canada has sent 2 aircraft carriers to the Gulf of Finland. They are stationed in nearby Russian Ports, and are to provide assistance to Russia.

-In Germany-

The German cities were prepared this time, when the Canadian missles rained down apon their cities, the SAM sites opened fire and shot down many of the missles. Mind you, some did get through, doing damage, but not as many as the Canadians thought their vaunted missles would. It didn't matter, there was no stratigic importance to the attacked cities anymore, only Civilians, The military was outside the country, Germany knew something like this would happen, and their counter was that if they could capture enough land, they would be able to rebuild their military and strike into North America.

Again, as the Russian planes entered German territories, SAMs fired up as they were dropping bombs. However, Germany was quickly becoming the land of Craters.

Total Population Casuilties: 1.2 Million, this is a net number, it includes Military and Civilian.

-In Russia-

As the Russian government moved back into the east, the German army pushed forward into Ukraine, pouring in from all sides, softening up targets with Artillery bombardments and air strikes, it would not be long untill the reached the Oi Fields.

-In Greece-

The newly reinforced armies of the two sides clashed again, German/Italian troops facing off against battered Greece/Isreali troops. Word was spreading that Canada was sending troops across the Atlantic, and motions were being set to stop it.

-In the Atlantic-

A Large chunk of the German U-Boat fleet was now sent on a mission to find the boats carrying the Canadian reinforcements, the convoy would no doubt be heavily guarded, but they had orders to find and sink as much if it as possible.

-In Italy-

The only move that was unexpected by the Allies was the Missle strikes in Italy. The port of Trieste was completly destroyed to its docking, the rest of the city was largely intact, but it was no longer able to dock ships. Genoa was the opposite, a large portion of the city was ablaze, with fire crew battling to put it out, but the port was still able to handel thouroghfare.

Rome was the saddest loss, it was felt in Italy the most, but it sent ripples throughout the world. Although no loss to the Russians, who were Orthodox, or to the Isreali's, who were Jewish, but in America and Canada, and throughout Europe, a great loss was felt. Although Mussilini was killed, a top ranking official took over, a large chunk of Historica Rome was destroyed, it damages included the Colliseum, and many other Roman antiquities, but the worst area hit was the Vatican City, in an instant, the Catholic Faith came to a crash. The Entire St. Paul's Cathedrel was obliterated, and with it the Majority of Cardinals and the Pope himself. This attack crippled Italian readiness, but it also outraged Christians around the world, there would certianly be some sort of upheaval in the Allied powers against the war.

Riots were already being set off in Italy and around Germany, which were being struggled to be put down with what was left of the authority. Germanty and Italy were quickly becoming Decentrilized governments.

Total Italian Civilian casulties: 232,000

It would be a hard battle, but if they could destroy them, the Russian fleet would be crippled.

They reached the Russians, and started firing, interupting their bombarding session.

The Canadian Troops have arived in Greece. The Germans were expecting the convoys to cross the Atlantic and set up defences along those lines. How wrong they were! The convoys crossed the PACIFIC into Russia, where they were then sent to Greece, coutresy the Russian Air Force. All Russian planes landed safely in Greece then departed for Russian soil.

Once in Greece, the 30,000 strong Canadian force replaced some exausted Russian and Isreali units. The Canadians then engaged in combat with the Italian Army. The Italians were soon forced to make a tactical retret, and the Canadians re-captured 120km of Greek soil.

Meanwhile in Russia, the 50,000 strong Canadian force relocated to the new Russian Capital, while an other 15,000 Canadians were sent to the Eastern Front, to help end the German Advance. The Canadians soon launched missiles at the German positions on the Eastern Front and in Greece.

Ladies and gentlemen of the press thank you for coming. I announced yesterday that Russia had promised to cease using nuclear weapons except when absolutely neccesary. It seems Russia have gone back on their word.
Therefore we in the Knesset have worked on this charter:

**********************************************************
*Anti-nuclear weapons charter*
1) ALL nations must immediately cease all nuclear programs and all factories must be destroyed.
2) Allied spies must be let into axis countries to verify no 1 and vice versa.
3) All currently existing nuclear weapons must be taken to a specific point and destroyed.
4) Each nation may keep one nuclear weapon as a deterrant to other nations. Any use of these weapons will be treated as a criminal matter and the leaders and generals of the offending nation will be arrested and put to trial on charges of war crimes in a neutral country.

We request the signatures of the following nations on this charter:
Germany (signed)
Israel (signed)
Russia (signed)
Italy (signed)

The Joint nations of Italy and Germany would like to be the first to sign this accord, as the German Atomic Program lies in ruin, and the Fledgling Italian one costing too much money, we will agree to dispose of our Nuclear Production facilities, and open the borders to "Inspectors" Once the war is over, however, right now the situation is too critical for any "Inpectors" to be let it at this time. We are trying to fight off a ruthless Canadian Advance.

-In Greece-

The Canadians, ploughing through the Italian advance, was halted in the mountains, and was repeled back 46Km through the land that they had supposedy secured. Again, it seemed that the war in Greece was going back and forth.

-In a Public Brodcast From Italy-

Lucio Menchezi, the newly appointed dictator of Italy, stepped up to the podium.

"People of Italy, the allies have tried to detur us from continuing the war by bombing our cities, they have not suceeded, as in Russia, our industry has been moved, and set up in remote, well defended locations. We have not been so brutalized as our brothers in Germany, and we are thankfull for that, however, let it be know that when Germany conducted Nuclear strikes, which will never again happen now that we have signed the Nuclear Proliferation Act, they targeted Military and Government installations, and if anyone noticed, during the bombing of Isreal, Jeruselem was avoided, due to the Cultural and Religious significance. But when the Allies retaliated, they destroyed the Vatican City! The Catholic faith lies in ruin, let it be known who the real evils are! While the Canadians and Russians are trying to paint us as the wrong-doers, they turn around and bomb civilians, kill innocents, and activly destroy culture!

I am here to stand up and say 'No More!' We will repel our enemies from our borders, chase them to their homes, and make sure they pay retributions to their crimes..."

We in Israel would like to challenge the point made about the allies destroying cultural sights. We in Israel have already condemned these attacks and we wouldn't attack such sights of importance. The only time we fired a nuclear missile was at your still active nuclear plant. Also we would like to point out that Yafo is a historic town. The axis missile missed the port at Yafo and flattened a large portion of the town instead including the port.

-In Greece-

Another 10,000 Canadians were sent to Greece, to help with the war effort. The Canadians attacked the Italian forces and recaptured the 46km of Greek soil, that was lost to the Italian Army. 2 hours later, the allies won 12km of Greek soil, and captured 960 prisoners.

-In Russia-

Another 11,150 Canadians were sent to the Ukarane, and 11,000 to the Cacus region. The Canadains in the Ukarane lead a massive assault, in which they recaptured the city of Kiev. Once in Kiev, the Allies endured 6 gruling hours of urban combat. Many were killed in house to house combat. All but a small enclave, no more than 0.5km in diameter, in the far western tip of the city was liberated from German occupation.

-In Russia-

The Canadian/Russian Army struggled to contain the massive German army, although they had been keeping it at bay, it wasn't long before they broke out and again started its march to the Kremlin, it wasn't because they were smart, nor were well equipt, it was because they were desparate, deep in their hearts they knew if the lost, their homes and families would be lost, the allies would storm into Germany and destroy everything they worked so hard to achive. So it was this that kept the army running, they had suffered huge losses, but the allies had suffered that much more. Leaving the city of Keiv, they set large fires, as to raze the city to the ground, some would surivive, most would not. It was Germany's new strategy to drop non-essential occupied cities, this would ensure there would be no second "Battle of Keiv" The fire may be put out, but not before it reduced Keiv stratigic importance to nothing. The March pressed forward untill they were forced to stop, after a week of rolling over defenses, they now occupied much of Ukraine, they now bunkered in for a counter attack from the Canadians.

-In Greece-

Greece, it has been fought over for a year now, ever since it alligned with the allies, and finally, Italian commanders sitting at their war table, deturmined it was not worth its continued cost in invasion.

Italian troops pulled back to the mountains, and bombed out the mountain passes using Artillery and Aircraft, effectivly blocking the allies in. They could have Greece, they didn't want it anymore.

The Italians then began thinking up new ways to profit off of this war, the majority of the army went back into defence, but they still have 23,000 Troops to throw around...

However, the British government wishes to inform the Israel government that it has no finished nuclear devices. As mentioned to Canada, if you come up with a change that everyone agrees on then it will be acceptable and we will implement it.

As the Italian troops leave Greece the soldiers board ships. Their target, Moscow. 500'000 Israeli soldiers are to help the Russian troops in their effort to drive the axis out. The ships pull out and head toward the black sea through the Aegean. Halfway through, near the coast of Asia the ship hits an underwater rock. It tears a hole in the ship and it starts sinking. The captain manages to manouver(sp?) the ship onto the coast of Asia and the ship rests on the bottom of the ocean. 10'000 soldiers were sleeping in the bottom deck of the ship when the water hit them. only 1'000 of them made it out alive. The soldiers swam the 50 metres to the coast and have to march through Asia. (to be continued...)

*Late at night the Captains sat in their camouflaged tents and planned their course.*

"The map shows, and HQ say, that we're 2KM south of Izmir, in Turkey."

"Turkey? Have the men at HQ get in touch with the government to get us permission to pass through."

"They've already done it. We have permission as long as we don't go near big cities, they are wary of big armies at the moment. They also say that the closer we stick to the coastline the better."

"Get the men up at 5:00 tommorow. We will make camp 25KM SE of Bursa. It's a long day of marching, get them used to it. And get HQ to talk to Georgia."

*The captains went to sleep*

2:00AM... A firebomb was thrown into the middle of the camp. One tent caught on fire and killed 100 men. Everyone else quickly got dressed and went outside. The first 20 outside got shot by some kind of pistol. The captains were awakened. Quickly they organized two teams of 400 men each and had them go out of the camp from both sides to surround the enemy. They came under fire straight away. 20 men died from team 1 and 45 from team 2. They came into a small clearing where the shots were coming from and peered through the bushes. What they saw there astounded them...

The 735 men entered the clearing with guns raised in case their eyes were decieving them. They weren't and there was no doubt that the clearing was empty. The captain knew immediately what had happened. Turkish Guerilla forces were legendary at hit and run. They could cause mayhem and then meld into the shadows. They could be anywhere in the area. As the captains mind contemplated these morbid thoughts a burst of light came from over the shoulders of the men in front of him. The men fell before they knew what had hit them. The captain knew when there was an enemy he couldn't fight and he ordered a full retreat to the camp. He posted fifty sentries around the camp all night. During the night one of the soldiers heard rustling in the bushes surrounding the camp...

-Off the Coast of Labrador-

Sticking to the top of the North Atlantic, the ships managed to slip in indectected to a portion of Canada one would think so strateigically unimportant, that one would never bother invading, those who thought this were wrong.

The Invaded in the Bonavista bay, although it couldn't really be considered a traditional invasion, the isolated townships were unaware that Italians had landed on Canadian soil untill it was too late. Anyone who was caught seeing them was shot on sight. The army unloaded from there, all 23,000 Italian troops, plus an assortment of Armour and Artillery Divisions. Air support was currently supplied off the Aircraft Carriers located offshore, but they couldn't afford to blow their cover just yet.

They troops set up a moderate base camp 200 Meters off the shore, just a tiny bit off the beach, as supplies such as Oil, Gasoline, Aid and food supplies were stocked, they were going to become a tick in Canada's backside, and if they were fortuneate, they might even keep some land they captured.

A group of twenty soldiers went into the bushes to see who they'd hit. The sight was unbelieveable. The soldier had hit the guy so many times that he was barely distinguishable. The soldiers picked the man up and went with him back to camp. Along the way something fell out of the man's ear. No-one noticed it except one soldier who picked it up and examined it. The German war machine was running out of steam, which is why they had taken a break and began bunkering in. They were being rewarded already though, with the factories operational, and Local Silo's being raided, not only did they have fresh food, they would be able to continue construction on new parts and tanks, and the allies would never dare attack their own factories. So they had a stream of supplies set up to the front lines, where ther Germans were bracing for the impact of the Allied counterattack.

Fortunately, the Arial component of the Royal Canadian Armed Forces, was conducting a routene live-fire exercise over the coast of Newfoundland & Labrador, when the tail gunner of one of the bombers spotted something out of the corner of his eye, he dropped the... 'perodical' (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) he was reading and proceded to the officer in charge, the Group Captain. The Captian alerted the rest of the squad and his superiors in the RCAF, who in turn alerted the Government. They were given prermission to investigate. They swopped down and found, on the shores of Bonavista, a camp of Italian soldiers! Italians, on Canada's shores! This could not be! The bombers then opened up, bombing the camp while machine gunners shot up any escaping troops. Fortunately, the Italians were caught by surprise and could not call for support. 25 minutes later, a force of 301 hevaly armed Canadain troops came to investigate. They found plans for the invasion of North America and took into custody the 150 surviving Italians, among who was a Colonel. But it is believed that atleast half the original invasion force of 23,000 is still alive, but scattered through out the countryside, unable to contact their high command. Canadain Forces are on the prowl.

Interigations of all captured Italian Forces have begun.

Elsewhere, Parliment Hill was stormed by reporters, demanding to know what was hapening, if the nation was in any danger.

The unexpected bombings at the newly formed base camp sent the force into disarray, as like a flooded anthill, a general order was scrambled to the forces, ordering them to scatter, and therefore make them harder to hit. The Italian navy moved off, taking minor damage due to the bombing, although one Destroyer was sunk, and 422 Men were killed.

A large detachment of the scrambling force was sent to invade the Captial of St. John, with Naval support, to secure the port and prevent reinforcements from the mainland. The detachments consisted of 5,302 Troops, as well as 7 Tank Groups (21 Groups in a Divison, there are about two Divisions in Canada, one more was destroyed.) Unfortuneatly, there would be minimal air support, as the Planes could only launch from the Carriers, which would not arrive at the same time.

Other groups were sent out to secure smaller communities such as Gander and Deer Lake and Corner Brook, that would shut down river travel through Newfoundland, as well as Air support. One those communities were secured, they would head down to Channel-Port-Aux-Basques, to eliminate ferry service, and lock down the islands, once/if successful, they would have a launching point for the invasion of Canada.

Also, a much smaller group was sent North to Labrador to elimate any plans of Canadians coming through Northern Quebec.

The Canadian military has just reached another milestone, now counting at over 2.76 million personell.

Elsewhere

50,000 Canadians and were sent to Northern Quebec, where they encountered what they feared, invading Italian forces! They were even accompanied by half a tank division! The Italians were tearing up the Northern parts of Quebec until they met up with the Canadians. They were outnumbered 10-1, but they still fought bravely, to the last man. They won admiration among their Canadian advasaries. The Canadain solders are now burying the dead.

4,000 Canadians were sent off to Gander, Deer lake and Cornerbrook, they intercepted the Italian forces, but were forced to retreat. The next day they tried to retake the towns and were partially successful, holding the southern halves of those towns. The Italians can still get re-enforcements from the sea.

Canadian subs intercepted the Italian navy and successfully sunk half their fleet and chased the rest of the fleet out of Canadain waters. But the Italian aircraft carriers are still at large.

The Canadain military has just recalled 1,000 troops from Nice, leaving only 1,000 out of the original occupation force of 2,500. 500 were earlier transfered from Nice to Moscow. The original invasion force numbered at arround 5,000-6,000. The 1,000 troops are to return, for home defence.
Torontonias
25-09-2004, 01:06
Again, it seemed that another Axis strategy had failed, it seemed hopeless, no matter what place they struck at, the Allies were always one step ahead of them. They were still holding part of Newfoundland, including the Captial, but were now cut of from supplies, as the Fleet had been forced into retreat by Canadian subs, which were allowed to run rampant as German U-Boats were busy Patrolling the other side of the Atlantic.

The Italians continuted to hold the port, and they we're planning a counterstrike, but Newfoundland was not the way, it was too Isolated, and although a good vantage point, the Terrian is too unreliable to wage a ground offensive, but they had no other choice, they moved out of St. Johns, and engaged the Canadians in the Cornerbrook Area, hoping to Drive the Canadians back into Quebec. Reinforcements were not an option, they Were the Reinforcements. If they failed, Italy was open to rape by the Allies, and they had no way of returning, the Navy was gone.

And so the Engaged the Canadian forces on foot, the suriving 13,232 of the 23,000 sent backed up by the remaining 19 Groups of Armour, and some Air support they could muster from Stolen Canadian planes from the Air Base in St. John's. They lead the battle charge in a scene reminicent from the Murals of the Middle Ages, with the Bayonnets brandishing, they took the Canadians head on.

-In Russia-

Although the Allies were reinforced, they did not counterattack, the Germans did not know weither it was a ploy, but they went ahead. They pushed forward again, and for the first time, set foot on Actual Russian soil, they were moving towards the Oil Fields, once secured, they would be in striking distance from Moscow.

And so it happened, it was inevitable, the German war machine kept rolling along untill the Russians decided to push back, on the Oil fields, there was a great battle, between much of the two armies, it was a massacre for both sides, in one fatefull week, thousands of German and Russian families lost Sons, Fathers, Uncles, And other loved ones. But in the end, the Russians had the edge, they began to move back into the Friges of Ukraine, where the German troops could barely hold on to land they had gained in the recent conquest, but they knew in their hearts the fact drilled into them before the campaign, if they fail, Germany will fall, their families and loved ones would face the wrath of the Allies, wanting revenge for their loved ones lost. So they continued to hold their ground in Ukraine, hoping to wear the Russian army thin by picking off attacks.

It is only the first step in many...France, Greece, Russia, Canada and a lot of other places still are a long way from peaceful resolution at this hour in time.

Someday, there will be families and nations who will want to forget, but they never will shake the events that changed the world forever. If they do forget, then they will need to be reminded about the nature of different groups and nations and their relationships to each other.

A group of 1,120 Canadian paratroops dropped into Cornerbrook, and took Italian Forces by surprise! After 4 hours of hard hand to hand style combat, the Italians surrendered.

OOC: Bordoria, your Paratroopers liberated an abandoned city, the Entire Italian task force was sent to Cornerbrook to engage whats left of the 50,000 Troops you sent through Quebec. I'm still waiting on a responce.

IC: In a cluttered office, in the middle of a bombed out building in Rome, something stirred, it wasn't the rattlings of bombs dropping on the city, those had inadvertantly stopped hours ago. No, it was something different, it was the sound of a Telegraph going, one of the last ones intact in the city, and suprisingly, as if by an act of God, the wire suppling the connection to it wasn't damaged, it was still operating, and a message was coming out of it.

Marco Pluzini, the 7th appointed Dictator of Italy scambled through the mess of Plasterboard and brick, trying to get to the communications room, hoping the message was hopefull, he was the last of the surviving Italian government, all the other ministers and electorates where either killed in the city, or killed when they tried to take refuge in the smaller cities. It had been a brutal war.

He finally got to the room, to catch the tail end of the clicking, then it stopped, fortuneatly, a bleagered Civilian had been watching the event unfold, the Unshaven, filthy man was apparenly sleeping in the room. Fortuneatly, he had written the message down. It was a peace offering by the Isreali's! They actually wanted to sit down for talks instead of invade! What a miracle.

They wanted an immediate responce, so he recalled his Telegraphing lessons and quickly sent out a responce, hoping there was some amount of connection to get it to Isreal. The Message read as this: Willing to Sit for Peace Talks.Stop.Will be in Luxemburg immediately.stop.as requested, will come unguarded.stop.I sinsearly hope this is not a trap.stop.

As soon as the message was dispatched, he summoned up the Commander in Cheif, and ordered him to find him a veichle, which he did, an Old Half-Track, crude, but it would get him to the Airfield outside the City.

He Drove through the bombed out city of Rome, and wiped a tear when he passed the Crater that was the Vatican City. When he reached the airfield, he ordered the Lumbering Transport plane fueled up, and then headed off to Luxemburg.

-In Germany-

Heinz Von Giblemister, the 15th appointed Chancellor of Germany since the war started, got wind of the peace confrence, and decided Germany had had enough, and was willing to talk, he got in his Rolls Royce, and headed off to Luxemburg as well. Although he issued no order to withdraw his troops, he actually ordered them to rush for Moscow, at no cost of life.

-In Russia-

At reciving the orders from the Highest Power, one quarter of the army deserted, the remaining group of 5,392 Troops, as well as 242 Tanks, lumbered towards Moscow, on the way, 90% of the Group died, including all of the Men, but the Remaning few tanks made the final insult to Russia before being captured or destroyed, the punched several holes in St. Basils Cathedral, causing two of the towers of the Ancient Structure to Collapse, as well as destroy the highly coloured domes. That was it, the end of the German war machine, there were few men in Germany left to defend, but they had -Removed- Their army from Russian soil, but destroying themselves. In the final spit in the eye to the Russians.

We have heard you will be there and are already waiting in the Holland Casino hotel in Luxembourg City. We have got wind of the Germans coming as well. These talks were meant to be with you not Germany. They will not listen to us but you can tell them to back down. We do not want them because if they come we cannot say no to the Russians coming as well and we have heard of the attack on St Basils. The Russians are angry at this gesture whilst peace talks were ongoing. I have decided that although we can reach a deal with you, the Germans I will need to provide more proof of good will in order to negotiate with them.
I hope you agree to the terms.

-Telegram to Isreal, from Luxemburg-

I have told my German coutnerpart to go home, or face the wrath of Russia, I bent a few truths and told him Russia was planning an Invasion of Germany (Although I do not think it is true) and that sent him running back to brace for the impact, as you know, Germany has no military left. I await your responce, and will meet you in the Hotel.

Marco Pluzini entered the Hotel, sure he would not be noticed by any angry Civilians, technically, Italy still thought Lucio was their leader, even though he was dead months ago...

He crossed the lobby and sat down in a chair by the Reservation Desk.

The Russians feel the part of hatred against them as 2 of the beutiful spiral towers of St.Basils comes tumbling down. However the Russians understand this hate and will let it be. Reconstruction of The two towers is starting although St.Basils will probally never be the same.

The German chancellor, realizing that through his actions, he had condemned his Fatherland to decades of Mistreatment, felt terribly grevious.

As he sat in his well furnished office, in the heart of a Bunker in bombed out Germany, the Chancellor took a pistol to his neck and commited suicide. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but he was the last of the High ranking Politicans of Germany, and without a General reelection, Germany was without Leadership.

Before he took his life, he sent a letter to the Italian government, or what remained of it, telling them of his situation, and his decision, also he left detailed instructions of his last will and Testament, and how he left the Governorship of Germany to the Italian leaders, who had helped Germany in its vie of Global Dominance. As of this date, untill peace and a General reelection, Germany and all of its holdings were under Italian control. This would certianly be interesting news for the Peace tables.

OOC: I'm waiting on a number of things. A. For the Confrence to start, my Diplomat is already waiting and B. Bordoria to respond to my final Italian stand in Newfoundland.

IC: Marco Pluzini looked at his watch, he had been sitting in the chair at the lobby for over two hours, and he didn't know what was bothering him more. The fact that no one seemed to be coming to greet him, or that no one recognised him as the Supreme Leader of the European Axis Powers, he had been expecting Boo's, Hisses', Hatemail, something, but he just sat there, with people passing him by as if he was just some other guy.

He would wait Two more hours, and then he would get up and leave, and write a prompt report of what he thought of the Allies toying with him with the ideas of "Peace Confrences"

OOC: Okie Dokie, All of the Axis Forces under my control have been eliminated.

IC: The Leader continued to wait, his rage slowly building, the Allied powers had played him a fool, most likely laughing at all the trouble he went through getting there, and now they had stood him up. He gave them their two hours, and now he was through. He stood to leave and began to stride out towards the door.

"Goebbles?" The Italian Leader asked, puzzled

"Goebbles has been dead for months now, he was killed when the Canadians ruthlessly bombarded the majority of the German Cities, his successor was killed, and it went on, the most recent, the 17th Chancellor of Germany, was the one who shot himself, but yes, it does shorten this up a bit. Just to let you know, he left The Italian government in charge of Germany and all of its holding, so I now represent the "Central" Axis powers. Please, Gentlemen, make your demands, I will be more than happy to oblige."

1) You will withdraw ALL troops from all allied territories. Obviously we will do the same.
2) You will size down your army to 30% of its former size. We will all sign a document as a sign that we will not attack you again.
3) The same will apply to your navy and air force.
That is all for now but there will be more demands.
