Aktau

In the limo the SUltan was uneasy. He had been a soldier in he days when one still found horsebacked cavalry in the desert, open top Jeeps, as an more mature military he was rarely 'inside' anything.
He began thinking back when he realised it had been ten years since he had been in an enclosed vehicle(he had never liked tanks, steel coffins is what he called them). His PDA vibrated in his robes he removed it and a text messege said please observe with a link to the SSNN coverage of a soldiers funeral. He wondered what this man had done to be so honored? Perhaps he was the only casualty, it certainly appeared that way.
He was unclear if the Pt. before the man's name was the designation as the more common Pvt. which prefixed a private.
He watched and considered the young man's mother. So rarely women of any culture had any understanding of the value of their childrens lives, rather they only understood the cheapness of their deaths.
He considered sending a gift, but he knew nothing of Sino culture, and the typical gift of a horse might be taken as offensive. He made a note in his PDA to enquire about the properness of this, a good desert bred arabian was valuable anywhere.

The long armored convoy ran through the winding city streets, cleared of any pedestrians beforehand by Granzian Marines, who were now keeping watch over the vehicles from overhead among the houses. Well over 6 dozen elite snipers had been deployed along the route to safeguard against any attack. So far, everything was covered by a blanket of silence. After a ride of around 30 minutes, the dust of the inner city was left behind, and the buildings began to thin. Looking ahead, Major Greene could see the Agafath mansion. "Your majesty, we have arrived."

The limousine pulled through the main wraught iron gates and crawled up the way toward the building. As the last trees of the lush garden was passed, General Demark was waiting at the top step of the porch. The honor gurad of marines lift up their arms, while the bugles played. The limo doors opened, Greene stepped out and behind the door, shouted, "Presenting his highness, the Sultan Mohammed!"

At this, General Demark decende the stair in full military dress, and saluted to the Sultan. He was a very tall man, and sported a small mustache above this thin lips. A headfull of brown hair interspersed with white covered his head. The broad shoulders lead down to muscular arms and finally tapered to a pair of worn hands. When he spoke, it was with a low rumble. "My dear Sultan, we are delighted to have you hear personally at Aktau. Welcome to Agafath! If you shall require anything please request it at once. I would be very happy to take your majesty on a tour of the premises, then you might settle down. While we wait for the Hudecians, might I show you the morning drills?"

Agafath
Sultan Mohammed Bin Al Deeb looked about him before responding to the General.
"General Denmark, the pleasure is mine." He flourished his hand in the desert blessing, and snapped his heels together as he finished the gesture and lowered his hands palm up, the tradition was old and any who had seen a film on arab culture would surely have seen it. The point could only be measured on someone who understood the real purpose was to show that the person preforming the gesture was empty handed.
"General, I would enjoy a tour. However if this is not truly in your schedule I understand. The coddling of person is not needed, I am not a politician, I am soldier and trained as a cleric. I must admitthis to you however. Your greetings and avoidance of getting straight to business is very much the proper way to greet a Bedouin. I am trying to decide if you have read up on our culture, or are merely benefiting from a coninsedence. In any event, coffee, we must share some coffee before we continue. I have not the wares for the proper ritual but the point remians. Ahh yes, and most please I would be to veiw the morning drills"

OOC: I'm responding...some many weeks late, but nonetheless I'm responding. As a side note, I f*cking HATE this new layout...distracting, unsmooth, industrial...and complicated (requiring me to reinitialize my password 2 times just to get to this box. ugh, well, I'm back now and I'll finish my role).

Note: to save some time, I'm RPing some of the results of the WA attacks on warlord or remnant forces.

Kemal Rej sent the required information to Western Asia via radio communications, as well as a small note about one Maharajate of Maghda.

"Please note that the racist, corrupt maharajate (great realm in Hindi)of Maghda has launched several well-formed attacks into Pakistani Kashmir, though they have been checked by Kashmiri forces. They have asked for the complete annexation of Kashmir into their raj. I ask that you do not allow this. The government of Maghda has participated in many, many massacres of Muslims. Maghdan Kashmir is overwhelmingly Muslim and I myself have fought to free it, to no avail. Any Maghdan assumption of power against Kashmir would result in the death of millions of already-starving Kashmiris. Please, do not allow it. You are the last hope for Kashmir. If I were in your place I would liberate Maghdan Kashmir as well, but it is not my choice. I have seen too many Muslims die at the hands of Hindu armies. Do not let their blood be on your head."

TO: Governor Kemal Rej
From: IDF Central Command

Governor, your orders are to maintain the territorial integrity of your state against any Maghdan agression. Ensure that all GPS border waypoints are up to date. If it is possible, an advance force of 1,800 IDF Army Corps Airborne Rangers will be arriving along with a diplomatic envoy of some 30 personnel.

As routes of access are opened, more supplies and personnel will be sent to ensure the stability and integrity of this state and its provinces.

We thank you for your command and leadership in these difficult times.

--------

To: Maghdan Government
From: USWA State Department

We will take control of our new state and ensure its territorial integrity as soon as we are able. We must ask that you suspend all operations and withdraw any forces to your proper border zone in respect of the integrity of Western Asia. We will examine your government’s claims and hold any appropriate referendum once a lasting peace has been established in the sector. Until that point in time, Governor Kemal Rej will act as the WA representative for both the civil and military sectors in the region. If you will allow the passage of a small number of military transport aircraft over your territory, we will have Western Asian officials and personnel on the ground there within 24 hours to assume control.

Thank you for your cooperation.

--------
IRAN CAMPAIGN (OPERATION XERXES)
Operation: Xerxes, Objective: Southern Coast Harbors
85,000 personnel landed or landing

Gulf of Oman/Persian Gulf
The Jets and missile boats launch their barrage of missiles at the remnant enemy naval forces. The supersonic BrahMos II missiles are launched from the Super Hornets and missile boats, streaking towards the enemy capitol ships faster than almost any defensive system could hope to defend against. Several of the enemy ships are rocked by the impact, and slightly delayed explosion, of the BrahMos missiles...which rip great gashes through the vessels as they send corridors of flame through the ships, catching and consuming dozens of unfortunate sailors. Some of the missiles hit the superstructure of the carriers' escort vessels, gutting the radio and C&C sections...and blowing crew members into the water or into pieces.

Air to air missiles fly at the rising enemy aircraft as the Western Asian force pushes even closer to the range of the smaller Gabriel ASMs. The jets pull maneuvers to prevent the enemy aircraft from gaining a lock.

- Operation Marine Layer -
The initial landings and seizures of the strategic islands is completed and IDF Marine Corps SEABEES begin building up local command transmission and defensive stations on Kharg, Hormoz, Qeshm, Sirri, Larek, Tunb, and Abu Musa Islands. Some Marine Expeditionary Air Wings are placed at Abu Musa and Kharg, where minor airfields exist. These air units immediately begin operations in support of the continuing Marine offensives ashore.

Southern Shore
- Operation: Endrun; Abadan -
Abadan, mostly empty of enemy forces, is soon a well-entrenched Marine foothold. Operation: Endrun continues with the seizure of Bandar-e Khomeni and Khorramshahr by a couple of Marine battalions. Scattered fighting is found in Khomeni but most of the disturbances are related to rioting and pillaging of ex-government offices. Several local self-styled "warlords" are contacted and pledge allegiance to the WA forces in exchange for temporary roles in securing the peace of the most unruly neighborhoods.

The rapid seizure of these objectives arrives 8 hours ahead of schedule, just as the main force sets out to take the capitol city of the Khuzestan Province: Ahvaz. One Company of Marines is helicopter-assaulted into the Ahvaz airport while another company enters the town by way of the local rail line. Two battalions each of marines are sent to the eastern and western parts of the city while special operations teams in RACs secure the bridges and waterways that connect the two sides of the city.

It is in Ahvaz that Operation: Endrun finds the greatest opposition, mainly from a local black marketeer-turned-warlord...but CAS from AH-1Z UltraCobras and airborne assault teams on UH-1Y SuperHueys are able to soon neutralize most of the warlord's artillery pieces and vehicles. Dozens of the warlord's men die from airstrikes on their overloaded transport trucks before the man surrenders to WA forces. The day-long operation continues through the night until noon the following day as the Marines mop-up the sector and secure surrounding villages.

Operation: Endrun is wrapped up as the seat of the Khuzestan Province falls to the Western Asian advance. Scout teams and even some platoons are deployed to secure rural towns and villages and do so with minimal casualties.

- Operation Fjord I; Bandar-e ‘Abbas and Bandar-e Lengh-

A midnight airstrike based on native intelligence reports manages to kill the local warlord, which causes the resistance to crumble as the Marines enter their third day of combat in the port city. Several enemy munitions dumps are uncovered by Marine SOF teams and sappers destroy the loads, which fill the morning air with bright orange flames and black smoke. Local friendly militias are able to prevent major disturbances and the ex-Daylami mayor is reinstated with the permission of local leaders.

Branch forces take Bandar-e Lengh after just inside of 15 hours of combat operations in the city, on the surrounding roads, and in several villages. Hundreds of soldiers are delivered by airlifts into the major regional airports all the way from Western Asia itself.

- Operation Fjord II; Bandar-e Bushehr and Kangan -

By the end of the 2nd day of full combat in Bushehr, resistance has come to a virtual halt as shadowy local militia groups appear to have assassinated many rebel commanders overnight. A local notable, claiming to be a representative of these groups, arrives at the local Marine command base offering their allegiance. Militia units are conducting joint patrols with the Marines within 6 hours and soon the city has sunk to a reasonably calm state.

Other Marine forces roll into Kangan to be greeted by cheering citizens. This city, at least, seems to have maintained its peace. The majority of the marine forces soon spreads to the nearby villages to address reports of remnant Daylami forces and wandering bandit groups.

- Operation: Sentry; Bandar Beheshti and Jask -
As Beheshti is overrun by the 8,000 Marines landed there, another Marine force lands at Jask. Naval gunfire support is occasionally called in to obliterate enemy emplacements along the connecting roads but the battles tend to be minor and fleeting. By the end of D-Day +3, the Sistan Va Baluchestan province is under Western Asian command with the seizure of Bazman and a number of intervening minor towns.

The Shah himself was leading his twenty thousand men towards WA-held Southern Iran as al-Mutali took control of the AMPA forces.

OOC: I’m assuming that my forces have at least 2 more days of combat operations before the Shah really can intervene.

Operation: Xerxes, Objective: Northwestern Objectives

With Tabriz and Orumiyeh in Western Asian hands, the IDF Army Corps continues its drive to Mahabad and Ardebil. These cities and their related combat operations drag out to D-day +4, but this is still inside of the scheduled campaign objective.

Paratroopers are leap-frogged to Astara, where they seize the port facilities and engage in a running gunbattle with a local garrison as the main body of tanks and APCs rolls into the town from the other side.

Air strikes are launched on Rasht, Zanjan, Hamadan, and Sanandaj to soften those targets for the advance of the Army Corps.

Operation: Clear Sea
Even as the city of Astara is pacified, Western Asian F-15s streak overhead and out over the Caspian, where they drop down to only a few meters above the sea as they approach to within a thousand miles of Bandar-e Torkeman. The pilots arm their cruise missiles and rise to several thousand feet as they enter the 500mile range before launching a couple score of the missiles for the port and turning back to friendly shores.

Operation Clean Counter: I, II, and III

Across the Western Asian fronts, scores of aircraft and long-range supersonic cruise missiles are launched into ex-Daylami territory. These missions strike at enemy or uncontrolled NCB-WMD development sites and Ballistic Missile facilities. Operation Clean counter is expected to last for at least a week as the sites are struck, observed, and struck again to eliminate any sign of the advanced C&C or weapons development facilities. Explosions rack these sites as petrol products and flammable materials ignite thanks to the incindiary and HE warheads.

We are currently taking steps to deploy Western Asian officials and military personnel to the region in order to safeguard our claims and the rights of our new citizens and we will make provisions for those local officials to coordinate with your people.

The WA claim to Kashmir is not disputed nor affirmed by Bedou.
In truth we know little of it. It is only in reguards to the safety of Daylami citizens and the legal claims to land which were placed in our care.
We recognize this alliance of nations which subdued Daylam would take afront to the Bedou turning over these lands back to the Daylami.
However what we occupy, we occupy.
Daylami citizens are afforded the same rights as Bedou as they afforded the Bedou the same rights as Daylami(perhaps even more).
We only wish peaceful lands to hold on to our traditional life style.
The lands of Kazakstan, Tajikastan and Kyrgastan all descend from Noamdic peoples.
Kashmir, we be a suitable place for Western Asia inhabitance in the Bedou eyes, especially if the Western Asians saw Tajikastan Kyrgastan and a samll part of southern Kazakstan as suitable for Bedou, as the HUdecian and Granzi and Daylami have.
We are certain you understand.

The USWA has the right to expand as far into Daylam as it wants provided that it does not enter Xinjiang. After all, the Chinese and the Jews have helped each other much in the past and it would be of no harm to share a common border.

The Bedou should do their best to leave Sinoese territory, as in such modern times, immigration comes in the form of application, not nomadism.

Honorable Sultan Mohammed,
We assure you that we have entered the former Daylami domains primarily to ensure the safety and stability of the region. As you are no doubt aware, Daylam had a number of nuclear, biological, and chemical sites as well as many sites that contained ballistic missiles and machinery to produce more. We believe that it is in the interests of both ourselves and the world that those materials our neutralized...Operations are currently underway to ensure that those materials can never fall into the wrong hands.

I have a proposition for you, however, as your people would seem to be interested in expanding and are local enough to be the respected guardians of such a territory. When these combats are completed, the domains of the state of Afghanistan and Kashmir will be opened to your people. Eventually, these domains might be transferred to your control as they are far beyond the reach of Western Asia's central government.

This may not be a well-received proposal, but we would appreciate any aid that your forces can provide in securing the territories of that new state. Western Asia will lend its full military capabilities to the defense of your claims and this new state.

Chaim

We, I would be in debted for Western Asia allowing Bedou to migrate in or out of the Afghan Kashmir area.
Tajikistan, and Kyrgystan (Kazakstan is primarily Granzi they are simply affording us a courtesy to aid in security by allowing us a southern portion.)
These nations are not part of the Kashmir region-directly.
Is to be understood that you intend to take lands greater then the modern understanding of Kashmir? If you intend on Tajikistan and Kyrgystan being part of this dominion of protection then we ask simply that the Daylami courtesy which was extended to us be extended by you.
Daylami allowed to move in military forces for our own protection, not full scale war obviously. Second allow the Bedou the right to effectivly proptect Daylamis in this region. We never sought originally to the actual holder of the land. However do to Sinoese aggression it became impossible to anything but prepare for war. The Granzi nation has most Kazakstan and we, I respect their claim to stewardship of it.
Now if your intention does not include Tajikistan and Kyrgystan and you simply wish to avoid picking which side to lay your proverbial hat on.
Well, we understand that.
Our primary concern in these areas is the large Islamic populace.
We seeking to restructure the modern Islamic to a return to a simpler less political way of thinking.
If you control the lands we would also appreciate the luxury of building Wadi-Rum schools of Islam. An breif explanation of the schools will be provided.

We are only taking those lands formerly controlled by General Kemal Rej, who is now Governor of those same lands. Our military presence there will be to ensure stability and integrity, not to grab at more lands to the north, east, or south east. The full territory of Iran may eventually come into Western Asian hands but our ambitions are not for conquests, as I stated...but for peace.

We are unaware of the specificities of the Bedou-Sino conflict over claims in Xinjiang but we would like for representatives of the Bedou, the Sino Government, and of Western Asia to meet and negotiate a peaceful end to these conflicts before a war emerges.

As you are aware, Western Asia has long since included a great number of Muslims of all peaceful sects. The Bedou are free to practice their beliefs and to construct the necessary facilities.

I propose that the Sino allow the Bedou stewardship of the two nations, while having them economically linked to the Sinoese econimy as well as the Bedou. This union as well as allowing Sinoese and Chinese muslims access to the Bedou stewarded areas would go a long way towards reducing aggression in the area. As has already been made clear the Bedou can find support in military interdiction, however that end serves neither of our interests.
As well having the Bedou controlled area become a landing spot for the nations already attacking you from the air would not serve our collective interests. A deal with us provides security, a war does not."

Sinoese atrocities against former Daylami citizens has reached a fevered pitch. And now, the standoff between Hudecian and Sinoese forces threatens to develop into a war.

As of present, there are over 50 000 ex-Daylami troops and citizens in Urumqi guarded by a small contingent of Hudecian forces. Should relations between Sino and Hudecia deteriorate, we will not be able to protect these citizens.

Therefore, we most humbly request permission to evacuate as many of them as possible to Bedou-controlled territory to ensure their protection.

Northern Afghanistan
Passing through friendly territory, the initial Western Asian force of civilian and military personnel lands at Kabul Airport. Ten C-130J-30s and five C-17s land in quick succession and soon unload their 1850 passengers...including a diplomatic and civil coordination group of 250 personnel. The 1600 soldiers unload equipment and supplies or set about serving as bodyguards for the civilians. Within an hour, most of the planes have already departed for home and another load of personnel while four hundred of the soldiers set forth aboard trucks and cars for the front lines, where former Daylami soldiers are holding an uneasy ceasefire with the Maghdan forces.

IRAN CAMPAIGN (OPERATION XERXES)
D-Day +5

Operation: Xerxes, Objective: Southern Coast Harbors
120,000 personnel landed or landing

Gulf of Oman/Persian Gulf
Even as some of the missiles from the previous barrage are still enroute to the remnant Daylami naval forces, the Western Asian strike group pushes forward. Long-range air to air missiles are exchanged for medium and short-ranged Derby, Python 4, and Python 5 missiles. Others that have already exhausted their air-to-air loads drop down to launch Gabriel III A/S missiles from about 60km out. The ships, meanwhile, launch the advanced Gabriel IV missiles from almost 200km out and turn back to regroup with friendly forces. In the battle, three of the Western Asian jets are brought down by enemy fire, but most of the crew are able to eject, with only one soul lost. Advanced ECM and laser 'dazzler' devices mislead or blind the enemy missiles, saving many more aircraft and men.

- Operation Marine Layer -
Air stations on the seized islands continue to launch F-35 JSF fighters and the heavier F-18E/F strike fighters in support of operations ashore. Cargo aircraft also begin to land supplies at the larger air fields for distribution within the theatre of battle.

Southern Shore
- Operation: Endrun; Ahvaz -
Operation: Endrun is officially completed once Ahvaz has been held for two days with no further resistance. The soldiers take time to fortify their positions as reserves, supplies, and replacement parts roll up from the ports. Some patrols to the northern part of the province, especially around Dezful meet some scattered resistance, but the two main thrusts of the Western Asian offensive are now less than 500miles apart. The men, however, are pushed to prepare for the start of Operation: Pursestring. The heavier forces are rounded up for this mission...TAM VCLCs with LAR-160 and MAR-350 Rocket Artillery units; Doher, Rascal, and ATMOS SPA guns; and ATHOS artillery and M-66 mortar towed units are brought up along with artillery spotting units and crews to support the heavier assaults that are expected as the Marines push farther into organized Daylami and Warlord forces.

- Operation Fjord I; Bandar-e ‘Abbas and Bandar-e Lengh-
With the two days of continued operation, as bolstered by the arrival of fresh soldiers, the areas around Bandar-e 'Abbas and Bandar-e Lengh are rid of most of the hostile forces and as peace returns local intelligence sources bloom...leading to dozens of arrests and the discovery of scores of enemy weapons caches.

By the end of the day, the convoy to Shiraz is prepped and ready to go...at midnight they set out on a race to surprise the enemy forces.

- Operation Fjord II; Bandar-e Bushehr and Kangan -

The shadowy local militias have done the trick in Bushehr and joint IDF Marine and militia patrols have enjoyed a great deal of success. An attempt by warlord forces to retake the city is easily disrupted and routed when the Marines call in rocket artillery and helicopter gunship strikes that kill most of the men still sitting in their trucks on the roads into town. The remaining fighting yields a couple dozen POWs, who are taken for interrogation that results in a handful of airstrikes on outlying villages...and a sudden drop in the number of unidentified security infringements. The convoy here, too is gathered for Shiraz although the other branch of the assault is given a 12 hour lead to allow for the difference in distances. Nonetheless, air patrols begin to strike at the defenses around the city and to clear the roads to Operation: Fjord's objectives.

Around Kangan the IDF Marines find mostly abandoned Daylami Military depots and shore gun emplacements, with ammo at the ready although the entire line of linked gun stations has been clearly abandoned. A platoon of Marine MPs is flown in to secure and guard the site but the rest of the forces withdraw from the area and collect for the drive on Shiraz...but even as the last stage of Fjord is planned, intelligence reports begin to roll in of a large enemy force moving south towards the WA lines and the Marines bring up their artillery forces to stave off the attack. Messages are sent to the other branch to slow and solidify their positions.

- Operation: Sentry; Bandar Beheshti and Jask -
As D-Day +5 rolls around, Marines are found to be in complete control of the Sistan va Baluchestan province as they seize Zahedan and fortify their position in dozens of local villages.

Operation: Xerxes, Objective: Northwestern Objectives
100,000 personnel in place

Astara soon falls to the Western Asian drive and the garrison is captured. Soon after, Zanjan and Rasht fall to the Army Corps, solidifying the Western Asian hold in NW Iran. At D-Day +5, the Army is right on track with its plans.

Air strikes on enemy emplacements around Hamadan and Sanandaj continue, now joined by MAR-350 rocket artillery bombardments. The Army Corps continues to move up thousands upon thousands of soldiers, to maintain a deep front line for the coming thrusts southwards.

Operation: Clear Sea
BDAs of Bandar-e Torkeman reveal an almost 95% success rate in the airstrikes there, along with the destruction of numerous Daylami naval vessels still in the harbor.

Operation Clean Counter: I, II, and III

The neutralization efforts continue, with Satellite and High Atmospheric observation runs providing detailed BDAs and additional targets.

OOC:WarHammer 4 of my 5 alliance members are over a billion. The Hudecia and related nations currently have military interest involved and I have yet to call upon my Larger allies. Simply put Bedou will not Stand down, and will turn this into a scorched earth war, and while the BEdou can just pack up and move(that is after all what nomads do) ,the rest of people of the Sino region will be left with a waste land.

Granzi, we could move peace talks to another thread, that given the situation and that I rp the Sultan as a lead from the front kind of guy, he would be content to negotiate with general Denmark, and als obe contenet to be in a position where he can negotiate with the Sino as he would not send a mere delegate to deal with such an important matter.

Sino, man, you do RP geopolitical/military pressure nicely, I mean f*cking well. Hats off to you.

IC: The Sultan heard the aid inform him of the conference hall, he took his eyes away from the screen of the Bedou9000.
"At once, of course, of course."

The Sultan allowed himself to be lead to the conference hall.
His Bedou9000 vibrated visiouly telling him that the security agency and Diplomatic corps had more information, there was always more information.
This was the downside to having people everywhere, you got news from EVERYWHERE constantly.
They reached the Conference to find General Denmark and --will insert later--
waiting.
The Sultan bowed to his gracious hosts who have tolerated his lack of courtesy.
"I apologize for my lack of attention to tour situation, I trust the Granzi enought o be in their care so that allowed me to be, less then concerned.
My sincerest apologies.
To the order of the day. Bedou ideas are simple.
We the Bedou provide military protection to Tajikistan and Kyrgystan, we are willing to suppliment Granzi military in Kazakstan.
We require Right to use over the lands of Tajikistan and Kyrgystan, this would be similar to the rights most mid-easter states afford the bedouins of various regions.
We will add the Tajiks an the Kyrgs in assembling their new governments and any required we will supply them, no burden of reconstruction will fall on the international community.
The Daylami while we understand they cannot be allowed any control of the area will be afforded santuary and the right to remain Daylamis with assemilation into any nation, however they will be governed bythe laws of the land.
The Granzi, the Hudecia and ...even the Sino, be they willing, will be allowed to observers on Bedou military instillations in the region.
As well the Hudecia and the Granzi will be allowed to operate one military reservation in Tajikistan and in Kyrgystan for the purpose of security matters in the region.
These bases will be allowed to operate on the order of twenty year contracts.
Once the Bedou have moved enough forces into the area to secure the borders of Tajikistan and Kyrgystan the ever growing international coalition that has answered the Bedou call to arms will be asked to stand down.
On that matter, a majority of these nation have deep ties with Bedou and I am sure would enjoy using the Bedou presence to open relations and even diplomatic relations with all parties concerned..again including the Sino should that be of interest to them.
With the Bedou presence, we will also offer the Wadi-Rum schools to any nation who wishes it so that re-education of muslims with in nation may begin so that the Jihadian element might be removed and the global terrorist threat reduced.
Early talks of the Bedou being allowed parts of southern Kazakstan were discussed. We withdraw this desire but rather request the same "Right to Use" laws that way the nomadic peoples of the region will again be free to move about under the Bedou umbrella, that "Right to Use" will also include an obligation to defend.
Finally, with your permission I will be send a copy of these terms to the Hudecians, and the Sino with a request to meet with them. This location seems safe, or we could move closer to Sino proper for their comfort.
Also a copy of these terms will be sent to each nation nvolved in the Defense of the Hudecian and Bedou positions so thatthey see a resolution has been reached.
We understand that the Hudecian may some terms they might wish to add and that you as well might have terms.
Those things being said, shall I prepare some coffee?"

OOC: BUMP. Is anything happening here or should WA just now be in control of Iran and N. Afghanistan/Kashmir? If that's the case, do Bedou and Maghda want to open negotiations with WA about the future of the Kashmir lands?

Ahhh man,
Here is a link to what has been going on.
I dont think too much that directly relates to you has gone by, besides BEdou making a more assertive claim to Tajikistan.
The claim is only for Bedou to self govern, defend the Autinomous government of the Tajiks ...and well I will get the link so you can read.

Admiral Murphy,
Your forces are henceforth issued a Writ of Access to the Persian and Afghan provinces of Western Asia for any and all forces up to 200 fighter aircraft and 60,000 ground forces personnel. Your forces are also granted permission to land, refuel, and store aircraft at Kabul Air Base 15km to the west of that city, where IDF Air Corps units will make way for your forces. Attached to this secured document are a series of temporary IFF codings that will identify your men as friendlies on all IDF interrogator systems in that region. Should any of your ships need to take harbor in ports along Western Asian Iran then you should contact the harbor master, who will recieve his orders at that time directly from my office. You should be aware, however, that MCM missions continue along the coast and your vessels are advised to enter the Persian Gulf with mine detection and neutralization systems activated until we have cleared the seas.

The local governor can be reached in Kabul and will be your further contact for all issues in the region. If your forces need assistance then your liaison group should meet with the Governor to coordinate AOH efforts in the sector.

While we have managed to place a sufficient number of men, vehicles, and support aircraft in the region by now, you are welcomed as we understand the ongoing security concerns in the region and your interest in protecting your allies.

Welcome to Western Asia, Admiral.
