Buechoria agreed to a SINO/Belem trial, not a just Belem trial. And since Sino never signed the treaty, and the treaty is finalised, that would void that section wouldnt it?

Actually no. The treaty itself is still legally binding since it was accepted by the involved parties and Buechoria agreed officially to the treaty. It could easily be done as a technicality to just have Sino come in agree to the treaty and thereby completely destroy the case you presented.

Please remember as well that war crimes are held for dispicable acts. If anything, Sino as wall as Belem should have war crime trials. Belem fired missiles into buslting cities and Sino killed 100 innocent people.

These trials are for the illegal invasion of Sino you initaited and violation of the first peace where you didn;t move all your troops out of the country when you first agreed to.

Yes, War Crimes are for Dispicable acts.

The only dispicable acts committed were by Belem and Sino. Belem, the worst atrocities were commited by you when you fired Missiles into Civilian areas of condensed population.

Thus if Buechoria hands over ANY leaders i DEMAND that you and Sino hand over Leaders to be trialled as your actions have fully shown that you have commited atrocities to a far worse degree than Buechoria.

However, i don't expect you'll agree to my demands as you seem incapable of fathoming your own wrong-doing. Thus if you aren't willing to hand over Leaders then why should Buechoria? If you hand over Leaders then so shall Buechoria, thats the way it works.

As well as that the War Crimes issue in the Treaty is voided if we are to get technical, because Sino did not sign, thus at the moment you have really no case and you have no comeback against Buechoria for not handing over Leaders as that clause of the treaty is technically void.

"3. The Buechorian officials responsible for the illegal attacks and infiltrations of Sino be turned over to a Belem/Sino court for trial."

Technically the crimes they are being trialed for is just an illegal invasion of Sino and espinoge and violating the first peace agreement with Sino by not fully withdrawing there troops. Those aren't per se war crimes they are treaty violations and illegal actions. Just for ease of statement and typing they are being refered to as warcrimes.

And no leaders shall be handed over because the treaty called for no Belem or Sino leaders to be handed over nor did we commit any war crimes as all our attacks had a clear and distinct military purpose of destroying industrial capacity.

OOC: Whoa, where did Sino come back from?
IC: Belem, You have yet to address the fact that Sino never signed the treaty. So here are two possibilities
A. Sino signs the treaty, so the terms are not void. Ok, that would mean that the treaty was not finalized and is still open to discussion
B. Sino doesnt sign, therefore the SINO/Belem trial is void.

Its lose-lose

Sino in the above post just agreed to the treaty by accepting the terms hence the treaty is finalized.

Edit: also Buechoria already signed the treaty making it binding. Waiting for Sino to sign could just be considered the finalization of the treaty and the recording of it but its already official.

We urge Belem and Sino to drop the matter at hand. If Buechoria is forced to hand over its leadership it will enter an undesirable situation... A leadership vacuum, this will prove to be catastrophic to both the nation and possibly to Belem and Sino. Remember, a leader that started this mess but learned from his mistakes is much better than a whole new government that isn't too happy about being occupied by foreigners and are willing to renew hostilities. This would mean violence against Belem, Kazakhstanian, Hirgizstanian, and Soviet Bloc soldiers. And, chances are, another war will erupt if it happens.

=========================
A single Red Tide II-class SSGN (an older submarine with new systems and better weapons capabilities), a refit, has begun patrolling the deep waters off of the Buechorian island shelf (near the Belem forces) along with two Rostov-class SSNs. Both are fitted with the new SBCS/FR reactor coolant system along with the new TMM-K56 pump network both of which effectively make the subs silent (I can provide specs if you really want them), even more silent than their diesel/electric counterparts. The SSGN will be patrolling some thirty miles from the nearest Belem vessel while the two SSNs patrol much closer but they will be positioned along the island's shelf meaning active sonar will most likely not reach them and with the new systems, passive sonar won't pick them up. Also, the SSNs have sound absorbtion technology and don't create much of a return on active sonar. Chances are that none of the submarines will be located although the SSGN may be discovered by active sonar but its position is far enough away from any Belem vessel.

Along with these, eight Stavropol-class diesel/electric submarines have been steadily making way towards Buechoria under the cover of darkness and with a task force providing protection and refueling the sub at regular intervals. These submarines will be perfect in the shallow, coastal waters surrounding Buechoria. One of the Stavropol-class submarines has been modified to carry forty cruise missiles. The other seven can also carry special forces.

These forces have been mobilized in anticipation of renewed conflict. The vessels are not emitting active sonar and running silent. If fired upon, they will not hesitate to return fire, with the SSGN firing all 140 cruise missiles it carries. Any exchange of fire will ignite renewed conflict.

Also, the 1st Battle Fleet and the two attached expeditionary fleets have moved to their previous position in the Pacific Ocean.

OOC: So, does this mean that the war is back, or does Buechoria still have a chance to had over its leaders, which doesnt look likely?

IC:
In response to the recent arguemnts, the Langvioan military has mobilized for defensive purposesn only. The 2nd Fleet (Flagship William E. Clemons) has dispersed and has ships at all Langvioan ports. The 1st, 9th, and 42nd divisions have also been called to bases and to prepare in case of a conflict. No offensive movements have been made.

It is our oppinion that Buechoria has made it plain that he is unwilling to give up any leaders at this time. It is looking rather bad right now. We strongly urge, as a close ally, that Buechoria make an official statement soon. But in the case that this doesnt happen, we have mobilized a stealth naval force to protect the borders of Buechoria. These ships would require close up sattelite photos, as they have a very small rader signature. But at this moment in time, they would not even fire on Belem ships, unless of course they were attacked first.

For no apparant reason, all positions occupied by ONLY Soviet Bloc soldiers have begun blaring the Soviet Bloc National Anthem across strategically placed speaker systems. It is titled "Shche ne vmerla Sovieta Bloc" or, in english, 'Soviet Bloc has Not Died Yet'. Its base tune is that of the Ukrainian national anthem...

"Shche ne vmerla Sovieta Bloc, ny slava, ny volja,

Meanwhile, some ARSB soldiers have been paid to dress as civilians and drive mopeds at high speeds in front of Belem soldiers. Portable speakers in the rear of the mopeds are playing Edwin Starr's "War, What Is It Good For?"

Artillery teams have modified their 155mm howitzers with a compressed air system to fire canisters of pamphelets into the Belem lines. The cannons make little audible noise and the canisters sail over the lines at altitudes where they could not be seen. So far, some one hundred canisters (nearly 100,000 pamphlets) have been fired over the Belem lines, showering them with pamphelets asking why they would want to go to war again. Also inside are pictures taken of mutilated Belem vehicles (no bodies were shown or blood) with entire sections of vehicles ripped apart. More questions, photographs, and statements were inside, meant to sway the average Belem soldier from obeying their higher-up's orders.

Also, each and every night, an audio track, asking such questions as: "Do you feel safe with your government?"; "How can you be certain?"; "Your government is using your lives for its own sick gain."; "Why are you here?"; And many more, better questions, are being played at high-intensity levels, the exact level that the human ear is capable of bypassing without waking the person. This means, the ear takes in the signals, turns them into electricity (thoughts, whatever) and transfers them directly to the brain. The level is not loud enough to wake the person so that means in the middle of the night, Belem soldiers' brains are receiving these signals. The speaker systems are directional wave and mounted on M-08 reconaissance vehicles.

The men on the mopeds going around the base are being shot at by the sentries, snipers and machinegun nests around the base. The signs posted on approach to base cleary state: "Authorized personnal only after this point. The use of deadly force has been authorized for this facility. Trespassers will be shot."

--------------
Military Preperations.

3 Imperial fleets are in the area at a rallying position about 200 miles out to sea north of the Base(base being on the northern coast.) secret: An additional 8 wolfpacks of Lupine submarines are being deployed to the region using silent propulsion systems to stay hidden.(specs coming soon for them once i dig up the thread where i created them)

Four armored divisions are deployed/being deployed to the base with the new ECM and neutron shielding refits. An additional two motorized infantry divisions are deployed as base and rear echelon defense(elements of these divisions are the troops permantely stationed at the base.) Supply and Support units for these divisions are either at the base or offshore in transport and supply ships. massive Tents are put over the open areas of the base to store vechiles under to hide there actual placement and formations.

120 Viper Interceptor Aircraft are rebased in buechoria to serve as air superiority fighters.

40 mobile Steel Wall and 10 mobile Hotshot CIWS systems are deployed around the perimeters of the base to protect against incoming missiles. 30 Mobile quad tomahawk launchers are positioned throughout the base.
60 SRBM(short-range ballistic missile) launchers have been deployed to the base, they are dispersed throughout the base in the least crowded areas.

Ammo and fuel depots are heavily spread out across the base into small groups of supplies for each unit to make them harder targets for artillery bombardment. What has to be kept in large groupings are postioned under the setup tents or in underground bunkers and trenches.

Trenches, bunkers, pillboxes and minefields are constructed by engineering brigades around the base. 500 towed artillery pieces are placed in hardened positions within the trenches(secret IC: 100 are seperated from the mainpack, they are chemical deployment units.)

------
Three Sats are placed on Permanent flyover positions over Buechoria and Aurora spy planes are making round the clock runs over the region.

-----
Official Government statement: We once again urge that Buechoria honor the agreement they have signed and ratified as it is written to show that they are a civilized government capable of interacting in world politics. We have agreed and followed all the aspects of the treaty concerning the Imperial Empire and have been more then generous to Buechoria in the time alloteted for the handover and there definition of who is responsible. If the buechorian government refuses to honor the treaty we will be forced to take measures to enforce honorment.

OOC: I think thats all for now. Im using my laptop and I dont have my planning files or weapons stats on it.

The soldiers were actually staying just outside of the boundaries, just so the sentries would see them... In any case, most of the soldiers were able to pull of a series of flaming middle finger fests at Belem sentries for the occasional gun fire of which no soldiers were harmed although one moped was hit and was rendered useless just outside of a base.

All major artillery batteries have now been filtered through-out the Buechorian landscape and each battery is outfitted with extended range munitions, giving them nearly one hundred miles of range (using built-in rocket motors, etc.). Targets for the extended range munitions have been uploaded, at the first sign of conflict, all extended range munitions will be fired at the mobile Metalstorm and Hot Shot weapon systems, paving the way for a massive cruise missile strike of which they have no hope of recovering from. Artillery closer to the front lines (twenty-thirty miles away) have their cannons trained on the mobile gun systems as well. The units were targeted using satellite and high-altitude aircraft overpass.

Select cruise missile launch units have been outfitted with the PAC-80K kinetic kill cruise missile which will be used against mobile CIWS as on its way to its target, the warhead seperates and fired a dozen rods outfitted with scramjets (after a ramjet has propelled the warhead to the required speed). Some thirty of these have been acquired for use here.

And, thanks to the Dra-pol, an extensive tunnel network has been built ranging from underground barracks to underground vehicle storage. However, all surface structures have remained and little activity suggests tunnel building. In fact, tunnel structures now encircle two-thirds of the Belem base with nearly twelve-hundred soldiers on each side (outside base limits of course).

Massive supply depot structures were built... However they do not house supplies. Supplies are located in caches through-out the base, underground, and in designated vehicles.

Sixty PAC-56M cruise missiles, the version outfitted with the neutron warhead, have been stationed in Buechoria. These sixty make up one third of the ARSB's PAC-56M neutron bomb arsenal (we have some other missiles with them on).

Another one-hundred PCC-065A cruise missile dummy systems have been deployed. The systems resemble the PAC-56A launch vehicles, cruise missiles, and whatever else. However, they are completely fake except for the missile which can be launched. The missile is actually just an aluminum frame with rudimentary guidance and a downsized (and cheap) rocket motor. This is meant to absorb CIWS rounds as well as increase survivability of other cruise missiles and their launch vehicles.

Also, the refitted Red Tide-class SSGN that was prowling waters off of the Belem base with some fast attack submarines, has deposited a dozen Flounder torpedoes. They will rest on the bottom of the ocean for the time being and are fitted with anti-tampering devices. If any divers or anything attempts to remove it, it will detonate its warhead and its fuel supplies.

And finally, high-altitude SAM batteries were now being placed in groves of trees and a network of SAM and AA systems were put in place. The heavily redundant system was composed of high altitude SAM batteries, low-med. altitude SAM batteries, mobile SAM batteries, mobile AA gun batteries, and stationary AA gun batteries of all sizes and calibers. It would be very hard to get past it without at least receiving some damage.

======================

In any case, the ARSB soldiers were getting risky... Very risky. Some were even walking right up to the 'Do not cross' line and offering Belem soldiers beer. If they were denied, the soldier would walk back to his vehicle and re-emerge with a couple friends who would then set up lawn chairs right outside the 'line' and drink beer. One group was even daring enough to bring picnic tables and barbecue grills, of course they offered their food to the Belem soldiers. But, chances were, they wouldn't accept.

OOC: uh in what thread did these massive underground tunnels rightoutside my base get constructed?
Soviet Bloc
06-09-2004, 06:08
OOC- Dammit, they're actually being built, it should've read like this:

"And, thanks to the Drapoel assistance in learning how to construct underground tunnels, an extensive tunnel network has begun construction. The network will be composed of sub-structures ranging from underground barracks to underground vehicle storage. However, all surface structures have remained and little activity suggests tunnel building. In fact, tunnel structures will soon encircle two-thirds of the Belem base with the ability to house nearly twelve-hundred soldiers on each side (outside base limits of course)."

The Buechorian national anthem filled the streets of Virka as a military parade marched through the cobbled roads. Tanks, infantry... You name it. Crowds cheered, canfetti filled the air - This was not a fascist military parade. It could plainly be seen, as people gave real cheers and hoorahs to the soldiers on the street. Women kissed them as they marched by, little boys walked along side them cheerfully. Virka was full of happiness as the army glided down the streets until they suddenly stopped in front of the Reichstag building. Outside was Prime Minister Helms wearing his all grey Army Corps. uniform standing in front of a podium.

"My people," he began. A hush fell over the mass of people. "Belem and Sino, both fascist nations... Have demanded we hand over our top government officials and generals for a war crime trial." The veterans in the crowd let out hardy bursts of laughter. "Do you know what I have told them?" he asked the crowd. 'NO!!!' was the response of everyone, then as if on cue, Buechorians flags lined the street, dangling from huge buildings. Fireworks featuring the nation colors filled the sky and people watched in awe at the sheer beauty of the bursting colors.

Wilhelm, or Willi, Strausser walked into his barracks and threw his AKS-74U into his locker that was placed on the side of his bed. A younger soldier who Willi had made friends with during basic stumbled over, a bottle of Absolut in his hands. "Hey... Hey Willi! I... I got my hands on some vodka. Want a little... Hahaha!" he said, the alcohol hung heavily in the air his breath let out as he speaked. "Erm... No thanks." responded Willi as he gazedaround the room at the cheerful new recruits. Plugging his ears, he laid down on his bed and strained to keep the noise of the party out of his head. Eventually, after much struggle, he fell asleep...

OOC: I'm bored. And I don't wanna hand over my officials for a trial that souldn't be. If we start another war, it should have more RP, conentrating on everyday soldiers. Not, "The ship exploded into flames. I shoot 50 gazillion missiles at you."

Evgeniy Marchevnko, a junior sergeant and two squad mates were out cruising the Buechorian back-country, picking up women, havin' a little fun, and getting drunk when they passed a road leading to a Belem checkpoint. Evgeniy hit the brakes and put it in reverse, creeping back to the road. He looked over to Alexiy, in the seat beside him and grinned. Alexiy returned the grin before rolling down his window. Evgeniy put the mumbling UAZ's gear selector into 1st and lifted off the clutch, slamming in the accelerator. He could feel the raw torque as the wheel's spun, sliding them onto the road. He nimbly slithered through gears until he was in fifth, roaring towards the checkpoint at sixty mile per hour. As he neared he slowed down, eventually coming to a stop within visible range of the checkpoint...

He opened the door and stepped out, gingerly waving to the Belem guards. He took a deep swig of Stolychana vodka before tossing the bottle into the UAZ. He moved back to the rear door and opened up, helping a curvy and beautiful Beuchorian lady by the name of Heidi Astor out onto the asphalt... He smirked at the Belem guards just before he gave the woman a quick kiss on the lips. He then went to the back and pulled out four lawn chairs which he set up in the road, setting a large cooler in the middle. His friends all sat down, along with Heidi, as Evgeniy pulled out a large green bottle of Stolychana... He turned to face the Belem guards and yelled at the top of his lungs, "HEY! You guys want a drink?! I mean, isn't it called the spirit of brotherhood or something!" He shrugged and didn't wait for a response, he sat down next to Heidi and cracked open the Stolychana, taking a generous helping for himself before passing it to Alexiy. As the vodka winded through his system, he began groping the well-endowed woman next to him. He thought, 'Thank God for Buechorian women... They make this tour of duty worth it...'

Kronos, the other member of the trio of ARSB soldiers stood up and went to the UAZ, switching it's ignition to the accessories mode. He shoved in a tape into the cassette player and found the correct track, he cranked the volume as high as it would go as Rammstein's "Das Modell" began playing... He returned to his seat, a grin on his face...

"I've never been out of Ulm before this is- What's that up ahead?" he asked Johann. "Looks like some Soviet Bloc guys! They got some booze too, from the looks of it!" he responded happily as he sped towards the three soldiers and woman.

Evgeniy looked up... "Ahh, comrades..." He held up the green bottle with the golden label, its red star pronounced on the label... "Just some native hard liquor..." He motioned to the cooler, "Have some... At your own risk..." Alexiy laughed at the joke, which wasn't much of one anyways.

Evgeniy chuckled, "See what happened to Alexiy? Get some chairs and join us... In the back of the UAZ..." He pointed haphazardly at the UAZ as the now-drunk Heidi rested her head on Evgeniy's shoulder, laughing and mumbling something incoherently...

Alexiy coughed a bit as he looked at the two Beuchorian luftwaffe airmen, "You know, back in motherland, we do this all the time!" He laughed some, "Especially to the air force boys. They can't stand it since they can't have alcohol at all unless during extended leaves. I bet we've been shot at a few times... Haven't gotten hit yet. I'm surprised Evgeniy's never been hit, continuously flashing his ass at the air force sentries." He laughed some, as did Evgeniy.

Evgeniy shook his head, "We've got a massive bet amongst us on who can get a Belem soldier out here to have a drink. The pots up to almost twelve hundred dollars." He paused for a minute to take a drink of Stolychana... "Anyways, what brings you guys out here to enjoy our company?" He grinned before he looked over the UAZ. Soldiers from Soviet Bloc were true cowboys, the UAZ was caked in mud, had fifty feet of rope dangling from a rack on the roof, a diesel container on the running board, three dozen dents and large scratches, and a massive grille guard with heavy duty halogen floodlights... He was certain he had at least another dozen bottles of Stolychana inside as well as a few packs of domestic beer... Maybe a pack of Buechorian stuff, he wasn't sure. The vehicle was also littered with empty cans of snuff.

Both the airmen laughed as they opened two more chairs and slumped into them, a bottle of the alcohol in both hands. "What bring sus out here... Well, we were just speedin' along when we saw you guys camping out near this base. We decided to stop by." Lukas and Johannes took a swig of their vodka simoueltaneously. Lukas turned green and coughed, almost pulking it up. "Poor kid, he's only 16. Say, you guys hear 'bout the big military parade the Wermacht and Marines were doin' in Virka? Heard the Prime Minister himself was there. We Luftwaffe boys don't get treated like the Wermacht, we just got some leave time sinmce we can't do much ground stuff." Alexiy watched the kid, he was twenty one, "Sixteen? I was ten when I got my first taste of this stuff. In fact, back home, some say that if you haven't 'had your Stolychana, you aren't a real man yet.'" Alexiy slapped the kid's back... "Welcome to manhood."

Evgeniy shrugged, "We had heard about some parade... Didn't know where but they were asking if anyone was interested in going. I think one of our lieutenants was going to set up some party after it..."

Evgeniy glanced to the Belem checkpoint... "Heh... Figured it'd come sooner or later." He sighed, "They're a bunch of idiots. Incapable of learning." He smirked, "And feeling. Well, at least their leader is... I have yet to meet a Belem soldier. My idiot unit royally fucked up our shipment orders..." He nodded towards Alexiy, "Had all of our weapons, equipment, and what-not sent to the USSCR instead of here. So we got to dodge Belem artillery."

Alexiy scoffed, "Hey, you told me to send it to port designate 201. I remember that part."

Evgeniy shook his head... "It was designate 468. And I have no idea how you even got confused on that one... Anyways, yeah, we're trying to meet a Belem soldier, figure out what they're really like. The guys that have been in combat so far tell us they're decent fighters, don't quit easily unless they know they're screwed. Heh, sounds like us."

Alexiy shrugged, this time taking a sip of Stolychana, he'd had too much and his throat was burning.

Willi Strausser woke up at about 2:30 AM. All around him were passed out soldiers of all kinds - Wermacht, Luftwaffe - Heck, even Kriegsmarines! Grey, white and blue uniformed soldiers laid on the floor, in chairs and on beds. Willi needed a walk, and hopped off his bed and towards the door.

"Brrr, it's cold. Damn Buechorian winters." Willi told himself as he walked down the side of the McNammany canal. A blanket of snow had covered the frozen ice already, and a light snowfall had begun again. "Hrrmmm... What to do, what to do..." Willi asked himself. Up ahead were the ruins of were Belem had launch "Unguided rockets" into the city. Retsoration was almost complete, but the rubble still remained on the now closed road.

"What're you doing out here, schutze?" asked a gruff man of about 6 feet tall. He had a slumping posture as he strolled around Willi. "I...Sir...I'm j...just on a walk." he sputtered at the officer. "Ha! A walk in this weather at three in the morning, for Christ's sake!?" the man practically yelled it out. A bit away, a yellow townhouse's lights burst on and a window on the top floor opened. "Hey you two down there! Can't a guy get some sleep!? And stop being sacrilegious, goddammit." The window shut and the lights turned off...

OOC Wow I missed alot in one afternoon

IC: It was all over the papers: Buechoria decides to party instead of had over leaders! What the Langvioans thought of this... well, never mind. Langvioa was a very religious nation, and all this partying just made them balk. Well, the religious 9%. This news started a mass migration so to speak of Langvioans going to Buechoria for vodka and women. But this was not to be for the poor Naval men and women on the high seas. They were stuck with old beer and strict dicipline. So naturally, when they heard of not only the news in the papers but when they heard a bad mix of national anthems blaring out over the water, they got curious. So, the officers and crew of the L.S. William E. Clemons, a modified Sorvemny class gun cruiser, commanding the second fleet were given a pass by Blue Admiral Tohmas Lee for one week of "Reconnaissance" in the Buechorian mainland...

1stLt. Jack Patterson drove his car down the road towrds the center of Buechoria. It had been three days and the Admiral had already posted an "indefinate leave" He noticed A bunch of soldiers outside of a Belem base. On closer inspection, they were not Belem soldiers but Buechorian and two soldiers he couldnt identify with a women! Patterson was one of the few it seemed that was not drunk, and was a bit worried at the fact that the Belem sentries were looking murderously at the soldiers. So Patterson turned around and checked that his pistol was loaded before he walked over to where the soldiers were getting very drunk...

While the bear-bateing and sabre rattling goes on up and down the country, throughout Buechoria, a single area is engulfed in near silence, apart from the low tunes of AFRN (Armed Forces Radio Network).
Hirgizstanian Soldiers follow Order No1 when in combat (No Alcohol etc etc) or on peacekeeping. Of course, Drink IS avaliable at the clubs in the bases and on the ships but any soldier (s) caught drunk and reckless outside of a base or ship is at risk of being executed.

Burt Naimen followed this rule to a T. So much so that in order to gauge the reactions of Belem soldiers he pretended to be drunk, carrying around a bottle of what was supposed to be ARSB-style Vodka, but was in fact water. He had even soaked his clothes in a vat of Paint Thinner to produce the distinct aroma. His work for the CIA took him to all of the various bases Hirgizstan occupied. His favourtie area's were in the Commonwealth Island Chains, where sun was king, and rum was aplenty...off duty of course.

From two nights of 'boozing' he had ascertained that Belem soldiers were extremely up-tight in their current surroundings, backing from their gates and tightening their weapon-grips, while snipers peered through their scopes, lest he remove his jacket to reveal a chest covered in TNT or something of the sort. The overall attitude of the soldiers told him that a spark could ignite this particular barrel of fuel. He found numbers of Buechorian soldiers shouting through the streets in dishevelled uniforms, often rasing their bottles and singing the National Anthem, gesturing for Burt to become involved, which he did, not wanting to give it away that he was not, in fact, a Buechorian civilian.

Burt's military rank was Colonel, when at Bases he had to use this. He kept an ID card stashed in the lining of his trousers and would bring it out at a small Hirgizstanian Outpost in the mountains, to avoid blowing his cover.

His report to the General IC was that the situation was 'fragile' and that war was increasingly imminent. The General promptly thanked him and told him to report to the HSS Folkstone to be shipped back to Hirgizstan, along with the rest of the 5th and 6th Fleet.

On the Fuhrer's orders all Hirgizstanian Military Units are pulling out, both Fleets will be gone in 1 day. Military transports will be ferrying troops and equipment out of Buechoria daily. The Marines will oversee the withdrawal and provide security.
All forces are to have left Buechoria in 5 Days.

Willi ignored the officer as he continued to pummel him with questions. In a light jog, he made his way back to the barracks by 3:10 AM. Everyone was still sound asleep, the smell of alchol still hung in the air. After his eyes adjusted to the light he found his bunk and promptly fell asleep still in uniform.

"ALRIGHT YOU PUSSIES, GET UP!" yelled an arrogant Oberfeldwebel. Willi got up and rubbed his eyes and stood up and looked over his uniform. "Schiesse!" he whispered to himself as he attempted to work out the wrinkles and creases from sleeping on it. "INSPECTION IN FIVE MINUTES." the whole barracks gave a not too crisp salute and rushed to get their uniforms on and make their beds.

Willi was finished making his bunk and worked on his uniform; shining his boots and belt buckle, putting his cleaned Mauser C96 into its holster on his right side, and tucking his pants in his boots. After shaving, brushing his teeth and combing his hair, Willi was ready for inspection.

"Pssst! Wilhelm!" whispered his bunk mate who had the top bed, Bruno Engelbret. He had an Ulm* accent; he slurred words and said W's with a W - A common mistake for foreigners attempting to speak German. "I'm Willi, not Wilhelm. My teachers and parents called me that." was Willi's response. "What is it, anyway" Bruno looked around before talking. "I heard today we're going to the range..." Willi sighed, and replied "Bruno... We go to the range every friggin' day. It's not new." Bruno shook his head and gave a sly grin. His lips parted but he was interrupted as the Oberfeldwebel marched in. "ATTENTION!" he screamed. All the soldier straightened themselves and awaited the onslaught of cusses and insults that spewed from the Oberfeldwebels mouth every day...

Each soldier and his partner line up in front of their bunks, the bottom partner on right, the top on left. "Aw crap Willi, you're in my spac-" Bruno whispered loudly, but it was too late. "Ah, hello Schutze Engelbret. Having a nice conversation, are we?" Some of the soldiers in the barracks snickered at Bruno as he blushed and looked down at the floor. "Well, you two incompetent morons deserve a treat." The Oberfeldwebel raise his arm, and with a swift backhand, hit both Bruno and Willi in the cheek. "LET THAT BE A LESSON!" he yelled. "KOMPANIE FALL OUT!"

Bruno rubbed his sore cheek as they marched carrying full supply gear and uniform. Up ahead the flag bearer, a position rarely scene in battle but common in parade tripped on a large rock on the dirt path. He fell to the ground with a few scrapes and bruises, but gasped at the sight of the Buechorian flag deep in a puddle of mud and murky rainwater. "No.. Oh god, no no no..." he told himself as a Leutnant strolled over as if he was out for an afternoon stroll.

"What do we have here... Tsk tsk tsk." he said, waving his finger like a nun at the poor soldier who still laid on the ground. The Buechorian army was harsh, but no one was killed for simple mistakes like in other nations. Instead, they got the duties like washing latrines and serving food in the mess hall. "Please sir, don't kill me! I swear I won't drop it next ti- Ach!" he was pulled up by his collar and set on the dusty ground. "Please, come with me for a walk." The soldier was now at tears as he was escorted to the firing range...

The soldier was obviously not very educated about the army, thinking he was about to be shot. Instead, the Leutnant made hims it down on a little wooden bench near a rack of AKS-74U automatic rifles. "Clean them, each one, inside and out." The soldier sadly picked up a rifle and started cleaning.

"Willi! You're scheduled to be the next flag bearer. Today's you lucky day!" said the Oberfeldwebel. Willi sighed and walked to the flag which was still in the mud. He picked it up and cleaned it off as best he could. "Well?" said the Oberfeldwebel. The flag bearer was the stop and start button of the company moving. "Oh, uh.. Kompanie march!" Willi hoarsely yelled as they continued through the training grounds...

OOC: Belem this isn't like the last war. his is a character RP, where we concentrate more on individual soldiers and fun than launching missiles at eachother.

Your sats saw sixty thousand pasty white asses shining up into the sky.

So try and do some character roleplay.

OOC- Come on, Hirg! You're making my soldiers look bad, lol.
---------------------------------------------------------

Belem satellites probably wouldn't see too much as the weather was on the ARSB's side. What they did see wouldn't be too spectacular.

The forward operating base had stayed roughly the same... From the surface that is. There was a single division of soldiers (roughly 25,000 personnel) stationed at the forward operating base with about six thousand personnel patrolling and occupying forward deployment positions. These six thousand were light infantry combined with a single armored regiment. An armored division sat in stasis about forty miles to the south of the primary base along with a few battalions of mechanized infantry.

The base on the southern tip of Buechoria was home to two Marine divisions, two Army divisions, an ENTIRE armored corps (we have rarely ever deployed an entire corps), airborne divisions, and one light infantry division. An entire expeditionary fleet, the 8th Expeditionary Fleet, was stationed there. This was the by far the most defended and largest base as it served the pivotal role of providing logistical support to all ARSB forces in Buechoria (there were emergency docks placed along the Buechorian coast to be used in case the main base was destroyed or incapacitated)

The second naval base, just twenty some miles from the Belem base, was home to a few Marine regiments, a Marine armor division, air cavalry divisions, and a large portion of the 4th Expeditionary Fleet. This was the auxilary logistical station and had slightly less defenses but not quite the offensive punch.

And finally, the 1st Battle Fleet, the nation's largest maritime assault fleet, was stationed about 800 miles off of Buechoria's south tip. This fleet was the most offense-oriented fleet in the ARSB's inventory with a total of three marine divisions plus a marine airborne division and a marine armor division. It also had the most offensive punch with hundreds of aircraft, thousands of cruise missiles, and dozens of offensive landing ships. Rumors had been circulated that this fleet and two expeditionary fleets would possibly rendezvous.

Overall, there were enough ships and soldiers to effectively repel any attack although reinforcements would be needed for any prolonged campaign.

ooc: ok heres round the clock force mantience.

Secret IC: The Lupine subs are in a position approx. 150 miles away from your 1st fleet. They are running on silent propulsion systems(think caterpillar from Red October) and they have pitted rubber hulls around there steel hulls to dissapiate and absorb active sonar to give them a smaller signal.

two groups of 20 B-2s are circling around the two expeditionary fleets at about 250 miles out, they are armed with 10 javelins each for anti fleet ops.

Regular IC: atleast 25% of all naval air assets on in the air at all times prepared for anti fleet and anti ground ops (OOC: I think my fleet and your 1st fleet are technicaly out of aircraft range.) AWACs are in the air ready to provide jamming on all known SB and Buechorian frequencies and hacked modulation codes are being used(from missiles and downed aircraft) to know how the radars randomize.

Two words were reiterated through out every pilot's helmet across the two expeditionary fleets... "Free game! Free game!"

*Anything below is happening twice one to one B-52 group and one to the other*
How they knew the B-52s were out there? Well, 250 miles is within the Jericho fleet defense system's range. Especially since the targets are airborne (surface vessels would be ALOT less).

In response... Thirty assorted aircraft, ranging from the F-57C to the venerable F-87A took off, heading for the B-52s. Chances are, their B-52s didn't have radar so they didn't know what was coming...

Two Dp-21As provided electronic warfare to jam their radars, if they had any.
Soon enough and they were within range for their medium-range radar guided missiles. The F-57Cs launched a thirty missile salvo of medium ranged missiles while the F-87s moved in for some short range easy combat on some slow, lumbering B-52s. Infrared-guided missiles were fired along with heavy cannon use. Those B-52s had no hope of surviving.

==========

Groups of F-57Cs and F-87s assisting in the first strike on Belem pull up and engage the airborne radar aircraft with everything from guns to short range infrared missiles to radar missiles to unguided rockets. Whatever it is, the Belem airborne AWACS have no hope of surviving.
