The PDA automatically opened the video email and the face of Lee was on the screen.

"12 weeks since you've being at school and its the Winter Break, which means holidays for the school. Do you want me to pick you up?" asked Lee.

"Ahh...sure Lee. I'm just a little wounded but I'm sure we can go back to Lynion, do we have enough space for an extra?" replied Matt as he felt his bruises.

Zora listened intently to Lee talk to Matt and smiled when Lee talked about her; she then swiftly got the water and medical liquid for Matt before standing quietly at his side with a smile on her face. "All of this is so amazing! This is no dream but it sure feels like one!"

At the time of the call, Zora's father was out while her mother happened to be relaxing at home. She was the one who picked up the video call; a sign that she was advancing with the times like everyone else was in the ever modernizing Ixanian Empire. The first thing that Zora's mother, Nataliya, happened to see, was the smiling face of her daughter. "Hello, Mother!" Zora cried out enthusiastically. "I wanted to tell you that I am going on a trip to Lynion!"

Her mother was intrigued. "To Lynion? Who is taking you there, Zora?" Her blue eyes blinked as she brushed her auburn hair back while waiting for a reply. Zora's mother was quite the beautiful woman to many people back in Ixania and was often said to have somehow passed down her looks to Zora. Zora was thus known as the "Little Nataliya" after being christened with an Ixanian name by her Russian parents. Zora whispered to Matt. "Do you want to talk to her?"

Matthew and Zora went down the staircase as they entered the main hanger bay. Hunter's were lined up ready for take off as Lynion Ground Forces boarded Chinocks and Blackhawks Mk2.

"Pilots, man your fighter jets!" came a voice over the PA System.

"That includes us," replied Matt as he took Zora's hand.

They raced down through the crowds of pilots to his Hunter as the first of the Blackhawks, Chinocks and Dingo Fighter Jets took off. Matt climbed into the cockpit as he placed Zora in front of him and put his intercom headset on.

"Buckle up," smiled Matt as the engines came to life. The hull doors were suddenly opened as the fighter jets free fall for two seconds before their engines came online. Matt's Hunter flew behind in the main formation as the sight of Lynion was below them.

"That's Lynion below us," pointed Matt.

IC: Jack stepped out of the car and pulled his rucksack onto his back. He strained under the weight of it. It was nearly as big as him, and his leg wasn't helping. He looked up at the huge building.

Blimey he thought to himself Hydria Military Academy has got nothing on this!

He limped through the main doors and into the reception. It was empty. Jack looked around, to see if there was anybody there. Having looked around and still not seen anyone, he rang the gold bell on the desk. Warm sunlight shone through the windows, making somethings brighter than others.

He dropped his bag to his feet, leaned against the desk, and pulled out a PDA.

Although she generally was patient, she was pretty much anxious to get in the air so she screamed in delight when the plane finally got into the air; her eyes fixed on the image of Lynion down below. It must have been a good 20 minutes before he actually found Room 216, but he did. He pushed the door open and stepped inside.

"Wow" he muttered to himself. Having been in rehab for 6 months, and Military Academy for 3 years before, he had become used to the steel frames and wooden matressess of the Army beds. This room was considerably better than what he'd become accustomed to.

He sat down on the bed, and opened the top of his rucksack. As he did, rather than seeing his coat, which he remembered packing last, he saw a large grey lump. Extracting it from his bag, he discovered it was a breeze block.

"Bloody gits!" he chuckled to himself. It was obviously a going away "present" from some of the lads back at the base.

"No worries Zora," replied Matt as a pair of Hunter's came alongside them. "Just sit tight and enjoy the ride,"

Jack was really bored now. The only thing in the Ustian News was the impending conflict with The Ryou Black Islands, or the troop deployment in Sarviats.

Bio:
Ava had what any person would have called a "normal" childhood in her circumstances. She was a bright child, and skipped a grade level in Elementry school.

With everything that she had seen so far ever since she first set foot in the International School, Zora Karasov was filled to the brim, from head to toe, in complete excitement. As she watched Matt work his magic with the fighter jet, Zora asked. "Do you often have mock dog fights with your friends, Matt? You are quite talented if I may say...."

"Ci wants to make sure I'm the same as I left," replied Matthew as he increased the speed of the Hunter.

The fighter jet passed over the Lynscert Island which was a no go fly zone for civilian jets. Matthew turned his head around as he noticed the others had increased speed.

"If we can get back to Lynion, she will survive and she'll live to see another day. But we must leave for Lynion if she is to survive. We think she has at least 24 hours to live before she dies and thats just enough time to do the operation," reported in the surgeon.

The captain shaked his head as he looked at Amy through the window. He gazed and the deathly still body of Amy as a tear slide down his left cheek.

"All hands on deck! We're going back to Lynion at full speed!" ordered the captain.

"There's one last thing we must do before we go. We need to send a telegram to Jim from the nation of Imperial Isa about what's happening," shouted the surgeon.

The captai nodded his head and went down to the radio room to send off the telegram.

As he pulled his jacket on, he looked out of the window. No movement, quiet as a grave.

'Maybe i'll get that walk after all' he thought, looking at the sun casting shadows across the school.

He left his room, and headed downstairs.

The plane was starting to leave as Amy turned around. She still felt offended by how Jim referred her as a freak where the Lynion's here treated her just like a normal person.

"We need to report back to the outpost," stated the regular.

Meanwhile in the airport a phone rang while Jim was standing nearby.

Amy turned around and smiled as the planes were starting to take off. This gave her relief even though she lost a friend, she could tell someone better might come along.

OOC: This is the last post Amy has of Jim and she no longers goes to the school. I might add a teacher later as well.

Colonel Kamarov sat in his office, shuffling through papers, signing the odd one. There was a knock at the office door.

"Come in" he called

The door opened, and Army General William Walcott stepped in, followed by someone Kamarov didn't recognise.

"Morning Vladimir" said Walcott as Kamarov stood and saluted him "More paperwork I see"

"Don't I know it" replied Kamarov. He was suspicious, and with good reason "I'm guessing this isn't a social call?"

"I'm afraid not Colonel" Walcott said, as the man behind him passed him a piece of paper "You've been re-assigned"

"Am I to understand that this comes all the way from the top" asked Kamarov

"Yes, we had to send the forms to the President via fax, because he's attending the Roman Summit"

"Very well" replied Kamarov, handing back the form "Where am I being assigned?"

"International School For Teens, imported_ViZiOn" continued Walcott "A teaching job"

"As long as there's less paperwork than I get here, i'm happy" joked Kamarov "Who's this?" he asked, nodding to the man behind Walcott

"This is Major Thomas, he'll be taking over base security"

Thomas extendend his hand "Pleased to meet you Colonel"

Kamarov shook his hand "Likewise" he turned to Walcott "Well, i've no personal belongings here, I might as well book a flight to ViZiOn"

"No need Colonel, one of our private jets will fly you in" replied Walcott

"Lee is alright. He can be scary if he doesn't talk to you and is glarring at you," started Matthew. "But arin't all the Union Guardians like that?"

Taishi was cutting through a piece of meat as he thought about the comment.

"Blazes! Every single Union Guardian is like that but Lee is the worse one to come across if you have a bad relationship with him," replied Taishi Ci. "Now...going off topic for a moment. How's school being for you Zora?"

Eliza sat back as she turned to Taishi Ci.

"For hells sake! The girl isn't used to a bunch of vampires and werewolves let alone able to answer you," started Eliza. "She just got here this morning let her take her time,"

Amy was finally admitted into the school. She looked around as she wondered who would be coming to help her.

'Nice school,' she thought to herself. 'Better than the other one. I wonder how good the chemistry class is,'

Zora smiled. "I am sure that I will get used to school with a bunch of werewolves and vampires; I never thought I'd ever have to but I am willing to do so."

A few nods went around the table as lunch was starting to end. Eliza watched as Taishi Ci and Michael nudged Matt.

"I'm only staying for one year then I'll come home," stated Matthew. "I only need to finish doing year 11 Physics and year 11 Chemistry,"

"How long are you going to be at school Zora?" asked Taishi Ci as a Cyclone Bomber flew at high altitude.

The three boys collected the plates and dishes and took them inside as the girls chattered on about school and other girl subjects. Taishi placed the dishes next to the basin as he turned to Matthew.

"Have you told her about your position?" asked Taishi. "She should know,"

Matt looked across to the side of the hallway as he noticed a photo hanging off the wall. He looked at it and then at his wings which had a picture of a werewolf with its mouth opened and four fangs in its jaw.

"She'll understand one day but not today," replied Matthew as Michael gave him a hug.

"She'll love an ace fighter pilot," smiled Michael as he joined the girls who were outside.

Taishi Ci looked around as he placed his hand on Matthews shoulder and the pair walked outside.

"You were destined for this and don't hold back," smiled Taishi.

"Thanks Ci. You've always being there for me," smiled Matthew as the pair joined the group.

"Now, what else to talk about," started Michael.
