Bill 001 is currently in the final stages of acceptance. It has received the necessary 2/3 support from the NNA member states and now requires Samtonia to approve it in order for it to pass.

Bill 001, simply stated, puts the use of nuclear weapons in the alliance under the control of the NNA. Nations with nuclear weapons must give them to the NNA. Only the NNA, under circumstances proscribed by the bill, may authorize the launch of nuclear weapons.

Hudecia submits that in the course of the past month it has acquired 10 tons of weapons grade uranium and 5 ICBM missiles. Once the bill is passed, we will place these weapons under the control of the NNA, and will allow the NNA to provide whatever security is required in Hudecia to protect these weapons.

Although we have signed up and have been actively reading the website, I have not officially declared myself as part of the NNA outside of the NNA forum. We are a small country, but we are willing to help in any way we can.

Usually I judge how long voting should continue by how quickly the alliance responds.

If a quick reaction is received voting can end quickly. Otherwise it may take a while.

Yeah. Bill 002 has been out for 3 1/2 weeks. Bill 003 has been out for 2 1/2 weeks. I've made my point in the past to have a one week debate and then a one week vote. Once we hit a 3 week time period, are we really expecting members who only log in in such a rare manor, or are we just hoping for enough newbies to swing the vote in a way we want?

WTF happened to the NNA site? I tried to post there (and lost my post) a few hours ago, and lost my post to a 404 error. That ticked me off. Now I learn the NNA website was hacked and destroyed? We were targeted? Can we learn who did this?

OOC: Admin is not sure what happened.. .I just got an telegramm myself.

IC: FLames poured out of the NNA Headquarters. Firefighters rushed to the scene but were unable to douse the blaze... no word on a cause yet althought arson is suspected.

While not sure what happened, the people of Tiborita are shocked. The president has ordered half of the reserves into full combat training, to get them into full combat streangth.

His Excellency, The Grand Duke of Luxornburg, offers his nation as the temporary headquarters for your organization. Although not affiliated with any world alliances, His Excellency feels that it is his moral duty to help those in need.
