It is now past 8 PM EST, and there have not been any 'no' votes. Ergo, the measure passes.

No, it doesn't pass. It violates the constitution. Nobody may ever gain special power whether it's been voted to him or not. The entire point of having the vote is so that nobody may ever gain special power.

And people have to know about the resolution for it to pass. Neither I, nor a bunch of other members, even heard of BoK's proposal until just now. We have to have the opportunity to vote.

Get rid of number 3 (because it's redundant to say it) and number 4 (because it's against the constitution) and I'm all for it.

And for number 2, when you say "The bill can be removed at any time if 15 members disagree" do you mean that even after it's been voted on and accepted that 15 people can say they don't like it and it will go bye-bye, or do you mean that if there are 15 votes of "no" during the vote on the bill it will be trashed?

You do know that only the signing nations of a treaty are bound by it, right? Unless the GA signed it, there's nothing 'legal' stoping the GA from ignoring it(well, unless the signitories want to impose their will upon others).

The jammer blocks ships traveling through 'normal' hyperspace by creating an artifical planet, which only exists in Hyperspace, any ships that strike this barrier are instantly destroyed. The 'planet' has no effect on realspace, and ships can travel at STL speeds through the barrier with no difficulty.

Comdidian government officals and military high rank commanders have gone into a debate along with several delegates from other systems nad nations about Comdidia staying in the GA. As of tomorrow by about 4pm (maybe) a choice will be made on to stay or leave the GA. The choice will be final so thats why its going to be a 24 hour debate at least.

The Sebecean Council ask the member of the GA, to let us join. We will abide by all of the rules. We also ask for the blending between the GA and the UCAP( Universal Coalition of Armed Powers). In the blending the GA would have to embrace the Protected Planets Treaty.

We would like to inform that the ship we began custruction on lately, the Mon Ecliptus, is not and will not contian any GA tech. Also our Command Carriers, Advaced Command Carriers, Command and Control Carriers, Devastator Carrier, Dreadnaughts, Jugernaughts, Battlerasiers, Stellerfrigates, Dragoon Cloaked Fighters, Prowlers, and all Compressed Partical Cannons(Pulse(Pulsar)) will always be under Sebecean order and only the Sebeceans will hav the rights to them.

If he's gone then I am too, I was only staying so I could continue to be allied with him (It's been productive) So with the founders gone you can pretty much say that the GA is absolved, HA, idiot noobs!
