I would tell the original poster that the above 10 actually are 10 different people. Aside from Kargucagstan you'll just have to take my word for it. They are different users. It just so happens that all of the posters aforementioned are active on irc.esper.net/draftroom and enjoy this sort of thing.
It would be wise to not count their votes, or to count them merely as one. None of the members they nominated are active on the General forum, which sort of invalidates their eligibility.
