I don't watch Adult Swim, but I can't help but catch a few things. Being on the Interwebs and all. :)

The only TV that I watch is Discovery Channel, Military Channel, History Channel, and Animal Planet.

That would explain why you don't know that Comedy Central bought the rights to Futurama a while ago.

Which is NO FUN.

You're going to be a 19K, right? Don't worry then, basic training is probably the last time you'll run, tankers hate running and PT in general. And either way, the privates in my platoon tell me that if you make it to basic you'll be good because no one gets failed out for nonperforming on PT anymore. And this is 19D basic, where I went from a 140 on the entry PT test to a 305 and gained 30lbs along the way!

On a related feature, I also like my eagerness to learn. :)

So, what is your best feature?

I find there's something of a toss-up between my humor, and my intelligence. Both are noticeable, useful features.

Outstanding. I just heard about that program the other day from some guy I had to give a ride to Kuwait (he's ex-SF, I actually met him in Ramadi in 2003 but he's a civilian now doing who knows what) and he said it was actually a great thing.

I had a buddy go through selection a few years ago and one thing he did that helped him out was he wore a 50lbs rucksack around all day (that may be a bit harder as a civilian).

Which 18 series MOS are you looking at?

I thought about learning Chinese, but the main problem I encountered with it is that Chinese is tonal and quite hard for me to grasp. Japanese tends to be easier on my ear and tongue because phonetically speaking, it's very similar to Spanish.

Spanish is more similar, in many ways, to Italian. More so than Portuguese. I don't speak Italian, but I can sustain a conversation with an Italian using Spanish and be understood effortlessly. I can read Italian, better than Portuguese. Of course, I understand Portuguese, I speak Asturian and Gallego, which stem from the mis of Spanish and Portuguese. But it's a bit harder than Italian.
