God no. I'm not a habitual groom. Also one thing I have noticed with people that marry foreigners in the USA. The divorce rate is much lower vs a native born wife or husband for that matter.

The first fifteen minutes, all I could think or say was "I'm actually IN the fucking Grand Canyon" over and over again. Then, on the drives in and out, all I could think of was being those who discovered it. I imagined looking to move north to cooler weather or looking for water or whatever, and then coming across that canyon and thinking "we are SO fucked."

I imagined you way older. Graying hair, darker hair, like the black Irish, very black eye borws, you know, and piercing light eyes. Scary looking, yeah, not ugly, just scary looking.:p

Like I said, I don't really know how I pictured you (or if I pictured you at all) but the pictures definitely were a surprise. It's neither negative or positive, it's just different. And I can't even pin it on something like "I thought you were bigger" or "I thought you had a beard" or something, I think it's really just that you look like a different type of person than I imagined. You know, something about your face, probably. You look a bit friendlier and "softer" than I'd thought, maybe. Wah, I dunno. But it's not bad! (she hastened to add...)

I don't have a picture hosted anywhere, so no go for me. I pretty much fit the bill for the stereotypical norwegian female, anyway :rolleyes:
