Also remember the Six-day War, which was essentially a Zionist war of aggression, which was organized basically by newly putsched junta led by Moshe Dayan, whose troops randomly used the occasion to occupy vast amounts of Arab territory, and occupy the old city, most of which was done with no planning or accounting for the future significance.

Actually...they declared it on lands that were given to them by the League of Nations and the United Nations. The same is said for the Palestinians. The difference is, the Israelis recognized their neighbors and in response, got attacked by the Arab League.

If you do that in someone else's land, it is. And Ben Gurion's mindset was well known.

I sided with Olmert: anger outbursts are not a reasonable policy. Blowing up towns in Gaza in response to Gazans blowing up towns in Israel would be the equivalent of the Dresden bombing during WWII: the anger is understandable, but the action would not be justified. I am not sure what you are wanting from me. I noted that you had not condemned the Gazans for their attacks: in response, you said that you do oppose that; fine. I ask what should be done about it, and you think the Israelis should just "have the balls" to let it continue: well that is not going to happen; it is the job of the Israeli government to minimize Israeli casualties.
