I've got some sort of disorder that limits my ability to print neatly. When I really try, I can basically combat it, but when I'm writing quickly, no one can read it. Certain letters just don't come out right.

You are not the first to comment on that and I have no explanation for it. I've always had much neater maths/physics notes than I've had writing anything else. Maybe it has to do with the state of mind, because when I'm doing math I have this whole "flow" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_%28psychology%29) thing going on where everything is structured and organised and has its own place and where I become completely involved in this sense of coherence.

Okay, you're it! If I'd ever have to name a favorite handwriting, it'd be yours.
Very good to read, absolutely pleasing to the eye, you're a teacher's dream when it comes to legibility.
Yay! Someone else knows the fantastic name! ... and around our neck of the woods, they still taught the kids to write like this in the fifties.. That, and my parents own a lot of books in the printed Sütterlin, which means I had to learn how to read that, too, and then they taught us the handwriting in school in arts class in 9th grade..
That's really neat. I never learned how to write it, but I did figure out how to read.
I like you.
I mog Di a!
If I write right-handed, my characters have a left-slant. But i'm naturally left-handed, so I tend to default to the right-slant.
That's the next step! We'll need handwriting samples from everyone with the hand they usually do not write with! .... at least in RL, that's always fun to watch.

Uh. I have to admit I cannot read the handwriting (yes, that means I cannot read what i wrote when I write it myself).

Okay, Smunkeeville's Personality Test thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=508521) made me curious about what you all write like.
Because writing with a mouse sucks this totally deserves its own thread.
As in, show us your handwriting.
Write something down, scan it or take a picture of it or whatever, and put it up here.
I'd say you can write whatever you want, but for scientific comparison purposes and for those not feeling overly creative, here's the infamous Stella paragraph again:
°°°
Please call Stella. Ask her to bring these things with her from the store:
Six spoons of fresh snow peas, five thick slabs of blue cheese, and
maybe a snack for her brother Bob. We also need a small plastic snake
and a big toy frog for the kids. She can scoop these things into three red
bags, and we will go meet her Wednesday at the train station.
°°°
Aaaand... go!
(I will post my sample in a minute. Or five.)
Bad really, really bad and I mean sooooo bad that even I can't read it. I was sooo proud of my 10 year old this morning showing me his home work. His hand writing is already so much better than mine.

I was forced to write cursive years ago in elementary school.
Since then, I've never had to do it again, except for the one time when I had to copy a paragraph for an exam I took. The paragraph itself had only been about ten sentences, but because of my lack of expertise in cursive, I had to sit there for fifteen minutes or so trying to remember HOW to do cursive.
At the end, I was so frustrated, I simply wrote, "Fuck cursive." Yes...in cursive. :P

THIS (http://i13.tinypic.com/43h1so9.jpg)is a sentient arctic cucumber who is very pissed off with its lot in life.
FYI, the sixth sense organ is the one that gives you this funny feeling that you know that whatver you are going to do next, it will be catastrophically wrong.

Is it really?:p
No, I haven't had trig yet. I'm in pre-calculus right now...it's disappointingly easy.
:p
Yes, it is.:p
And how can you not have taken trig yet? So much of pre-calculus involves trig. We had to take it first, when we took Algebra II. It makes no sense!

No, not really. I just thought it might be fun.:p

Beautiful. I don't know why you need to write in caps, though. You're writing is perfectly legible.:)

:p
Well, we learned some basic trig in Algebra I, and we've learned a little bit of it in Physics, but the actual class devoted solely to trig is what I will take next semester.

Our Trig class was only a semester long, so it was kinda smashed together with Algebra II. :p But yeah, I learned more about the intricacies of trig in Physics than in Trig. lol
Which reminds me in a note to myself: post numbers and the other thing I didn't post. Anyone help me remember what the other thing was?

Feh, I've already done the right hand. I'm not doing it again. :p I have written with my left, and produced numbers, but I am not on the computer attached to the scanner, so no dice just yet, I'm afraid.
