Pancakes and Sausage with Strawberry Topping



2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
Dash ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
4 OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Pork Sausage Links
4 frozen pancakes (4 inch)
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese



COMBINE preserves and cinnamon in medium bowl; stir in strawberries. Set aside.
MEANWHILE, heat links and pancakes as directed on packages. Cut links in half lengthwise.
SPREAD pancakes evenly with cream cheese. Place two link halves on each pancake; top with the strawberry mixture. Serve immediately.
