Lol, I have a friend like that. It does get a little annoying, because she loves burgers and fries and all that stuff, and isn't particularly fond of the vegetables and low carb and fat free stuff that she forces herself to eat. So whenever we go out to eat, I hear lots of complaints about her food. Drives me nuts. :p

Where to begin?

Everyone is shallow to some extent, but it seems they aren't generally as shallow as you. As long as a person has one attractive quality - hair, eyes, build, whatever -and a good personality, it isnt necessary for me that the person be at least 6' or within a certain weight range. Some people shouldn't go around wearing bakinis, fine I'll agree with that. Doesn't make them ugly or lesser people.

Believe it or not, some people enjoy life without being obsessed with excersize, nutrition, and clothing sizes. Frankly, I don't want to live till 80 if it means I can't eat another cheesesteak or burger or dark chocolate.

I worry about my health, and try to make sure I take in necessary vitamins and minerals. But I'm not going to start making myself miserable to try and fit a certain dress size. And if someone like you is going to judge me for that, I don't give a damn, cuz your opinion is worth less to me than a bowl of brussel sprouts.

TreSemme (sp??). Not a particularly exotic scent, just a salon-type of clean. Smells good tho. I switch btwn the TreSemme and Herbal Essences passion flower shampoo. I had been using aloe vera conditioner, but thats almost gone, so its gonna be all treSemme soon. ooh, and my soap is cucumber melon.

I had been using aloe vera conditioner, but thats almost gone, so its gonna be all treSemme soon. ooh, and my soap is cucumber melon.

However, as a lover of the martial arts, I believe that you are fat when your weight has a definite impact on your ability to perform well in hand-to-hand combat. It's an honest scale, a body with healthy amount of fat can perform significantly better than one that borders on no fat at all. An an unhealthy amount could be too little, meaning a poor diet that does not provide what is needed for strength and endurance, or it could mean too much, where you are forced to exert more energy than needed for others to accomplish the same feat.
