It looks like there are too many people with 4 or more nominations but if we chose all with 5 or more then we wouldn't have enough people (just seven). If you want to hurry it up then you should nominate three more guys who currently have four nominations. Check to see if Ladamesansmerci is online first so she can make the poll straight away without anyone else nominating and complicating things.
