How does ones ability to make a baby reflect on their mental capabilities?
Mental capabilities have nothing to do with it. You do something, it has consequences. I hate excuses, because ultimately, the shit that went down still went down no matter the reason.
Besides, what could the parents have done to prevent this? Experiance tells me that if two people want to have sex, they are going to have sex.
Technically a 8 year old would be able to sign their name on a housing contract or loan paper but we don’t let them because they are not able to make an INFORMED decision. Why is this any different?
Luckily, an eight year old isn't capable of receiving a bank loan.
