I hope someone's had the:

(IV: ANH) Leia (re: Chewie) "..would somebody get this walking carpet out of my way."

quote. I could search through the pages but that would require effort. Effort is the path to the dark side. It's official:

Effort leads to stress. Stress leads to fear... you know the rest.

Hehe - nope, don't think anyone has had that quote yet ;)

Here's what I'm feeling right now...

School leads to revision...revision leads to exams...exams lead to fear...fear leads to anger...etc

"I will never join you Dooku!"

I can think of five better quotes than that. The fact that they're the first five lines of A New Hope is neither here nor there..

nuh-uh.. homework -> effort -> stress -> ... -> Dark Side.

see? those '->' signs make it a mathematical formula. and maths is never wrong. Allan Einstein proved that.

Just thought I'd step in to clear something up with an episode 2 quote:

Did you know, the climactic line in Episode V (you all know what I'm talking about) is plagiarized directly from someone living 2700 years before. *dusts off Fagles translation of the Odyssey and turns to Chapter 16* "I am not a god;

Favorite Episode II Quotes

By far my favorite

Obi-Wan: I have to admit that without the clones it would have not been a victory.
Yoda: Victory. Victory you say? Master Obi-Wan, not victory. The shroud of the dark side has fallen, begun the clone war has.

Obi-Wan: I was beginning to wonder if you'd got my message.
Anakin: I retransmitted it to Coruscant, just as you'd requested, Master. Then we decided to come and rescue you.
Obi-Wan: [looks at his handcuffed hands] Good job.

Obi-Wan: What took you so long?
Anakin: Well, you know, Master, I couldn't find a speeder that I really liked...
Obi-Wan: There he is.
Anakin: ...with an open cockpit and the right speed capabilities.
Obi-Wan: If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you'd rival Master Yoda as a swordsman.
Anakin: I thought I already did.
Obi-Wan: Only in your mind, my very young apprentice.

Count Dooku: What if I told you that the Republic was now under the control of a dark lord of the Sith?
Obi-Wan: No, that's not possible. The Jedi would sense it.
Count Dooku: The Dark Side has clouded their vision. Hundreds of senators are now under the influence of a Sith lord called Darth Sidious.
Obi-Wan: I don't believe you.

My favorite quote from Revenge of the Sith is
"You lose, General Kenobi"
General Grievous at the beginning just before he jumps out the ship.

My favorite from the original is
"If you kill me, I will become more powerful than you could ever imagine."
Ben Kenobi right before Darth Vader kills him in Episode IV

My favorite Chewbacca quote is
"Waaarrrgh" it is very deep and I completely agree.
In Episode V when he is in the Hoth base waiting for Han and Luke.

My favorite Darth Maul quote is
"At last we shall reveal ourselves to the Jedi."
Darth Maul on Corescant talking to Emperor Palpatine

My favorite Anakin quote is
"Would you excuse me for a moment, Master"
Anakin Skywalker after he lost the assassin and then jumped off the speeder.

My favorite Jango Fett quote is
"It's always nice to meet a Jedi"
Jango Fett when he is talking to Obi wan Kenobi

If it wasn't planned you'd think in the Star Wars universe with the technology there is protection would be 100%

You'd also think that with all their technology, they'd be able to do C-sections, thus saving Padme and preventing Anakin from turning to the Dark Side in the first place.

Yeah, I know. I couldn't figure that out...but if she didn't die, then it would totally screw up the entire original trilogy.

someone thought the ewoks were speaking filipino? it's actually an obscure chinese dialect, I forget the name, and they are only imitating it

on a side note, the Sullustian navigator on the Falcon in RotJ is speaking a Kenyan language, and his lines actually fit with the situation, needless to say, it was a big hit in Kenya :)

fav quote overall: "You must unlearn what you have learned" Yoda

I thought it was just that she lost the will to live after Anakin turned to the dark side and tried to kill her.

I think that was the point, that in trying to save her (by turning to the dark side) Anakin actually ended up killing her. I've heard murmurs that part of the problem was the Padme was injured by the Force choke Anakin gave her. But that doesn't make much sense when compared to other instances of the Force choke.

"You were the chosen one." was by far the most emotional quote in the saga, so its my favorite.

On another note, I think that it was the Force's will for Padme to die, so it killed her. That's why a measley droid couldn't identify the problem.
