Any one with half a brain would have voted for Iceland and most others that didnt go on. The performance of Iceland was better then most in the contest, you have no idea what you are talking about.

There's nothing quite as sad as whining that your country didn't win Eurovision.

No but seriously, ahead of them were Latvia (eastern bloc votes) and Greece (Baltic votes) assuming it hadn't been political, Israel could very easily have won that. The song was very good, and so was her singing. Full credit to her. Of course, we all know the real reason she only got 4th.... she got famous from "Cochav Nolad" or "shooting star" being the intended translation, Pop Idol and AMerican Idol clone. Still, she's good so I won't hold it against her:p
