I was born in the 60's. Barely.
I was raised on sugar and television. I'm pretty much fed up with both of them by now.
My mom was a housewife/librarian and my dad was a rocket scientist.
High school was a drag. I inhaled.
I have an English degree which serves me well as a bartender.
Thinking about grad school but I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Medical school would be the most interesting, but the cost is rather prohibitive. Plus, I don't really want to practice medicine, I want to study viruses.

Some of you have the most depressing stories. I've had my share of bad experiences and I'm still kickin' so I hope the sad ones realize that life is a journey, people can overcome anything.

My name is Simon, 29 yrs old (for another 18 days) live in Southampton (South Coast of England) where we get the weather equivalent of beige. The whole of England is currently enjoying(?) the snow, kids have days off school, colleagues around the country are snowboarding down various high streets and I have to endure endless days of the cursed drizzle.

Apart from that I enjoy most music from Eminem to Dire Straits via Led Zeppelin and Nina Simone, eating out, cooking, motorsports and football(the real one). I have played many sports at a good level including American Football - picked for the GB squad, Rugby - county equivalent, Football - various 5/6 a side and pub type teams, Shooting - represented GB vs. Germany.

That's all the interesting stuff, the rest just blends in with the background I'm afraid. apart from the world domination of course

Hi, I'm also a Stephanie, I'm 29 and I live in Vegreville, Alberta Canada. I was actually born in the city of Edmonton and moved to the nearby town of Vegreville a year ago.

For money, I am a graphic designer and I colour comic books. I went to college and took AudioVisual but dropped out because I felt like I was learning more on my own by goofing around in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Cooking and baking is a passion of mine, and for hobbies, I love video games and collect video game consoles and whatever related merchandise I find and think is cool, like toys, statues, mugs, headphones, art books, etc. I read comics, I buy toys, I doodle, and I am often on the computer.

I've been going through this phase in life lately where I really want to learn things. Currently I'm learning about PHP and CSS so I can set up a news website about comic books based on video games. Then this spring I'm taking up gardening and electronics. In the summer I like hiking in the mountains and camping, or going on road trips or just laying in the sun. :cool:

My real name is Alex (first name will suffice) I was born in San Leandro California on Jan. 10, 1987. I lived there for five years I don't remember much of. When I was five I moved to Glen Rock, New Jersey. I lived there for ten years. While there I attended elementary, secondary, and a year of high school. All of my classes were small as the town was only 11,000 people. It was in Glen Rock I had my first real girlfriend as well. I really enjoyed the town and loved livivng in the North East. When I was 14, my family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, a town of just over 200,000. I've been there for almost four years now. I'm finishing high school this year and plan to continue on to college - I don't know where yet. It took a while to get used to but I am enjoying living here now. I've made some great friends who continue to be good fun. Its also here that I started to drink, smoke, and do drugs. I've pretty much stopped the drugs and drinking after a bad experience but I continue to smoke. . .oh well.

Hrm.... okies. My name's Michael, and I'm 18 at the moment. I enjoy reading up on ancient history and mythology, particularly Greek mythology. I used to have a fascination with all things astronomical, but now it's just more of a keen interest. I was quite an avid gamer, but recently I haven't been touching my games, mainly because my pc is busted, and this one isn't good enough for games. I spend most of my day on the interwebs, because I'm very very shy, and have very few friends outside of the pc, mainly because I don't care enough to keep in contact with most of them. I was doing a business degree at university, but it's no longer relevant to my life, so I want to start again, this time in history, which I have somewhat more than a passing interest in. I spend a lot of my time listening to music, but I tend to listen to the same album over and over and over until I get tired of it and put it away for months. What's currently in prime circulation are the three LOTR soundtracks, because I like them.

I've recently been going through two bouts of depression, this one has lasted way longer than the previous one, and am now on a prozac prescription. I'm not entirely convinced it is the best thing for me, but since it's only a months prescription, and I'm not wanting to carry the depression any further than it's going to, I figured I should try and see how much good it does me. I'm not sure whether it's because of that that my stomach has been a lot more upset recently, and my hands and legs have been a lot shakier, particularly noticable when I go down stairs. eh... apart from that... not entirely too much, though I might add to it. I don't really do all that much except harass people, and when my pc is working, draw others in my little thread.

Hi, I'm 16, female, and residing in the Uk. I'm Currently Studying 4 A levels, Law, English Lit & Lang, Psychology, and History. (This sounds oddly like a blind date Ad, but nevermind.) Politically, I probably swing around socialism, left-wing, and with liberal ideas. However, I do have some extreme views on some things, usually in regard to a religious stance.

I don't like to reveal my age much on here much, because I'm fully aware my speech places me in a higher age bracket, and I prefer to converse with that bracket. :)

Um.. I love tennis, and am an avid Roger Federer fan... I used to be into wrestling, but don't watch as much anymore..I like going gigs, and our local venue is great for thrash/heavy metal bands. (etc)

I have paint shop pro, which is usefull (mostly ;) ) for fixing certain problems.

I photoshopped my pictures so lighting was better, but you couldn't see my face very well in smaller versions. The closeups you can.
