Ok guys. I know that we have a great volunteer spirit in the NS tech forum (as evidenced by the numerous [and usually correct] responses so that I don't need to deal with each one), so I'm calling for players to volunteer to be called on when the mods have language problems. Though we probably speak a half-dozen languages between us, that's nowheres near enough.

So, this is what I'd like you to do. If you can speak English (acceptably) and other languages, and are willing to volunteer some time, please reply to this message in the following format:

Name: Language (Skill), Language (Skill) . . .

For example:SalusaSecondus: Spanish (sub-conversational, but not bad)

Thank you all.

Will we be able to sign up down the line?

If say, we are in the process of learning a language?

It's times like this when I'm really mad that I was not allowed to take a language in middle school or ninth grade.

Loop,
Japanese, Very novice, but I have a pretty good refernce library. Useing me as a last resort would probably be best.

1337. good enough to follow a conversation in it. and reply.

Loopese, wlel I tpye in it edvreyay, all you need to konw is wehre to put the cmoams,

Pig German I speak it rather well expecially since it is a spoken only language, (you just yell German sounding stuff at the top of your lungs at people)

I'd probably be available for most things

I don't think I've ever seen japanese on here except that one time I stuck something in a translator. (これのように!)

On topic (mostly for legitimacy ... don't make me translate anything ):

I know a verrry little spanish and I plan to learn japanese in the not-to-distant future.

I infer, when you consider that it was right after Salusa and Agriento had a conversation in Italian with a player who can not speak English very well that it would be for helping out players who do not have an excellent grasp of English.

Maybe I should learn AOLese. . .

I'm suprised that there are no Dutch translatrs yet.
