What's the point of having them then?
OOC: Originally, there was no point. I simply had myself as an open refugee ground when some nation back in '03 went on a "Kill all the Elves!" rampage. Occasionally I've had some fun RP's with Racial Purists who claim Elves are destroying Klonor, Seperatists that claim Elves are to good to lower themselves to being in a nation with humans, etc. but by this point in Klonor history we've pretty much moved to the point where nobody (Except an extreme and bigoted minorty) really cares or notices that Elves and Humans aren't the same species.
