Ah thats nothing, there was that Korean guy that did a 50 hour stint recently. Mind you it did kill him :D

50 hours? Is he CRAZY? I'm glad he died. He didn't deserve to live. His death kills the chance of his insanity being spread into the gene pool.

The longest Iv'e ever managed to game was 38 hours..but was a special situation.

Had 4 days off, starting early Friday morning. Game ( Stellar Emporor, if anyone remembers it) was reseting for a month long game that night. I went strait to sleep at 7AM, set alarm for 745 PM. Got up, drank a Mt. Dew, hit my Pipe, as was ready to game at 8PM, when Reset went into effect. Gamed all night long, by 7AM had my 7 Planets ( you were allowed 9 but I always kept 2 slots open for invaisions) and had them growing good. SPent the next 20 hours hunting and killing Scoutships looking for planets to Colonize. Was the first person that round, at hour 14) to have a Destroyer built and armed. Spent many an hour hunting and Killing with my DD. At hour 32, my first assault transport was ready, and started seeking Planets to assault. Fell asleep at hour 38, but all my planets were growing fast, and had massive defense. I ended up winning that Round ( first time ever) on account that at the months end I had the highest COmbat Score, Highest number of completed Warships, and best Standard of Living on my planets. Woot.

What could possibly possess someone to play that much? The most I've gone is about 24 hours.

Most in one go that I've done is probably 10 hours, but that includes plenty of breaks.

Wooshaba, I did mention in a post or two that the first lesson was going to be combat training, hence they were all in the training rooms. Unfortunately Steel Butterfly who had offered to do combat training has gone AWOL, though his last login is down as a day ago.

Hey guys this is the person who does Sey Koth ... i havnt been doing this lately bcuz with 4 ap classes and band everyday after skool i have no time to get on the computer ... it was loads of fun and im sure it still would be but i think u can just take me out i wont post anymore ... BYEE!

So now we've got Odcal, Alimar, Taan, Lialai, Den, Taylor, Jacen, Zadeth, and Kurt. This is less of an academy and more of a training group.

You think this is small, you should see how many I've got in my dark arts academy. Anyway theres plenty of npc's milling about that never get mentioned, but they're there. Besides, the academies new, it won't be bursting at the seems full of padawans training :D

Ok, for those who have been trying to keep up, here' s a list of my NPC's that I'll be running,on board the Seeker. THere is also, if you hadn't noticed, a new Dark Character. I'm currently running it ( although mostly offstage), but if anyone wants to take him over, let me know.

I never said Dirta could time travel. She doesn't have the mind potential that Den has to travel through time. I let you guys think about what it could be before i would give you the answer. you know how in harry potter when hermione has her time twister. it is something similar to that.

@Ageaol- The light is black. Black not dark grey. I don't know how it has a black glow but it does. Also she will chop off their fingers so that they will have proper hygeine. Their fingers will grow back. I hope.

There is no such thing as a black lightsaber. Black is a color that appears when the object reflects absolutely no light and instead absorbs everything. A lightsaber uses light as a weapon so a black lightsaber is impossible.

If she can't time-travel how did she train under someone killed by Vader? If it's similar to the time twister why did you say that is a natural ability of Den? I think we've gone through this time travel discussion before too...

Of course Den didn't steal my stones. You didn't even decide that he had one until recently. My stones are similar but different. Maybe I should've added sarcasm tags but those never seem to get as nice reactions as when I don't add them..

lol.... actually den is the only person who can use it because he is the last descendent of his ancestors. his ancestors could do it. His ancestors are actually pack rats. anything that is worth something they keep it and pass it down. if den was to have a son or daughter they would be able to do it.

On the IC thread. I have finally arrived at Wundragore. Whew. Took forever.

If you read the last several posts, you will note that there is a kidnap team on it;s way down to Windragore. THe timing of my arrival just happened to co-incide with their descent into the Academy. I couldn't help it, that' s jsut the way it worked out. Go back and read my last half a dozen posts and you'll see why. I'm going to leave it up to DN in his RPing whether of not the kidnap gets discovered soon enough for my warship to be in posistion to do anything about it.

I'd kind of like the kidnap to be found out just soon enough for me to attack the kidnappers, maybe damageing them somewhat, but allowing them to effect a last minute escape. GOod Drama you know. ALthough there is something to be said for me stopping the kidnap, capturing the crew of Nocturne's ship, so we can interrogate them.

Naturally with DN as the GM, I leave it up to him.

People get bored, hanging around. It's taken better than 2 months to RP 2 days. At this rate we might get to some real action around mid-2008.

I am enjoying this RPG..but it is slower tahn I am used to. Well, we shall see...now that I have arrived at Wundragore..maybe things will speed up somewhat.

All my rp's get called boring. Everyone always expects the bad guys to blow up the place in the first post, it's starting to piss me off.

My other academy dropped down to having only two others bothering with it and I think they've finally quit it. I'm fed up with spending so much time on planning an RP only to have it die off through lack of interest from others.

DN, I found somebody in MT to RP. Jenrak, me and him have done three or more good RP together. I got two characters married two of his characters.

I have started two RP, an merc type one and my mutant school. Both of them did not work out. The merc one failed because everybody started leaving. My mutant school one ended because people stopped posting.

So, I join other people’s thread, now.

The problem with joining other peoples threads is that most of the time I just can't get into them and get left behind. Or the others stop posting.

You can either start RPs with people you KNOW will continue to post or you can start a group with that goal or you can hack their accounts and force them to post or you can nuke teh crap out of them.

Then someone goes and posts something that just makes me wonder why I even fucking bother anymore.

I am involved in a Battlestar Galactica RPG at the moment. The officall start was 9 days ago. We ahve already finished episode 1, ( 82 pages) and are working seriously on Episode 2( 8 pages to date).

While this RPG is fun, it is a bit slow moving. Seems we've lost a lot of players too. I'm stil here though. I check the forum at least twice a day to see if I can do my next post. SOme days I can post twice..other times it's a wek between my posts to try and keep time-lines straight.

This is slow. It's been two months and it's still the first couple of days!

They attacked him, so he took them out. What would you do in my shoes? Buildings being blow up around him, so I thought I did the best thing by taking out the huge problem in Raidon‘s side.

I will edit by him teleporting in the force field and cutting up a couple of them before disappears. With a couple of wounds.

Already did. Your stalkers are not harmed, well one of them is because an early attack. Raidon is nowhere to be seen unless your stalkers have some type of X-Ray vision in their helmets. He is on the other skirts of the city.

Made my final post in all of your threads, DN. This is why nobody likes to RP with you because you don’t like twists. But you can make a many twists in as you want because you think it is your thread. It is your thread but it takes more people then one person to make a good RP.

It's time for "Corrina Explains!" Yay!

The Blue Narcissist is a custom built hot-rod of a spaceship, small and sleek. Although it has underpowered shields for a craft of its size, it more then makes up for this with its speed. (No where near an A-Wing, but it can haul when it needs to. :P) The bottom Missile tubes are dissconntable from the rest of the body and can each indenpendently pivot 90 degrees along the underside, to fire missiles towards the front, underside, directly behind, or anywhere between the two points. The tubes can also load and lauch small Decoy Bouys, which give the same sensor profile as his own ship.
Reno contracted a small group of black market ship builders to build the craft, and is still making payments on it. This is the main reason he bounty hunts.
Besides the two missile tubes/arms, the Blue Narcissist also stocks two Plasma Pulse Cannons in the wing area, and a single Ion/EMP Cannon above the head/cockpit area.
As Reno has already demostrated, the Blue Narcissist is equiped with an Analog Controlled Steam Release System, which Reno uses when he sets his ship into 'Silent Running.' The System uses short controlled bursts of specialized Steam to guide and propel the craft in Zero-G, no power conditions. Since the system is analog, EMP and Ion attacks have little to no effect on it. It is however, by no way, a replacement for Reno's primary thrust engines.
Since Reno is a Bounty Hunter, the central body of the craft is hollowed out and serves as a containment cell. Although, due to the size of the ship, the cell is vastly uncomfortable for any more then a single average sized human.
Underneath the pilot's seat is a small weapon's locker where Reno keeps his gear. Namely his Butterfly Rod, Neural Pacifier Gun, and Stun-Cuffs...

It's a blockade, directly over the starport. WIth one Bulk Cruiser, and eight heavily modified fighters. ANything comming in to land would have to get past us. ALthough, now with the situation with Gnufasar the X-Wing blockade tat was imeadiatly above the starport at 5 KMs has been pulled away to interdict the Narcisist. Keep in mind, all of Blue Squadron ( 4 X-Wings) have been modified to matching specs of the Fett's Revenge. Longer, faster, more manuverable, heavier armed, highly improved shields. If that's not bad enough...Treezago is being trained in the Force....and if that doesn't get ya..Icara onboard the Seeker will. Not to mention the Seekers upgrades ( she's a fully custom built Cruiser). You might want to go back and look at my previous posts.( Both OOC and IC.) While the Seeker and her fighters would have a hard time against a ImpII class Star Destroyer, anything less is a joke.

Oh, and on your most recent post Drac...the Seeker is blockading due to lack of communications from the Academy. SOmething was definatly wrong on the planet, and Treezago is trying to asist by not letting anything else interfere, and stopping all outbound traffic. Again..go back over my previous posts. It's all explained over the course of the last couple of months of posts.

Still an illegal blockade, potential declaration of war there, tut tut.

You've had two months ( maybe more) since I began my interdiction of Wundragore..to help your Jedi mind you...and you had plenty of time to raise an objection. I even sent serveral messages to your wonderful Jedi Masters and Dragons and Mages ( Wow, were we playing Star Wars or were we playing Forgotten Realms?) Now, suddenly, my interdiction is inconvienant..and so you are whistling up a combat force to end it? You've even sent me messages requesting that I take on a Bounty once this situation on the surface is ended, so you can't claim you didn't see that I was enacting a blockade of the planet. If you wanted the blockade ended, you could have used your brain and had one of your Masters send a message saying "Hey, it's over..go home". Instead, you want to go to war. OK, fine. Let's go to war. I'll be back on Monday, early morning ( 10AMish EST), and Monday night ( starting at around 10PMish, EST). I may bestir myself to show up way early Monday morning ( as in 0030 hours.)Yes, depending on what you bring to the battle my char will probably die...but be prepared to lose huge chunks of your combat forces. Keep in mind...I will stick with what I have already posted...advanced Cruiser..heavily modified fighters...and oh yeah...don't forget that Ang-Ti Monk follower Alcara.

If you play out this combat using brains instead of brawn I will continue to RP with you. Brown Squadron. 4 modified A-Wings. Increased speed. Low manuverability..designed as hit, run, turn and reattack fighters. Much as the P-51 of WWII. Armed with laser cannon taken from the X-Wings of Blue Squadron.Each fighter manned by a vetran fighter jock.

Icara Intresid. Jedi Trainee. Learned the ways of the White Current. Fully trained by the Ang-Tii monks.

Well, I'm having to go on what you have posted. Your posts stated that you were whistling up your fleet because of the blockade. That tells me you are going to attack me. NOwhere in your IC posts did you mention that you were bringing in the fleet to deal with Nocture.

No matter how that goes...check my latest post. ( And Gnu, that obviously goes for you too.)

Note, everything in my most recent post conforms to Cannon SW, as well as DN-offshoots. If you need me to elaborate on what happened, let me know. Check Alcara's backstory to figure out where she got her abilities.

OOC: Now that is one hell of a godmod. Unless, that is, you're leaving. There is a reason why out of all the powers the Monks had, I only used teleportation...

Alcara knows, via her sensitivty, that a huge fleet is on the way. If the Fleet is Freindly, they will repair the Narcisist, if they are hostile, they will most likely ignore a hulk floating in space. Repairs to the Narcisist will only take a few minutes. The Power Buffer was removed in it's entirety, leaving a gap in the power flow. Replace the Buffer, about like installing a new video card in a Real Time Computer( which is to say, a piece of cake), and the Blue will be up and runnig again.

Treezago's unit has only been hidden. THey are still in the area, monitoring everything that goes on.

This could lead to a huge assistance ( which is what Treezago wanted in the first place). Depends on how DN plays it out. If Nocturnes fleet arrives before we game out Treezago coming back in, then all of the sudden, Nocturnes Fleet will find themselves atacked from the rear by a group of warships ( well, one warship and a nicebatch of fighters) that she had no clue was there.

Well, still. There was no logical reason to do that. Reno was moving away from the planet anyways, towards the Draconian Fleet. Reno wasn't making any threatening moves towards the Seeker. Other then just because she could, there was absolutely no reason for her to disable Reno's ship in such a way.

There are no ninja's under the academy. Those earth nin were all defeated and the leaf nin are in CW's space.

So the leaf ninjas that CW brought in via Taylor shouldn't have come right if they were from CW's space. Because if I am correct he just went underground and pulled out a leaf ninja and it did some tricks and that was it. And with the ninjas under the school I meant that it was under the school grounds not exactly underneath the school.

Taylor did not go underground and pull out a leaf ninja.. He entered a wormhole and travelled to Konoha and brought the leaf ninja back to Wundagore. After the demonstration the leaf ninja left by wormhole. Back to Konoha. Many lightyears away. At the time of your post, there would've been no ninja anywhere on the planet.

I was thinking Kakashi, yeaa he came through a wormhole to do a demonstration before leaving again. No coming from the underground at all.

You know that old show Sliders? We created something like that, but as a wormhole network to get people and light vehicles to where they need to go, quickly, rather than the alternate universe plotline. We're working on getting heavier stuff through, but so far, it's pretty much like a portable, infantry-only Stargate in effect.

Did you guys know that geokinesis is not actually the correct term for the ability to control the earth. It is actually terrakinesis. I was on the web yesterday playing around and I decided to look up the classical Greek elements. It turns out the four correct prefixes were actually Pyro (Fire), Aqua (Water), Aero (Air), and Terra (Earth). All of the prefixes were based off of their latin names. We had all of them correct except for earth according to the latin prefix. Geo still does mean earth but technically it is incorrect.

Geokinesis does sound better then terrakinesis though.

Strafing runs = Reno flys by overhead at high speeds, shooting at ground targets as he soars past. Good for confusing and scattering targets...
