There are only 2 stargates on this planet. Both are controlled by the US. Unless you're a culture that's been exploring through space for millions of years, I don't think anyone has the tech to create one.

OOC: Letila, I realise that you'd really, really like to play and it seems hard to break in, but you'd probably find more willing RP partners if you weren't quite so obnoxious. Your posts are generally one or two-lines with nothing but rhetoric and self-aggrandising. Try creating a character for your nation (preferably in a topic you create yourself rather than hijacking someone else's) and showing us how your character gets from point to point. Simply declaring that you have FTL travel doesn't make you interesting.
Sorry for this brief hijack, but it's really annoying to see you jump into so many threads with quick, one-line posts that add nothing to the topic on hand.
