The trashcan bombings are largley succesfull, and the 2 sent to the Red Building get the tape, but then, something happens, though they made their bomb drops with success, 3 of the Kechans didn't return, no reports, nothing, they just vanished.

Lights began going off Capital-wide, at this, most Government facilities switched over to Emergencey Power Systems, but most of the Residential Sector loses power totally, the KKF has it's own Power Plants, and so it remains operational, and immediatley seals itself off totally, within a few minutes a quake of about 4.5 in magnitude on the Richter Scale starts, it would have been stronger, but Government operatives had been tipped off, and had been clearing them before they activated, never-the-less, much damage is done as the quake rages.
OOC: quaking should go on for about 3-4 hours until all the ossicillators are found or they are destroyed due to crashing buildings and such. The sick thing about osscillators are once they get up to a power level is as long as one is functioning it can theoritically keep the same magnitude by constantly knocking the frequency waves back down.

IC: some 3 hours later the quake began to die down, just about as fast as they could, the nearest Guard and Militia units began converging in at the Capital.

We possess more weapons! We have the will to fight! The fat Beuracrats hide within the walls of the KFF counting there money and letting the poor and displaced die! Rise up now and defeat the vile Empress and her lapdogs now while they government is weak!"
