KCC Plot.
It was at the Brandywine City Airport, on a day that looked just like any other, some clouds up in a bright sky, as the nation was under Martial Law, a few Military soldiers were in the Airport, but not many were in public view, and, at one of the checkpoints, all was not as it seemed, the Security Officer at that checkpoint was, in reallity, a KCC Agent.
A large group of men in there early to late twenties dressed as Business men approached the security and officer and set down there unusually heavy bags onto the conveyor belt. The Lead man takes out a envelope with the contact information and shows it to the security officer. "escuse me sir do you know where we have to go for our business convention?"

The Next day about 11 AM
4 Inquisitors dressed as tourists walking around the business and the court district. At about 11 10 they each throw a crumpled up fast food bag into a nearby trashcan and head back to the safe house.
Inside the bag is a Flechette bomb(basicaly the proffesional version of a nail bomb) timed to detonate in an hour.
At the same time the other 6 Inquisitors enter 6 different hotels restrooms and each rig a toilet seat to explode next time it flushed using C4. When they are done they head back to the safe house.

two agents go into the residential part of the city as far away as possible from where the first attacks toook place and on a dozen cars they put a small strip of C4 on a wheel so when the c4 makes contact with the ground it will detonate.

2 Inquisitors disguised as police officers stand on the street corner about 5 blocks away from a popular hotel.

"ok everything seems to be in order then" as he closes the trunk he smears some Silicone compound explosive over the latch(its about 4x as powerful as C4 its designed to blow the gas tank when the trunk is opened again.

If so the mission is aborted and they will drive back to the safehouse.

They pull the manhole cover off and drop into the sewer and recover the hole.
They each take opposite sides of the sewer and start applying Silicone explosives to the pipes with caulk guns and head down the entire lenght of the block applying the explosives. At the end of the block they apply a timer for 4 hours.
They follow the sewer system one block over get out through the nearest manhole and head back to the van.
They pull onto a street near the border of the city. Get out and check to make sure no one is following them again.

OOC: that block is going to be seriously screwed over. pretty much the street will be completely ripped apart. It might collapse the foundations of the buildings. The watermains and gas lines will explode. The main purpose of this it will damage gas lines for miles around or just force the system to shut down. Same thing for waterlines but not as severe since you dont have to worry about water igniting.

IC: As the timer reaches it's limit the street is rocked by the detonations, it cracks violently and collapses in several places, the buildings shake and 1 of the smaller ones collapses outright, the gas line and water line are also damages, KNPD and KNFD forces are scrabmled citywide.

As you are suffering and dieing she hides behind the walls of palace cowering in fear. that is all"

As the explosion throws shrapnel yards in all directions the Inquisitor dives down underneath the table.

Unfortunatley for the Inquisitors, the Warehouse is rigged with a Silent Alarm, which alerts the nearest KNPD Station, without sirens, a trio of KNPD vans pulls up, loaded with Officers in S.W.A.T gear, the vans stay out of immediate view, meanwhile, a single KNPD car pulls up with 2 Officers in it, parking in the normal parking lot.

IF theres a sewer runoff the Inquisitors rig the doorway with a tripwire to the grate and they drop down into the sewers. What looks like a sewer hatch turns out to lead into a small, conrete, subteranean room with a grating at the back.

The Inquisitrors knowing that the explosion bought them some time apply a small amount of c4 to the grating and detonate it. As soon as they pull grating away they will crawl into the sewer system.

They quickly drop into the sewer and the 8 Inquisitors as a group begin heading in one direction and immediately make a turn at the first intersection they find. The Inquisitors all carry glock 9s and they have 4 frag grenades among the 8 of them.

They keep moving with their guns drawn getting as much distance as possible from the warehouse. At a particullary narrow oneway passageway leading into a main path one of the inquisitors puts a chunck of silicone composite explosive on a large pipe and sets a quick 2 minute timer on it.

I am representative from the Kechan communist party. I just want to say there is a bomb in one of the cities public schools that will detonate within the hour. Have a good day." he hangs up and continues on his walk.

With the speed and grace implied by the name "Smoke Viper" she moves at him even as she takes several bullets from the Glock, because she moved she was hit, not in the head, but in the upper-chest and shoulder region, she didn't bother shooting, just drawing back her fist and aiming a powerfull thrust that would traumatize his lungs, possibly puncture them, causing him to suffocate, as the grenade exploded, she launched her thrust.
OOC: Ninjitsu, gotta' love it, she dies, but he'll suffer alot more.
