Not a threat, but rather a warning.

And any rebellion will have to, in the interests of regional security, be put down ruthlessly by the RRF. So by all means....

I would agree. I will not allow my citizens to take up arms against anybody, and until I say so, all people of Utter Madness and half of the land is mine! Any Further Mathematical citizen, including former Utterly Mad men and women, who attempt any kind of insurrection will be put down by force by my own men. They will then be charged with treason, the penalty for which is exile. And I would hate to be an enemy of Aaronisia no longer under the protection of Further Maths...

There is no need for threats, Theocrat.

It was not a threat, Governor. Men in my position do not need to make threats. And it wasn't directed at you, but at everybody in my Utterly Mad territories. I was simply clarifying some legal considerations that will be useful to you in your new post. I hope you like your new post, of course. Unless the situation changes, you will be in it for the rest of your life.

I think we should put RRF observers in the state to ensure any trouble is spotted and put down before we have to send in the entire army....1 observer from each RRF state to make sure everything runs....smoothly....better to be safe than in the middle of a genocidal war, eh?

Given that it is my country, and my military provides security, I think it would be fairly pointless for me to send a representative. Governor Parker is, after all, my representative.

But Daniel and Aaron are perfectly welcome to send representatives. They can be housed in embassy tents until more permanent shelters are erected. (1 day real time)

"Well I want to go home now. Bye bye. I shall give you a week Christopher to prepare for my visit and I shall arrive next Friday at exactly, shall we say, 12:00 pm," said the Bestest Kitty in Da World and straightening her fake cat ears, headed for the airport, her tigers following, one holding Grand Duke Robert's shoe in it's mouth.

Yes, very well.

However at a sign of trouble we will have to deal with it quickly and forcefully until the former Utter Madness citizens cease to think along the old lines and are totally integrated (IE not likely to rebel and have a go at their old pals in Aaronisia...) into your society.

Are you insinuating that I am unable to control my own territories? No, of course not, how silly of me.

They will not rebel. They know the consequences: being exiled. The very fact that you will be able to get them should be deterrant enough for anyone, Aaron.

Even though the UN has banned torture, I'm prepared to turn a blind eye, providing that UN nations here who still wish to use torture provide me with chocolate biscuits.

*Through a mouthful of chocolate biscuits*

"Mmph! Mmm. Chocolate biscuits. Thank you, great leader, wherever you are. Lietenant, get Bishop Blix on the line."

Seconds later, the Bishop was on the screen, straightening his mitre.
"Theocrat, this is an unexpected pleasure. How can I serve?"

"My lord, Bishop, I want you to leave Aaronisian territories. There is no longer any need for inspections."

"But Theocrat, I suspect there might be a torture chamber for deserting shock troopers just over there-" The Bishop pointed away behind him.

"Nonsense, mmph, good biscuits these, you know. What makes you think that?"

"Well, call me Mr. Silly, but the piercing screams that emanate from it every few minutes are a clue. But maybe not as big a clue as the large neon sign that says  "TORTURE CHAMBER" just above the building."

"Ah, you're just jumping to conclusions. Return to Further Maths immediately."

"But, Theocrat..."

But the pilot had heard, and the helicopter was already turning around.

The transmission ended.

OOC: I am writing this on a pc with fantastically fast broadband and Windows XP, in the Hartland room of St. Anne's College, Oxford University! It's incredible. My room here is bigger than my room at home, and it has a balcony! I think I could get used to it.

And here was me thinking I'd be out of the picture for a few days.

OOC: Well for some, while the rest of us are here in our bunkers plotting world domination you're off learning how to do in the sophisticated way....very good.

Well, I would send you some chocolate biscuits, but since the part of Utter Madness which I am governor for happens to be your own land anyway, what is the point in bribing you over this matter?

There would be no point in bribing me, Governor. Further Maths and her Protectorates do not use torture of any kind. Any Administrator who employs torture secretly will... well, they won't be Administrators for very much longer, put it that way.

Losing their job will be the least of their worries.

And remember: I have eyes and ears everywhere.
