OOC: This is a very different type of RP. It is not open yet. It is for any character that has some relation to one of mine…like from the Shentavo Academy. This is a musical thread. Have you ever RP’d a scene and gave you an idea of a song playing at the exact time that clicked exactly? Well…this is it. Read below to receive the setting. Basically it’s an enormous gathering/ semi-formal party. It’s a tale of love, jealousy, truth, and beauty.
IC:
An angel looks out upon the grounds of the mansion. It is night, and the soft breeze caresses the black feathers of her wings. Her dark hair falls lavishly past her shoulders. A black satin dress dons her figure and sways slightly from the wind. Her crimson eyes look out upon the night as she leans against the railing. The night was clear, and the moonlight lit her face softly. “I follow the night,” she sang softly. “Can’t stand…the light.” Thoughts of Michael crossed her mind. “When will I begin….” She needed to see him again. “To live again.” She gripped the railing tightly, as if that was the thing keeping her there. “ One day I'll fly away. Leave all this to yesterday. What more could your love do for me…When will love be through with me? Why live life from dream to dream?” She looked at the ground. “And dread the day when dreaming ends…”

Mar steps in behind her and rests his hand on her shoulder. “M’lady…the hall is prepared, and they are ready for you now…all is in order, and they should be arriving soon.”

Rave looks at him for a moment. “Thank you, Mar.” She watches as he leaves and slowly turns to follow. “One day I'll fly away…”


A tall dark, and brooding man leaned in the corner, waiting for someone. “This story is about love.” His black trenchcoat was set on a chair. “The woman I loved is... “ His eyes shot up as Rave entered the room…stunning. “...her.”

As Daja watched Rave…there was another in the room. Seni…a healer…but for the most he stayed out of the picture. For the most he was the narrator of the story. “There was a boy….
A very strange enchanted boy .They say he wandered very far… very far. And then one day…” Seni passed and walked into the center of the room, unheard by any of the people except for the readers. ^_^. “ One magic day he passed my way…and while we spoke of many things.
Fools and kings…but this he said to me. "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return…." With that being said…he walked to sit in a chair and watch the proceedings.

(OOC Wow! This loooks good! So charcters that would have something to do with your charcters, would sing etc? Are you taking existing songs or are you making new ones up?)

Sorry for spamming the thread a trifle, but I don't think enough people compliment one another on this site. Nice job.

(ooc: thanks all...yea it should be funny as well as a real drama considering the "jealous" aspect of it...oh have I got plans for that lol. Yes, you take existing songs, or make up others if needed..but preferably something real.)

Kain sat upon a small hill, perched still thinking about recent events with Daniella. He thought about he felt about her....and began to sing softly to himself, the wind carried the song down.

"She's got a smile that it seems to me

Kain stood up and walked around, looking around at the water, at his own reflection.

Daja continues to watch Rave as she stops in front of him and spins around. She smiles. "Well...whatcha think?" She asked. She had got glamorous for one person and one person only..and that was not him. He chuckled slightly. "You're always stunning my dear..." He said with a wry smile. "Do you think he'll like it?" Daja knew that by "he", she meant Vaughn..."He'd be stupid and blind if he didn't..." Rave smiled softly and began to walk away. Daja placed his hand on her shoulder. "How about one dance with you're sire..."

Rave was slightly suprised. "Sure...what song?" she asked with a smile.

Daja: I have the perfect one...*a song came on that Rave had not heard in a very long time. The last time she heard this song was the night...the night..the night she was sired...at the end of this song...he had turned her*

Rave: Daja...I..

Daja: Shh...Dance with me...for old time's sake.

Rave: alright...*a music started which sounded slightly like tango. (Tango de Roxanne from Moulin Rouge) *

Seni: Jealousy...will drive you...will drive you..will drive you...MAD! *the narrator continued to watch as the two continued on. They were perfect, their moves effortless, as if they were memorized. Their bodies drew awefully close..

Daja: Ravelyn...
you don't have to put on that red light.
You might think It's funny.
I don't care if it's wrong or if it's right...
Ravelyn..
You don't have to wear that dress tonight..
Ravelyn.. You don't have to give your body to the night...
His eyes upon your face...*he looked at her deeply, as a shocked expression came over her face*

Rave: Daja...

Daja: His hand upon your hand..*he grasped her hand tightly*

Rave: Daja don't...

Daja: His lips caress your skin...*he drew awefully close to her neck*

Rave: Stop...

Daja: *breaks away* It's more than I can stand!!!!!!!*Rave backed away as Daja walked toward her again* You're free to leave me...just don't deceive me...*they start dancing again, despite Rave's wishes. He lets go of her hand and falls to his knees. Rave looks at him, bewildered.* but please..beleive me when I say. I LOVE YOU! *she turned and ran back toward the door, but it closed. She clawed at it to try and get it open*

Daja: I left my heart...I've...
feelings I can't fight...Ravelyn!

*she finally broke the door and ran toward the main hall...leaving daja to his knees*

Daja: Ravelyn..*he whispers*

alright..i guess we can start...basically you've all been invited to a party at the mansion...scary isnt' it lol.

Corothisia was already there, leaning on a wall smoking a cigarette. He could tell there was tension in the air. He could smell it.

Lana walked into the mansion. She had been excited since receiving the invitation. It was always nice meeting old friends, and even people that you never really got the chance to meet.

She entered the main room and saw the guests already beginning to gather. Walking over to the drink, she picked up a glass and took a long sip.

Adrian's black Lamborghini pulled up the drive of the mansion. He parked it and climbed out, looking up at it. It certainly was impressive.

He took the time to slowly walk towards the front door of the mansion, stepping through it and looking around for people.

As Rave immediately retreated from Daja's attempted seduction, she literally ran into Coro. She caught the cigarette as it was about to fall and inhaled greatly in three exasperated breaths before falling to the ground, her back against the wall, and her hands holding the cigarette as if it was the most precious thing in the world.

Coro turned to look at Rave, putting a hand on her shoulder to setady her, and allowing magic to flow through his arm to calm her. "What happened?" he asked. He could have just read her mind, but he wanted to find out the old-fashioned way.

A lone figure walked slowly out of the mist and up the stairs to the mansion
He was wearing a beutiful tux with a fiant greysh bluesh shirt. He entered the mansion and looked around

She turned to him and grasped his hand tightly, sending the images and words of what had just happened to him. She was speechless...said nothing...but softly sang...her voice was trembling..
Once upon a time there was a girl *her eyes were in tears*
In her early years she had to learn
*she recalled the lab*
Hurt them to see the pain across my face
Everytime his fist would put her in her place
Shadows stir at night through a crack in the door

Jealousy...can drive one...mad...*she looked up at Coro and stood up, her tears evaporating quickly...* But he took me from that...he saved me from all of that...

The man slowy walked over to a window and watched as it started to rain. He stood there watching the rain pelt the window in a patern

Kenja looked at him from the opposite side of the window and smiled. "Well why don't you come in?" she laughed as she saw the familiar face.

Coro held her hand tightly in his own, absorbing the memories of what had happened, still calming her.

I swear one day I'll snap and kill that man...

"I understand. And I remember that time. How ..." He shook his head, trying to clear the images. "He saved you from that ... But what did he send you into?"

Rave looked at him. "I'm not sure...I'm not sure...I'm Ok." she repeated...slightly startled. She wished Vaughn was there, but was extremely greatful for the comfort that Coro provided. "He's the only one I can't control...the only one that has control over me...I'm..Ok.." she said as she stood up.

Seni: A motorcycle roars on the highway toward the mansion. A girl has her arms around a figure in a black leather jacket with black hair....*Born to be Wild blares loudly* Ten Guesses who that is guys...

"He can control you ..." Cro said slowly. "I could break that link, but only with your consent. And ... It would also hurt ... quite a lot for a short while. But if you want me to I can make it so he can never control you again."

Mar looks at Qui and Coro... "Heaven....must be missing an angel...missing one angel child of joy here with me....right no...OW!" *he yelled as Seni glomped him over the head.

Seni: "No shit Sherlock! She is right there...how can she be missing!? We found her...now run along and let me finish the story. *snickers*

((Joshuha was already inside))
Joshua just laughs and says "I'm already in."

"He can control you ..." Cro said slowly. "I could break that link, but only with your consent. And ... It would also hurt ... quite a lot for a short while. But if you want me to I can make it so he can never control you again."

Rave: No...he'd never hurt me...I know how to resist him...hopefully he won't try anything again...i sensed it for the first time then. His immense jealousy over Vaughn...it's...so deep..I can't beleive I've never noticed...*she said* There is a party in the main hall and I'm supposed to be there in greeting...Come with me...will you?"

Coro didn't even have to think. "Yes, I will come. Of course I will. I just hope I was invited."

OOC: I gotta go.

"Of course you were...didn't you get the invitation?" *she looked suprised.

Daja sensed his presence, and cursed slighty....he had destroyed his invitation.

"No," Coro replied. But just by looking in her eeys, he could tell he ahd been invited. If not formally, he had just received an invitation.

"Oh...that's strange, anyway, let's go...still waiting for many to arrive." *she smiled, still a little shook up, but basically ok. Why had she not seen it before? She walked toward the main hall*

Not far away, at the ruins of a building, that lab where Ravellyn came to our world, a lone figure stood, shadowed, standing, over viewing the moss-covered rubble that once was the lab. He was singing, he was singing a tune that was made by a captain of a slave ship after he was saved by god during a storm. His voice made it different, it was haunting in the way that it soared above what humans sing, and the way that the melodies blended into one another. He sang,

Amazing Grace,
how sweet the sound
that saved a wretch like me,
I once was lost but now I'm found,
was blind but now I see

As the figure slowly walked away, he felt something oddly familiar, something, old, powerful, for a second he felt like his old self, the hunter that came to this lab to kill, to kill an angel. And so he knew who he felt, he had felt the one who had saved his life, saved him form more sorrow than he could have ever withstood. And so he went to the manor, his trench coat swirling around him, his katana gleaming at his side.

At that same lab a man sat there remembering what his friend told him as he looked at the ruins.

Slowly the figure turned to the man,

"who are you, what is your name, why are you here?"

"No one. I'm only hear to see if what my father's best friend told me is true," the man says as he walks away

Coro followed Rave, about a foot beside her and to her right, almost as if a bodyguard. He was glad he had been able to help her. He seemed to be the only one able to control Daja. Ever. And there was only one person that could ever control Coro.

And Coro had killed him.

"No one. I'm only hear to see if what my father's best friend told me is true," the man says as he walks away

"wait, what did he tell you, who are you?"

Theallas (of course it was Theallas) ran forward, in his eyes are a thousands questions, he wishes to know this man

"who was he, was it Adam, it wonder?" he says this last part to himself, he is trying to cach up with the man.

"Coro...who is that man there..." she said looking at Theallas , whom was walking through the door...she no longer looked anything like the angel she had been so many many ages ago. Her hair was now black as well as her wings. Her eyes had turned a deep crimson on the account of her receiving the embrace. Her skin was much paler, but she was much wiser.

Joshua looked at the rain hitting the window and tried to remember his father as best he could

A girl placed her hand around Joshua's eyes. A familiar and bright voice said, "Guess who..." *the rain fell down on them, and the girl smiled.

James deGritz was sitting in his transport on his way to Rave Shentavo's mansion for the second time in his life. The Hippogrith support craft wasn't designed for comfort, even though it was upgraded for James, comfort wasn't something the military built into their designs.

He had cleared all the necessary permits and permission and all that was left to worry about was the party invitation he received. He guessed that with all the contact he has had with Rave recently, it was inevitable that he would recieve a invite, but he still couldn't help feeling a little odd about the whole thing. He knew he had to go, it would be rude not to seeing as she came to his conference.

He perpared himself for another interesting experience...

I left alone, my mind was blank
I needed time to get the memories from my mind.
What did I see, can I believe, that what I saw
that night was real and not just fantasy.
Just what I saw in my old dreams were they
reflections of my warped mind staring back at me.
Cos in my dreams, it's always there, the evil face that twists my mind
and brings me to despair.
The night was black was no use holding back
Cos I just had to see was someone watching me.
In the mist, dark figures move and twist
was all this for real or some kind of hell...

He readied himself as his pilot begun the landing sequence towards the helipad...


OOC: I think this will do, I will (obvicously) not have music with every post, but when something happens that changes the atmostphere, or some big feeling come along, I will post some relevant song to go with it.

The Hippgrith Support Craft is cable of pretty heafty damage and looks pretty much like it could do it, however, James has used them before as a standard transport vehicle and he takes guards everywhere. While he does trust Rave to some degree, he likes to have trained men around, for more then defence... it's nice to have a Iuthian around to keep company.

However... I'm not sure if he will bring along Tiara, she may be perfectly suited out for him (by the PR minister if you can find the thread) but she has a obvicous political agenda that James has ignored for a long time, much to her annoyance.

Joshua smiled and already knew who.
"I already know who it is," he says as he turns around.

"No you don't..." she giggled slightly and kissed him. "Now guess who..." she looked up at him and wrapped her arms around him.

Joshua smiles and hugs her and says "Kenja. I missed you."

((*wishes he understood this secret little society of fantasy storylines.*))

Kenja: And i missed you a whole lot more...*she laughed* "So...how've you been?"

"Great other than the Elite unit has been disbanded due to lack of funding," Joshua says

"Aww...poor baby..." she smiles. "Shall we go inside?"

"Sure," Josahua says

Kenja smiles and leads him in. "You know...I never thought that you'd come..."

"And miss a chance to see you again. Never would I miss anything like with that chance," Joshua says

A motorcycle burst through the door rushing past Kenja and Joshua.

Kenja: Great...

Qui hoped off the motorcycle, helping Azari off. "M'lady." he said with a smile. She got off and smiled...they had lost the police officers miles back...they were yelling something about slowing down. Their eyes met, but Qui was torn by Rave's presense. He immediately left Azari, and went to Rave and Coro. He sensed the tension. "What happened?" he asked, and was later comforted by Azari's hand on his shoulder..

"Always trying to make a entrance," Joshua says with a laugh

Qui: *yells back* It was an entrance..


Kenja: *slaps forhead*

"Don't make me come over there!" Joshua yells back

Qui laughs slightly...

Kenja: Let the sleeping dog lie...*laughs*

OOC: You're still going to TG me and Kain when we should enter, right?

Lana continued to stand at the bar, watching the other people milling around. She took a slow sip, feeling the cool liquid flow down her throat. She pondered whether she should leave, she didn't really know anyone here. Not really.

She began tapping her foot, wondering what had happened to Adrian. She had asumed he'd be here by now. People see us everywhere. They think you really care. But my heart I can't deceive. She sighed. I know it's only make believe.

She began to wander around the room, walking over to the window. She stared at the moonlight, thinking of Adrian. No one will ever know, how much I love you so. My only prayer will be, one day you'll care for me, but it's only make believe.

OOC: You're still going to TG me and Kain when we should enter, right?

Theallas saw Rave, his only reaction was somethng muttered in elvin under his breath, almost imediatly his hand went to the pommel of his katana, the dragon on the hilt plainly shown, he seems to pause for a second he slowly approaches, "Ravellyn? What happend to you? You are, different now, darker, more like myself, a creature of the shadow." he pauses and thinks, slowly letting his guard down, now his magic visible to those who looked, the magic was much more different mow, still as dark, but now more reserved, tempered now by a cold calmness that, to tell you the truth, was scarrier than when he was a maddman, he had also become much more powerfull than the last time they had met.

Coro looked at the dark elf who stood facing him and Rave. Coro's mood was not one for playing. His face was grimset, and any incidents here would be dealt with ... harshly. As he stood there facing Theallas words ran through his head ...

Adrian stepped quietly through the rooms of the mansion, eventually finding the person he was looking for. Sneaking up behind Lana, he tapped her on her right shoulder, before stepping around to her left and giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Lana turned at Adrian's touch, and smiled as her eyes registered his features. She placed her arm around his neck and kissed him. "I thought you weren't coming." She looked him in the eye. "I was afraid you had forgotten me already."

He looked down into her eyes from his bent-over position over the stool she was sitting on. "How is that possible?" he whispered quietly to her.

Through his mind he couldn't get out the words ...

I believe in you ...
I'll give up everything just to find you ...
I have to be with you to live to breathe ...
You're taking over me ...

. As she spoke, two sharp fangs were revealed and the change in her became evident. An angel had been taken into the embrace...an angelic vampire.

I've got a taste for danger.. *she looked at Coro slightly with her infamous smile for a moment. He knew this all too well*

I wasn't addressing you...but I doubt you have more knack for getting into trouble than I do... *she smiled with a challenging glimmer in her eye. As more guests were arriving the music was playing in the background. The angel looked up at Coro. She tried to forget what happened with Daja, but it stayed at the back of her mind. She took his hand and pulled him.* "Come on...let's dance." *she said as the fast paced music picked up*

"I won't say no," he said, leading her out onto the dance floor. "You think a little too loudly." That same rhyme kept running through his head.

"As do you..." she replied with a smile. This time, she did not think, but sung in a melodic voice. "How can you see into my eyes, like open doors? Leading you down into my core, where I’ve become so numb. Without a soul. My spirit sleeping somewhere cold until you find it there and lead it back home."

Joshua looks at Kenja and has a faint trace of a smile on his lips.

Lana smiled at Adrian. "I guess I still can't believe you're mine." She stood up and faced him, looking deep into his eyes. "Looking out on the morning rain, I used to feel uninspired, and when I knew I had to face another day."

She sighed as she looked to the floor. "Oh, it made me feel so tired." She looked back into his eyes. "Before the day I met you, life was so unkind. But you're the key to my peace of mind.

She kissed him lightly on the lips. " I love you." She smiled. "Cause you make me feel like a natural woman."

"I beleive there is a closet nearby," she laughs and Joshua and raises an eyebrow in suggestion.

Joshua laughs and feels something almost like Phoenix is with a family member. He just shakes off the feeling

She laughs as well, then smiles mischieviously. "Or...if you would perfer..." *she whispers something in his ear and smiles.*

Joshua smirks even more and says "Whatever you would prefer. I've made enugh choices."

Adrian smiled, looking down into Lana's eyes. "Frozen inside without your touch, without your love," he sang softly to her. "Darling only you are the life among the dead."

Coro responded likewise, singing softly the next verse of the song, which ahd been running through his head. "Wake me up inside. Wake me up inside. Call my name and save me from the dark. Bid my blood to run, before I come undone. Save me from the nothing I've become."

Rave smiled. "First of all, you're blood is running...and secondly you aren't nothing." She laughed and continued to dance. "And what could I possibly save you from?"

Kenja: Com'mon...let's dance...*she smiled* Then later...yeah..

"Sounds great to me. I've got all the time in the world," Joshua says as he smiles

Coro shrugged, smiling. "I don't know. It's just been running through my head," He lowered that selfsame head closer to hers smiling down at her. "As you well know."

"And besides ... There are some things you could save me from."

"Like what?" she said with a pressing smile. Daja entered the room silently, his presence going unnoticed. He leaned up against the wall and lit a cigarette. He watched Ravelyn and Coro dance, but more importatly...his angel. His eyes upon your face...his hand upon your hand...his lips caress your skin...It's more than I can stand! *he said softly to himself, his words undetected*

If Coro had been actively paying attention to the rooma round him, he could have told there was something extra there. As it was, he was not paying attention. So, he did not notice.

He shrugged slightly, smiling. "Well, I don't know. I just know that there have been times I've needed someone to help me."

Rave: I'm OK...it's nothing..*she said in a deep breath. She looked at the platform across at the head of the room...
Daja continued to look at her. She is mine... *he said to himself softly*

Haven't I? *he said with a wry smile, pushing him aside towards Ravelyn, who turned and burst into a sprint for the door. She ran through. The second that she started, Daja was behind her. He sensed her feelings..her vunerability....the door closed behind them. Nothing was heard from the room. Rave paced around a round marble table in the middle of the room behind closed doors. Daja was opposite her.
As Qui saw Rave run, followed by Daja, he looked to Coro and bolted for the door. Even he couldn't open it. Sealed by magic...this was a trap room...Rave was not meant to be in there...it was sealed, only breakable from the inside. No one could get in. Qui swore sharply. He knew it...he knew it...Azari looked up to what was happeneing.

Daja: She is mine...*he said to himself while Rave desperately tried to create an energy sphere.*

Rave: I am not...* What the hell is wrong with my magic?

Daja: Don't you remember...no magic in this room...it was designed for your protection...

Rave: I know...I designed it myself...*she said as she walked to always remain opposite to him*

Coro looked at Qui. "Impenetrable?" he said. In that one word, he conveyed immense distaste that anyone could think any room would be unbreakable.

He stepped over to the door, flexing his fingers and probing the doorway. There was literally nothing that could stop him. He had absorbed the energy of angels, devils, demons and gods. Everything he killed, he absorbed.

He was the perfect blend of magic, and in this instant the rage that flooded through his body gave him strength.

For the moment, all he did was probe the door's strength and watch every action that happened inside the room.

Daja tore the table in half, and heard the marble fly up against the door. He moved toward Ravelyn as she backed into a corner. "Don't...I'm warning you..."

Daja: "You're warning me?" *he laughed slightly and ran his hand through her hair, from which she turned away from. She pulled up a dagger...she knew all the secrets of this room. Daja was too quick and hit her...hard. The dagger dropped to the ground, and the angel to her knees* "You would be the last person who would warn me..."*he laughed*

Rave's eyes were completely red by now, as if they were filling with blood. She looked up at him. "Then take my rage without warning..." *she said and jumped up to ram him against the wall at the other end of the room. Her fangs pierced into his neck as he struggled. She had become more powerful than he was...

Qui: Well...apparently not impenetrable..*he said as the doors broke at the power which Coro weilded. Qui ran to the door expecting to see Rave in quite a perdicament...but it was Daja whom had troubles of his own...*

"Like clock work," Joshua says with a smirk across his face.

Coro stepped into the room, pure energy pulsing around his right hand. He looked down at Daja with disdain. "Honestly, Daja. I would've expected better, even from you."

He reached down, picking up Daja by the neck of his shirt, and raising him up above Coro's head, pulling his energy-fist back to punch him. Then he simply let him drop. "Why bother?" he asked no-one in particular.

Some of the blood that had leaked from Daja's neck formed itself into a strem in the air, snaking up and being slurped down by Coro's mouth. He made a face of disgust. "Even your blood tastes foul, Daja. Even an ancient's blood can be tainted."

Rave looks at coro for a moment, the blood still upon her lips. In a tireless effort she walked toward Daja, picking him up by the neck and biting into his neck again. She drained him until the last drop and backed away. Too long had this day been awaited. She flicked her hand and he ignited in flames. In seconds he was ashes. Rave backed up slightly, shaking....what had she done...

You think that you have killed me...but you have only made me stronger. *a voice lingered in her mind*

Coro stepped toward Rave, putting his arms around her, taking the biggest gamble of his afterlife. He did his best to comfort her, but he knew how one felt after killing their own sire. After all, hadn't Coro done the same?

He'd killed the most famous vampire to ever grace the planet, and also the one to see the potential in Coro and sire him as he slept.

"And it looks like someone is mortaly wounded or dead," Joshua says.

She stammered slightly away from Coro and Qui, unable to comprehend what was happening. She ran toward the window and dove out, free falling towards the ocean. She dove into the icy waters and climbed up onto the beach and rested on her back. It was the same beach that so many millenia ago she had washed up on from the lab in the exact same spot.

Joshua sighs and slowly starts walking towards a window and looks out and watches the world

Coro held out a hand to stop Qui. "Stay here," he ordered, before calmly stepping through the wall and gliding down, to come to rest about two hundred meters down the beach from Rave, slowly walking towards her, the wind from the sea making his hair and overcoat flow to his left, out behind him.

"It hurts, I know," he said quietly, yet even across the distance Rave could hear his voice. "Feeling the death of one's sire. And knowing that you're the cause."

The blood had been washed away from heer lips, but still as tears rolled down her cheeks they were not of water, but of blood. The sand stuck to her cold skin. Her shirt was ripped in several places from the struggle. She did not want healing...she did not know what she wanted...
Vaughn... she said softly. She did not heed Coro's words. She didn't want to ...she didn't care anymore...how could she have done that? He had gave his life for her twice over...and she had killed him in return.

Joshua slowly walked towards the broekn window and knocked the remaining shards down and sat on the edge just looking out at the sea's fury

Kenja slowely entered the room and sat down next to him, resting her head on his chest.

Coro stopped, about ten meters to Rave's right. "I can;t bring him back, you know," he said quietly, knowing, and knowing that she knew, that he spoke of Vaughn. "You have to do that yourself (OOC: Because you actually know him!). No-one can bring him back to you but you."

"It almost seems as if the natural balence is out of place," Joshua says

"I know..." she said softly. "We went through hell together and back...literally...he will come...I just..." she trailed off not knowing what to do.

His overcoat blew out to his left a slight amount as well. "He will come to you," Coro said softly. "But only if you wait long enough. If you need him, you have to look for him."

"It has already begun I feel," Joshua says as he looks down at Kenja

"I have an eternity to wait for him...all I have is time." she said..."I will..." she repeated...the last words said to him over a year ago....and he came to her.....he would not leave her... "Come what may..."

"At this rate the war between heavon and hell my hit a high and earth will be caught in the middle once more," Joshhua says

Rave looked somewhat suprised as she stood up. "Cease my memories? Even your mind cannot pierce the barrier mine has formed over the years...but never would I ask of such a thing...they are what keeps me from total destruction."

Coro suddenly blinked. His face paled, and he dropped to one knee suddenly, his head bowed, one hand over his heart, sweating and gritting his teeth, his eyes wide.

"Bloody ..."

He was breathing hard for a moment, until he managed to compose himself and struggled to his feet. "Hell ... I haven't had blood ... In so long ... I need sleep ... Or a lot of blood ..."

He looked at Rave. "I did not say cease your memories. I said relive them."

Rave backed away slightly...now unsure if she would be able to fight off Coro if the blood lust took over him. It had gotten the best of her many times...

Coro shook his head. "No need to fear me. This has happened before. I'm not going to attack you. I would never do something like that ..."

He turned to face the sea, sitting down cross-legged and just watching it, the waves beating against the sands of the beach in such a fashion.

She stood watching the waves, and a part of her died. A sharp wind blew past her. Immediately she broke into a fast paced run, following the path of the wind. She was traveling so fast, that one might not know what they had seen.

Coro smiled and kept watching the sea. She needed this.

"It is almost as if the war will begen and the battle feild will be earth," Joshua says under his breath

After an hour she sat atop the ruins of the lab on a sort of spire that had formed and looked out onto the sea.

Qui: It will be worse than that...she will become martyr..*he said looking at the ground*

Rave looked out upon the water and stood on the spire. Four wings burst from her back, forming six in total. She stretched. Her shirt was torn to shreds now as she looked out upon the waters. The balance had shifted...and the beginning...or end...was coming.

Yes, I know her secret. Coro replied. But I won't tell anyone. It's up to her to do that.

Joshua's pain kept increasing. He suddenly fell from the window towards the waters below. Joshua was still holding his head as he fell. He hit the water hard and did not surface

Qui: Damnit! *he yelled and dove out the window after him. He pulled Joshua up violently from the waters onto the beach and looked at him. He was soon followed by Kenja, but Azari stayed* God Damnit Kenja...give him mouth to mouth...*he began the walk back...had he actually cared for Joshua?

Kenja looked at him and touched the side of his face. "Joshua..."

She'll reveal it when she's good an ready, Qui, Coro replied. She will tell you when she finds herself ready. To tell you now would be a betrayal of her trust.

Kenja rested her hand on his forhead, absorbing what pain she could; a skill learned from Qui. "Joshua..." she repeated, trying to calm him.

Joshua stoped trying to remember and slowly started breathing normaly and the pain stoped. He heard Kenja's voice and focused on it trying to snap out of it

Rave's tears fell into the ocean, and a slight tremor was felt throughout the ground for miles.Then it ceased. Rave withdrew her wings, which was a painful process as the skin healed over them. Two were left in place of the six. She had received a message though wouldn't share it.

Joshua openeed his eyes again and looked at Kenja. He cougheed up some water then smiled.

Kenja: Alright...so maybe the closet is out of the picture for now... *she smiles and hugs him tightly. Her silvery hair was wet and clung to her cold body. Her ice blue eyes caught his.

Joshua just smiled and kissed Kenja and says "Not completly"

Kenja kisses him back, rolling on top of him, completely unaware of Coro's presence there.

Joshua still weak from the fall wraps his arms around Kenja and holds her tight and continues to kiss her.

"You know what? The mansion has tons of free rooms...why don't we... *the rest was unaudible* :shock:

Joshua just smiled and says "Sure sounds great."

"Unless Rave or Qui is watching I don't care...who else would be out on the beach anyway? and Qui left...and Rave's miles away...." She looked at Joshua's wet cloths. She was drenched as well. "You know, we should get you out of those cloths...you might catch cold.." :P

Kenja laughs. Her white t-shirt was slightly revealing when the H20 was added.

Joshua wa smiling when he started kissing Kenja again. He was happy. He wondered what his brother was up to at the same time.

Ravelyn rose her hands as clouds returned across the sky. Lightning crashed down into the water a far ways of to where she was. She relished in the rain and was completely soaked. Her shirt was torn from her wings. Her full six wings that had not been seen to any one but Daja so long ago..those several seconds as he watched her in the moonlight. She let the rain wash over her.
Coro...come to me...there is something you must know. *she said as she stood on a clifflike rock over the ocean.*

She wrapped her arms around Joshua, pressing up against him. She was happy. She wondered what her brother was up to at the same time.

Coro was almost instantly about ten paces behind Rave. He stood there, his arms almost disappeared into the depths of his overcoat, which hung around him like a shroud.

"Yes?" he asked quietly.

Joshua shook some watter frfom his hair and continued to kiss Kenja.

The minute she turned to face him, her six wings spread out, signifying that she was a seraphim...Azrael. She turned and walked toward Coro. "I should have told you long ago...I didn't know who I could trust back then..." she said, her crimson eys meeting his.

Rave smiled for a moment then raised her eyebrow, and crossed her arms. "You were at the lab weren't you..." she said as she recalled the day. "That's how you knew...and you found me on the beach. Tell me...why were you there?" She asked inquizitively.

He turned and started walking back to the mansion with her.

Rave paused for a moment. "I see...there is a lot ahead of me...and you." she said as she looked at him. She clasped her hands behind her back as she walked. "Revelations are always fun." She laughed a bit. She saw it now.

"I once had one of those," Coro said jokingly. "Then I forgot it a moment later. Too profound for my brain to keep a hold of it."

"I hate it when that happens...though I usually have to hold onto them...it might mean the difference between life and death." she smiled and nearly fell as she caught sight of Kenja. :shock: "I feel that Vaughn and I had too much of an influence on her"

Coro chuckled. "Yeah. I noticed that earlier as well."

He gently put a hand on Rave's shoulder, turning her away from the two ... erm ... people on the beach. "What say we take the long route?"

"I think that would be a wise idea..." she chuckled softly. And walked onto the water. "He was not the only one to walk on water..." she smiled softly and walked on the water along the shore as Coro walked on the sand next to her. There was something childish in it all.

Coro smiled, as the two of them walked along the beach slowly. It was somewhat ironic, that once he would have killed her for the pure pleasure of it, and now he was almost like a father to her. Bizarre, the way life worked. Although she seemed to enjoy flaunting her power a lot more than him. Well, to each their own.

Rave looked to Coro for a moment. "Coro I have something to ask you...and if you don't want to, it's quite alright. I've never had biological parents, not even foster... I've never had anyone to look after me except for my sire my whole life. And Coro...you've been like a father to me...through out this world before time was considered time. Coro...would you give me away at my wedding?" she asked, her crimson eyes looked into his. "Besides, I've taken on your charisma..." she smiled.

Coro chuckled. "Well, when you put it that way ... Of course. How could I resist my own charisma? And did you really think you had to ask? You could've just said..." He put on his imitation Rave voice. "Coro, you're giving me away at my wedding and that is that." He dropped the voice. "But it's okay. Yes, thank you for asking, of course I will."

"I remember...someone told me that you could imitate voices well." she smiled and laughed. She looked up to him. "I'm serious...it means a lot to me...thank you."

"I was serious too," he replied. "And yes, imitation is a gift of mine. Imitation, Intimidation, Illiteration, all of them."

"Yeah...but I'm not intimidated by you." she smiled playfully, and did a front flip, kicking some of the water into the air. A few drops were prismatic from the sun, and a few fell on Coro. Whether that was intentional or not was unclear. :lol:

The drops that would've hit him stopped inches before, as if splatting on an invisible wall, and fell to the gorund like rain. "I know you're not," he said with a chuckle. "Ancients don't get scared of other ancients."

She laughed slightly at the response and discreetly watched to see if the water hit him. She softly muttered something about "male vampires" :lol:

Coro, in return, smiled and mnuttered something about 'Female Vampires....'

"I heard that," she commented with a smirk. She stopped for a second on the water and walked onto the shore. "Hey...how about a spar? I haven't for a long while, and you may be suprised at the improvement from millenia ago...no magic...just..physical."

Joshua was looking atthe ocean trying to remeber what was blocked out

Kenja wrapped her arms around him and smiled. She kissed his neck gently. "That must be a requirement to be an elite."

Joshua just laughed then says "Nope. It just comes as a extra."
What the hell would want me not knowing who my father is or was? he thinks

"Something on you mind?" she asked softly, still enthralled with him.

"Ya. I was trying to remember my father. I want to know who he is or was," Joshuha says

"That's what you think about after...that?" she said still kissing his neck.

"It is just that someone blocked out my memories of my father," he says

"Strange..." she said as she grabbed him and pulled him back down to her. She smiled softly. "Didn't block out any memories of me, did it?" she laughed jokingly.

"I would kill any one who even tried," Joshua says with a small laugh.
He suddenly goes pale and looks almost sick

Coro turned, facing her. "Where, here? On the beach?"

He cocked his head for a moment. "Sure. Although it is a little odd. 'Will you walk me down the aisle? Thanks. Mind if I kick your ass? Thanks.'"

Rave laughs at Coro's comment. "Yea...sure...here." She smiles, her fangs pressing on the bottom of her lower lip. "what's odd about it...I've never faced you before...and well... I want to test how far I've come in three millenia.

Coro cracked his knucles and rolled his neck. "I wonder how far I've gone in ... Oh damn, I've forgotten. Again. Well, I know it's over ten million years by now. No big deal how many."

He turned his body sideways, looking over his shoulder at her. "Ready?"

Joshua suddenly gets his color back and gasps then coughs rapidly.

"Of course...but are you?" she said with a wry smile as she beckoned him forward. Her form was elegant. No one would guess how deadly she could become as she build up to a blood rage. Her porcelin skin was lit up by the sun light. Her crimson eyes beckoned him to attack.

Kenja looks at him. "Shit..." she says. Qui...help...

She kicked at the back of his head than did a back flip, putting distance between herself and Coro. She brought her lips to a smile and spread her wings...all six of them.

Coro arhced his back, catching her foot and throwing it awaym helping her on her back flip. He turned slowly, smiling. "Come on, you can go faster than that. I shouldn't be able to see you move."

"My father......was the first Spartan and was in this area," he says

Kenja..."Adam" *she said softly. She used Coro's power to trace it back. Somehow Rave was involved..she didn't know how though.

Rave smiled. "You sound A LOT like my sire now." she laughed slightly. With amazing speed she was circling him, and then gone in a flash. She smiled to her self as she flipped onto Coro's shoulders and grabbed his arm, twisting it quickly under immense pressure.

"Huh that was his name," Joshua says

Kenja: It's nothing...I just...I'm not sure. *she said not fully comprehending it*

Coro's arm would barely twist. It was as if it were made of titanium. "You can go faster than this. You can be stronger than this," he said quietly.

The suddenly he'd flipped Rave over his head.

"He knew Rave be for she was a vampire. If I can understand wha tI am seeing," he says

Rave placed her hands in Coro's to switch the hold. She was in a perfect vertical stand. She swung down, but instead of hitting Coro, she wrapped around him and Quickly extended her leg backwards toward his face. Her eyes grew a deeper red. She was building up a bloodrage...

Kenja: Rave before she was a vampire? Only one left alive is Coro i beleive that has seen her that way...

His hand caught her foot in front of her face, twisting it quickly, the aim to send her spinning before htiting the ground.

Then he calmly let go of all the parts of her body he was holding and took several nonchalant steps backwards.

He chuckled. "Now, now. Sucking your friends' blood doesn't make you many more."

"When we see Rave we have to ask her," Joshua says

Kenja: I'm not sure...she's not one willing to tell much of...

But to Coro's suprise, as Rave spun she capitalized by landing on her feet. She tilted her head. "You've never seen me in a bloodrage...not many have...and the only one who has is dead right now..." she smiled slightly. She was holding back slightly, but persisted. "Hell....it made me a whole clan." she said with a smile. She smiled. She placed her hand on his chest, and with an increaded strength forced him back, her wings adding momentum. The blood rage continued to build..

He chuckled. "Come on, let your full potential out. You could've hurled me across the continent with that push, if you'd made it full force. Don't hold back. At all."

"She might be when she finds out who my father was. He died over 5 years ago," Joshua says

Kenja: Wow...what the hell was he?

Rave smiled. " I hate when you know that." Her eyes turned fully red and she entered a blood rage. With all her force she drove into his chest with her fist, she bared her fangs...and it was obvious she was also in a state of bloodlust.

He calmly deflected her fist lazily. She barely even saw him move. Then his hand slammed forward, fingers curled up, palm outstretched, faster than the eye could follow, straight at her chin.

Surpisingly...this time she caught his fist in her hand. Her nails drove into the skin, drawing blood. She kissed his hand gently, the blood staining her lips. She flipped backwards, bringing her legs up to kick him straight in the face.

"Some one important to Rave," Joshua says

He arched his back, handspringing backwards and kicking her legs at the same time, trying to send her into a backwards flip, unintentionally for her. It was quite obvious he was holding back.

She stopped in mid air, her wings supporting her. "Come on, let your full potential out. You could've hurled me across the continent with that push, if you'd made it full force. Don't hold back. At all." said. Indeed she had gained much strength and agility. She landed swiftly and looked at him. How long had she waited for a blood that would match her blood lust. Of course she would do nothing without asking him.

Azari: Qui look at this...

Qui: What?

Azari: Rave and Coro are sparring...

Qui: Is she dead yet?

Azari: No...as a matter of fact...she's not.

Qui: :shock:

Coro chuckled. "I know I could've. But you know I could also have torn your heart out with that lunge, and you'd never have felt it. In fact, I can make it feel good."

He shuthis eyes, crouching down slightly, his hands extended, palms facing down. The shadows from everywhere near him were slowly seeping into his palms, tendrils of shadow running across the ground.

He opened his eyes, his whole face shrouded in shadows, unseen. His eyes were wide with excitement, showing their large red irises. An unseen wind began to blow from behind him, rippling his overcoat. His mouth hang upon in a gesture of happiness and excitement. To any normal human being, or to anyone except an ancient, this would have been the most frightening thing they would ever see.

"No holding back?" he said. His voice had become high, and was accompanied by almost hyena-like cackles in the distance. Then, all around them, came the howls of wolves. "NO holding back?" Coro asked again.

Then he raised his head to the sky, which was rapidly turning black, and laughed.

Lightning seared across the sky, but it was not Coro's. Ravelyn had a glowing white aura around her and the sea sharpened. At the opening of her eyes it started to rain, drenching them both as well as Kenja an Joshua who were at the opposite side of the beach.

Azari:What is it?

Qui: Either it's the apocolypse...or Rave has PMS...one or the other...

*SLAP*

Qui: OW...*rubs head*

Azari: Male vampires...


White light exuded from her presense. A roar of a lion could be heard as Rave bared her fangs. She looked at the sky as the white lightning soared through the darkness, severing it as it tried to claim the skies. "No holding back." she said with a smile, the blood still on her lips. And I wouldn't mind another taste.

"Go ahead," Coro said, back in his normal voice, as his skin color slowly switched back to normal. He held out his left hand, his palm facing Rave, and slowly a cut appeared along the palm. Some of Coro's blood oozed from the slit across his hand. He knew the bloodlust would drive her to get that blood, now that she had the smell of it.

The lightning stopped, and the sun reappeared. Rave rasied an eyebrow as she stepped forward to Coro. A wave of diziness swept over her. Having not fed in a long time, and having her fledgling feed off of her instead of killing a human, she hadn't tasted blood in a very long time. She looked at it, then into Coro's eyes. As she stepped towards him, she grasped his hand. She pressed her palm to his and the wound closed. Ancient words passed into his mind, calming and soothing. Everything was all at once. There was so much information being given to him it was overwhelming. In a split second she peirced into his neck, drawing what blood she could. From an ancient with much experiance, it felt like a gentle sea to Coro. It was sheer bliss.

"Looks like our little spar is over ..." Coro said quietly. Unfortunately, both Ancients were deply in need of blood.Coro hadn't fed in a long time. He turned.

Qui ... I need a little ... help ... from you.

Qui: And how can I help you...you seem to be enjoying yourself.... *he snickered slightly. The attitude he definately got from his father's side.*

Rave tore herself away from him and fell to the ground. Her arms which supported her were unsteady. "Forgive me..." she said still looking toward the ground as the blood feel from her lips.

Coro shook his head slowly. "You need not forgiveness."

He crouched down beside her, slashing open the arteries in his wrist and holding it over her mouth, allowing the blood to fall into it.

Qui, the help I need from you is a material thing ... And you know what it is. The blood of an ancient.

Rave turned away from the blood. "I can't take anymore from you..." *she said*

Qui appeared behind him. He had already begun the decent when he was addressed. He was newly an ancient. He looked at Coro for a moment and went to Rave. She looked at him and stood up. He sliced his wrist with his fangs and offered his arms. She drank it greedly, her eyes turning a blood red completely. She had taken a lot...but Qui wasn't phased. After all the years of her giving blood to him, he had returned the favor. Rave was completley revitalized and even more so.

Qui looked at Coro for a moment. "I'm sorry, but I'm now off the list for a blood doner, where as Azari might get jealous of you Coro." *he said with a smirk.* Female vampires...

Rave: *glares at Qui*

Qui: Remind me not to piss her off when her eyes are like that. *he smiled* Maybe you should get that checked out....

Rave: *glares at Qui...he had Daja's same sense of humor*

Qui raised an eyebrow. With his hands folded behind his back, he walked back towar the mansion. Rave looked at Coro.

Rave: You've been wanting for so long to taste my blood...that's why you sought me out in the beginning. I offer it to you now...*she said without hesitation. She indeed was fully recovered*

"I've tasted it," Coro said quietly, raising his gloved hand. On the tip of the right index finger was a small patch of glistening wet blood. He smiled weakly, and turned to Qui. "You forgot to seal your cuts," he called out, a long string of blood leaking from Qui's wrist and snaking through the air to where Coro slurped it up. Behind the snake Qui's cuts sealed.

Kenja ... I need all the power I can get ...

Slowly, so as not to shock her system, the power seeped out of her and back into Coro.
