Firebirds only harm people who annoy them. They eat mainly fruits. They don't really have much to do with fire, they just glow a bit. Later in winter it gets freezing cold and pitch black 24/7, so it's a necessity. Of course, if it was a thunderbird, then we'd be dead by now. Tell him you come from Roan City. Most Roanians never see it, so he won't know that much about it. And a wombat that size would make a very nice pet.

No it means that Phalanix now has MANY more weapons at it's use and more Spartan's that have new traits coming in by the day.

Sara muttered something under her breath, then said aloud, "Mending Silver!".

At once, millions of nanomachines shot forth from her sleves and enveloped Frederick's leg, forming what appeared to be a fine silver mist. The nanomachines swiftly and painlessly punctured his skin, and moved inside his body, where they began to preform a full internal overhaul, cleaning up arteries, removing dead tissue, eating viruses, and of course mending bones. After a minute of this passes, the nanomachines emerge, the last thousand or so staying behind temporarily to heal the entrance wound that they made.

"How do you feal now?" Sara asked, smiling at him and petting his head.

"Much better..." Frederick smiled up at her. "Thank you."

Kicking off the stalled speeder, Sara flew a good twenty feet into the air, aiming her newly-reformed gunarms down at the figure using much the same tactics she used on the monster earlier. Her guns lit up, sucking in energy.

The skies above Roania were full anyway, with an entire fleet permanently stationed to provide security. The Carrier was dwarfed by the flagship, the RSD Temperance. Alexander looked uncomfortable.

"The carrier's are equipedd with seansor masks," the AI says as it heads for the docking bay "If threatend the carrier will make a sublight jump."

"It won't be able to." Alexander said, looking at a set of gravity wells on board the Temperance.

"Also did you forget about the fact that a Phalanix carrier wouldn't escape but a New Phalanix is about to," the ai says as suddenly the ships hull starts to glow and slowly at short range a white pulse starts firing off.
"EMP and anitmater combo pulse."

"What? This is kidnapping!" Alexander grabbed Kate and shouted into the speakers. "I warn you, I can have every single Roanian ship attack Reach."
