*Eris smiled, glad that Jai was relaxed at least around Heleina. The Minister seemed to be a good person, and her talk with her earlier had only renforced that idea in her mind. Casualy she moved to a chair and sat down, thinking to herself for a few moments*

"Yes, I'm sure I could interest your leadership in some of our advanced weaponry," Jai says to Heleina, "Which is why I look forward to meeting them and negotiating trade agreements in person. So, when are we scheduled to leave?"

"This is Heleina Winsley, who is this?"

"Heleina, good to hear from you again. This is Paspen."

"Ah, hello to you as well, Kurt <pause> Yes sir and in fact, we were just discussing that at the very moment. We have worked it out for the moment, we only need our destination point..<pause> Mhm..Yes, ok, Verdun it is then...Goodbye, Kurt. Take care and see ya soon." Heleina clicked off the phone and put it away as she turned to Eris,

"I just got off the phone, the we will be taking a private flight to the Verdun International Airport. There is a airliner awaiting for us at Kallisti International already. Once we arrive, we will be escorted by a private security force."

*Eris smiles and nods. At that moment a servant comes by with her bags and stands there ready*

"If you wish to leave at this moment, we can." Heleina got up from her seat and grabbed the suitcase, "Let me just gather my own belongings..I'll be right back."

*Eris nodded to Heleina then looked to Jai*

A portal opens up next to Jai, and his bags appear. Nodding a silent thanks to Washu, Jai picks them up.
"Well, everything looks in order!" he says, hoisting a backpack to his shoulder, "Should we go, mon pitite chu?"

In a few minutes, Heleina walks back down the stairs, this time carrying an additional shoulder bag. She was on her cellphone in another conversation,

"Yes, we will be leaving the palace soon. Have the plane ready for the moment we are ready to depart...Alright. Bye." She clicked off her phone and smiled at the couple, "Excellent. A car should be waiting for us at Kallisti International, ground crews are right now getting the plane ready for take off..We should leave right now." Heleina made her way toward the palace doors as they were opened, revealing a red carpet that led to an awaiting black limo. There was a small black Mercedes behind the limo, obviously being the two Dreisden officials that stayed with Heleina.

OOC: *Fascinated by the Washuu-patented dimensional warp hole* Now if only I can sneak into her lab...*sly smile* Oh Mihoshi....

*Eris's servant moved on ahead and put the bags into the limo and scurried off. Eris glanced to Nia*

A robot takes Jai's bags from him, and loads them into the car.
"Ack!" exclaims Jai when the robot takes his bags, "those blasted things can sneak up on you!"
"ERRR... SORRY SIR. MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE INSTALLED THAT STEALTH PROGRAM..."
"Yeah, that's probably it. Why would I want a servant to be stealthy, anyway?"

Turning to Eris, Jai nodded, smiled, and said, "Of course it'll be fun. I've got you with me, don't I?"
He then procedes down the red carpet to the limo door, motioning for her to go into the limo before him.

Once all were in, the limo slowly proceeds its way toward the airport.

The limo pulls up to the main building of the airport. By now, the news media had well caught on as swarms of camera crews and reporters gathered around as they awaited for the arrival of Eris. Heleina was the first to exit the limo and was welcomed with a barrage of camera flashes and questions. She merely smiled and waved a few times as she made her way toward the interior, Eris and Jai behind her.

Before exiting the limo, Jai turned to Eris and said, "Well, this is our first big public appearance together. The media'll be all over this, especially the tabloids, so we'd better look our best. That shouldn't be too hard for you, I'd imagine, being as cute as you are."
He smiled and kissed her.
"We'd better be going, we don't want them to think we're shy."

*Eris smiled at Jai, returning the kiss*

*Her hand trailed down his cheek before stepping out of the limo. Of course, there was the normal barrage of camers flashes, but then a slight hush came over the crowd after she smiled, then turned back to the open car door and waited for Jai to step out.*

Jai stepped out of the car and smiled and waved to the press. He was used to this kind of thing, having to experience it every time his company made a move, no matter how minor. He then turns around and nods to Eris, taking her hand and begining to procede toward the terminal.

In Jai's mind: Damn news-monkeys...

Heleina continued on ahead of Eris and Jai as she walked up the guarded hallway that led up to the plane's entrance hatch. Only a few public media personnel were fortunate enough to be allowed into the area, yet the Defense Minister only continued to smile here and there. To her surprise, two SS guardsmen stood at the entrance of the gateway, though they wore formal black suits instead of the usual military outfit. They returned salutes as Heleina entered through the corridor.

She was welcomed by a stewardess as she entered the plane, following the young woman toward her seat. Heleina opened the top compartment and shoved her bag into the empty space, closing it while keeping her briefcase on her lap as she sits.

*Squeezing Jai's hand she smiled as she walked with him. When she noticed the gaurds she simply nodded to them and kept walking. no time for the press right now, though they kept trying to ask her questions about Jai. All she did was smirk at them and keep going. Behind Jai and Eris were two attendants with their bags, and they quickly shuffled themonto the plane. Once on the plane Eris moved to take a seat*

you know... I haven't been on a plane in ages...

*She mentioned quietly, peering around as she sat down*

"Really?" Jai said, a little surprised, "Neither have I. Well, I mean not in an airplane, I do most of my travel by our spaceplanes or Tiltroters. I think I was 7 when I was last in one of these things..."
He took a seat next to Eris, instantly reclining it.
"Y'know, I've forgotten what it's like to be in one of these things. I hear that you can actually feel them take off, I wonder what that's like..."

*She smiles at Jai and rests a hand on his knee gently*

yeah, its an odd feeling when they take off... kinda like a really slow roller coaster....

*She fails to add "only scarier because more things can go wrong". With a small sigh she glances out the window*

"Hmm..." Jai says in recognition, placing his hand on Eris'.
"How long have you lived in this place?" Jai asked, "I guess I never really asked, it's just so beautiful here. I would spend my entire life in a place like this, if it was possible..."

*She looked back to Jai and shrugged*

Longer then I can remember. I found this island before it was inhabited, and just found it wonderful. Some of my most loyal followers joinedme, and after the years settlements started up, and temples were built. I lost track of time really... but that's easy for someone like me

"Yeah, I can imagine," Jai began, "it really is beautiful, though, much like the woman who found it."
A smile crosses Jai's face, "So, let's talk about something fun. What're we going to do when we get into Dreisden? I mean, should we make good use of our diplomatic immunity?"

*She raised a brow and smirked mischieviously at Jai. Lowering her voice she spoke to him*

*Eris wrinkled her nose at him in an almost comical way. She continued to keep her voice low though*

*With a soft laugh she shook her head, giving his kneee a light squeeze*

No no... I don't need any wars started with my nation over a little bit of fun. Besides, I'm sure there are other ways of keeping ourselves occupied in case we get bored.

*She winked at him playfully*

"Awww... you never let me have any fun," Jai says, teasing Eris. He pinches her side playfully, then laughs as she squeezes his knee.
"Yep, I get ya," he says in quieted tones, "You gotta wonder if that's legal there, though. Not that it really matters..."
He winked at her again. "How could I have thought this wasn't going to be fun?" he thought to himself.

*Eris squeeked softly and giggled when Jai pinched her. Leaning against his shoulder she smiled*

what? Outside of marriage? hmmm... maybe we should have brushed up on their laws before we left

He ran his hand along Eris' head. "What'd I ever do to deserve such a cutie? It must've been something good..." Jai thought to himself, smirking.

*She shook her head a little*

*Slowly she tilted her head up and looked at him with a smile. He was so sweet, and he made her laugh. Two things she loved in a man more then anything*

"They'd better no peep on us, the pervs..." Jai muttered, "Then there's my reporters. I wish I could trust 'em to mind their own business, but that's obviously not possible in the news world. Aw, our love is going to be twisted to hell and back in the tabloids anyway, we might as well lend some accuracy to their statements."

The plane lurched a bit, then began to taxi. Jai peered out the window and saw that a cluster of reporters had broken past security and onto the runway, taking pictures of the plane departing. A couple of security guards had caught up with the reporters and had begun to beat them down and arrest them. "Hell if I'll extradite them..." Jai thought.

*Eris glanced out the window, making a face at the gaurds as the place started to take off. As she spoke to Jai she kept watching.*

I totaly believe in freedom of the press dear, though sometimes I must admit they go too far... it doesn't mean the gaurds should be beating them up....

*With a sigh she reached over and shut the shade on the window.*

IC: "Honestly, they really bother me..." Jai said, leaing back in his chair, "I mean every time I leave my house I'm greated by a swarm of them. Usually I can at least throw the tabloid reporters off by yelling out, 'Look, there's Jesus/Elvis/whatever', but they're getting smarter. I wouldn' be surprised if a few of 'em stowed away in the cargo hold."
Jai hears a thump and twists around, only to realize that they've just taken off. Almost sliding out of his seat (he didn't buckle the seat belt. :P Gawd, I feel like a pubilc service announcement...), Jai grabs his armrest and pulls himself back down. He's a little frazzled, but other than that he's okay.
"I gotta... stop being so... paranoid..." he says in between breaths.

*Eris smiles softly and rests her hand back down on Jai's knee as he sits again. She hadn't buckled up either, but it barely seemed to faze her*

I guess I'm just used to not leaving my palace... the reporters arn't normaly allowed inside unless its a special occasion.

I haven't left the palace in a very long time... I'm glad you decided to come with me. I can't think of anyone I'd rather have by my side.

However your new nation has an Rp history...there was a nasty civil war if I recall. So unless you Rp taking it over by some means your going to have to stick with method a)...

As for the new nation, you could save it and use it as a practice nation for Eris and Jai's child before (s)he inherits one of our nations. That's what Jai's doing with Sara and the nation of Bandonia (also a spoil of war).

No RP for me today, I'm just a little on the depressed side. One of my best friends' sisters is in a coma, and isn't expected to recover, so I've got to devote my time to consoling them on AIM. Sorry... :cry: ))

"This is Captain O'Connell, this message serves to notify all passengers that we have just arrived within Dreisden and are a few minutes away from our destination point. Please take the time to get into your seats and fasten your seat belts in preparation to land." O'Connell cut off the intercom and flipped a switch that locked back onto the tower freqency of the arrival airport facility,

"Tower Control. This is Flight 202, Kallisiti to Dreisden. Requesting authorization to land. Over." O'Connell and his co-pilots eased a steady descent as the clouds brushed away, revealing a marvelous view of vast forests that covered the area just before Verdun. The city view was much similar as with any other view of any other city, buildings upon buildings that towered over the citizens, who all appeared as small insects.

"Flight 202, this is Tower Control, you have authorization to land. Over."

"Roger that. Beginning procedures."

Reports and film crews crowed amongst each other at the front entrance and main lobby within the airport facility as they eagerly awaited the eventual arrival of the Empress of Kallisit, herself. Airport security was increased as to prevent any media personnel...well, any civilian for that matter to enter beyond the main lobby. Two black Mercedes awaited in a enclosed area outside where the airliners were, various members of the press were allowed to await outside as well.

Rohm and his men gathered right at the gate entrance of the flight terminal, to escort the arriving party while, Haffman and his team awaited with the two vehicles.

The tires screeched and squealed as they made contact with the runway pavement, the passengers feeling a little bump, but nothing more after that. The plane's speed became slower and slower until the craft came to a stop altogethor.

"Flight 202. Destination..Verdun International. Allow the crew of 202 welcome you all to Dreisden. We have hoped that you enjoyed this flight and wish you a good time within the country. This is your captain, signing off." The plane's overall passenger count consisted of Eris, Jai, Heleina, and an unconfirmed number of officials that had yet to leave Kallisti when Bael and Ernst had. A ladder edged closer and latched onto the middle exit hatch of the plane. A stewardess opened the door and all those who exited would be welcomed to a camera flashes, bright lights, and babbling questions.

*Eris looked to Jai and stood up once the plane had stopped. Running her fingers through her hair, she straightened her dress and picked up one small bag she had with her. The only offical who had come with her was Willian Talbet, her Minister of Human Relations. He stayed in the background for the most part and had remained quiet. Eris smiled to Jai and headed for the door, taking his hand and bringing him with her. She was a bit nervious, but kept a cool exterior. William was watching her intently, wondering how she'd handle all this.*

"Minister in presence!" The SS guardsmen by the doors immediately saluted as Heleina passed through the gateway exit. As she returned the salute, another figure approached her, extending his hand in a 'heil' salute,

"Defense Minister Winsley, I am Viktor Rohm. It is a pleasure of your return."

"It's good to be back, herr Rohm." Heleina smiled as she saluted Rohm and proceded only to be greeted again, this time by members of the Foreign Ministry. They exchanged hugs, laughs, and hand shakes as the group immediately dove into questions about the past events,

"I believe those questions can be best answered by the Lady herself.." Heleina turned back to the exit as more officials exited through, Jai and Eris not yet in sight.

Jai snaps his fingers, and wheels extend from his suitcase. The now mobile baggage begins to follow Jai's heat signature as he exits the plane.

"Well, here we are," he says with an almost-not forced smile to Eris, "I wonder what they'll have us do first, have dinner with the Furher or something?"

((Sorry about my delay... my mother came in from out of town. I haven't seen her in almost a year))

*With a wink and a squeeze of Jai's hand, she heads down the stairs into the barrage of flash blubs and reporters. The whole scene made her slightly uneasy, but she smiled pleasently, and waved to the crowd a little*

"Aww... do I have to?" Jai said with a wink to Eris.

He waved to the crowd around him, as reporters' cameras flashed, and CNN rolled. His smile became more forced, though still not noticibly so.
"I HATE reporters..."

*Eris chuckled, squeezing Jai's hand as they made their way towards Heleina and the other officals. William trailed along behind Eris and Jai, not saying a word, though he did smile and nod to the reporters as he passed. Eris smiled at Jai, leaning up to kiss his cheek as they walked. Of course with that one small action there was another barrage of flash bulbs, and questions. For now Eris didn't say anything to the reporters though, she mearly smiled and shook her head, waving them away. There would be an offical announcement later, right now they were here for other reasons.*

OOC: This only takes place if the war against Resi still goes on.

"...Then they're not here, tell them that they went back to Kallisti."

"Then tell them we don't know then. Tell them that Jai and Eris had organized for an early departure and informed the Foreign Ministry that they would be heading back to Kallisti. And since they aren't found at Kallisti then they obviously lied to us.."

"And if they don't fall so easily to that?"

"... You weren't appointed into the Foreign Ministry to ask questions. You should know how to deal with these situations most appropriately."

As Jai and Eris made their way through the flashes and questions, three men approached the couple. The lead figure was dressed in an all black military uniform, a few decorations on his left chest which included a small knight's iron cross. On the figure's right arm was a white armband with the symbol "SS" written on it; the other two wore more formal black suits rather then military uniforms. The lead figure stopped in front of Jai and Eris as he made a traditional salute to the both of them,

"I am Lt. Paul Rohm of the Schutzstaffel. Your escort for the present time."

"Nice to meet you," Jai said, smiling heartily and extending the hand of his that wasn't clasped with Eris', "I'm Jai Resi, and this is my soon-to-be wife Eris. So how've things been here? I always like to have some background information on the places I visit, and sadly I haven't had time to research Dreisden. Being a well-to-do local, can you give me the highlights?"

Paul let down his hand and extended it to shake Jai's. He turned to Eris and nodded his head as a sort of informal greeting,

"She is a very attractive woman, herr Resi. I wish the both of you well."

"Nothing of much importance has gone on..It has been tranquil for quite a bit....There are many things that can be discussed about that, but we can continue that once we are in the cars."

I apologize if this was not what you expected to do first, but arrangements had already been made for that. We will then be heading immediately for Munich (the capital) so that you may meet with the Fuhrer and the political body. After that however, I am not aware of the plans."

*She nodded and made a small dissmissive wave with her free hand*

Paul nodded his head as he saluted once more before turning around. The two SS men stand still and wait till Jai and Eris move past them as to walk behind the two. Paul stayed ahead of the couple has he led them down the red rug and camera flashes. Security officers were employed along the lines just in case any of the reporters tried to go that extra mile.

The group headed toward the second car, a black Mercedes limo version of a SL420 (I think that's correct) with deep tinted windows. The chauffer (s.p.) opened the rear passanger door; Paul got in first and sat in the seat that gave him a view of the rear of the limo as the other two went into the car behind the limo.

*Eris slipped into the limo just before Jai. Settling into the seat she glanced around for a moment, perhaps looking for the mini bar. She felt the need to have something to drink, she was so used to having either a wine glass or something smokable in her hand most of the time*

Meanwhile, back at the Eris Kallisti Palace, Silver continued to tell his story. "And then everything went dark....I was captured."

Silver was lost in the memories, he had not noticed Eris and Jai leaving or the fact that his cell phone had been vibrating non-stop in his suit coat for quite a while now.

Jai, who had been strangely quiet the entire time ((OOC: Damn RL obligations... >_< )), noticed Eris' discomfort. This troubled him, as this sort of figety reaction from a woman usually ment in his eyes that he was doing something wrong. He looked his sportscoat and slacks up and down for stains or tares, checked to see if he was wearing deoderant (the verdict: yes), and contemplated whether he was being too close or not close enough. He reached for Eris' hand and clasped it, to get a vague idea of what was the matter.

*Giving up on her feeble attempt to find something to drink she sighed. When Jai clasped her hand, she squeezed it, giving him a slightly frustrated look. She inched herself a little closer to him and leaned on his shoulder slightly. A part of her wanted to call Nia as a parent would call a child when they were away for the night and being overly paranoid "everything ok? no boys over, right?" no no... she'd not do that. She trusted Nia compleatly. The elf would call her if something was wrong... right?... sure she would.. not a doubt in her mind about it. She squeezed Jai's hand again. It was still nagging at her*

"Okay..." thought Jai, "She looked at me funny, but went ahead and cuddled up anyway. What's that supposed to mean?"
He sighed, and figured that he might as well ask her. He turned and looked into her deep, dark eyes, and began to speak with a concerned look on his face.
"Is something the matter? You haven't been acting like yourself recently, and it sort of disconcerts me not to know what's making the woman I love depressed..."

*Eris bit her lip for a moment then shook her head. Her voice was quite, almost near a whisper*

*She pulled his hand up, kissing his knuckles gently before putting it back down again, and patting it with her free hand. She did her best to smile, but it came out weak and half-hearted*

Paul began reaching over to the small refrigerator when a small beep came from his shirt pocket,

"Excuse while I get this.." He reached toward his earpiece, pressing a small button as to receive the call,

"Lt Rohm speaking....Dietrich, sir!" There was a momentary pause as Paul listened, his eyes revealing a small sense of dread and bewilderment,

"..Yes sir." The conversation ended, Paul turned to face the driver and spoke in a Germanic language,

"Cancel Verdun. Head toward Munich, immediately"

"Yes sir." Paul turned back toward Jai and Eris,

"There has been a change in plans..We'll be heading toward Munich directly, Von Paspen, our Minister of Foreign Affairs, sends his apologies for this." The four cars pulled forward as over a dozen more flashes came from the media personnel, the first, third, and fourth cars were SS escorts and were soon later joined by four motorcycle officers and six police patrol cars.

*Eris looks to Paul curiously, tilting her head just slightly at him*

No apologies needed... Is there something wrong?

*Was this what she was sensing? She wasn't sure at all, but it was a possiblity. Her eyes flickered to Jai, and then back to Paul*

The Director of the Drakonian Intelligence Agency (commonly refered to as the DIA) and the Director of the Drakonian Diplomatic Corps. sat across from each other eating their usual lunch, together. Both enjoyed their meals together and so it had become habit. They would talk about whatever caught their fancy, politics, their jobs, or just some random thing about their lives, it really didn't matter to either and they had rapidly become fast close friends.

This particular day, they were discussing the rising influence of the United Emirates (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=78302) alliance, as from across the dining hall a man entered. He rushed over and quickly caught the attention of the handsome black-haired and stern-looking Director of the DIA. "We've found him," the man blurted out loudly.

The events causing a look of bewilderment over the soft tall peach skinned women, who had devoted her life to her country and diplomacy. This had never happened before during their lunchs.

"Who," the ebony-skinned Intelligence Director asked, also surprised by the events.

"Silver, sir," the man continued speaking fast as he gasped for air after his run to the Intelligence Director. "John Silver. He's in Eris Kallisti." The man was literally shaking with the news as his mouth spewed the words out at lightning speed.

A second pass as both Director's processed the information. A violent political criminal like Silver (on the Drakonian 10 Most Wanted List) was not something to be passed up, which was why he was so hard to find. He knew he was wanted across the globe and especially in his native land of Drakonia.

"Can we get him," the Intelligence Director asked, as the messenger continued to shake with excitement.

"It's possible," the man said considering. "But it'll be hard. He's apparently staying at the Eris Kallisti Palace."

"Kallisti," the Diplomatic Director, finally spoke up. "I've had General Lippert trying to get be to open diplomatic channel so he can train and equip the Kallistan Army. Apparently, he it's a unofficial pet project of his."

The Intelligence Director's mind was now racing. "We could slip in some of our own people with the Diplomatic team and grab him when no one was looking," he spoke, running everything over in his mind. "We can't pass this up." He dismissed the man, so they could return to their lunch.

The Director looked back to the woman across from him finishing up business before returning to pleasure. "You'll make the necessary arrangements then," he asked.

"I will, right after lunch," She smiled and confirmed.

The Intelligence Director smiled back. "Well then, where were we? Ah, yes, you were saying that Sanctus is quite a beautiful city this time of year...."

"Now that you mention it," Jai said, thoughtfuly, "I've been feeling kind of uneasy, too. Maybe it's just something in the air here, but it feels like certain doom is just over the horizon."
When the driver announced the change of plans, this did nothing to quell Jai's sense of unease. He wished he knew what was wrong, it was being in suspense like this that killed him. Being in the mood to ask questions, Jai said to the driver,
"Hey, did your superiors tell you what prompted the change of plans? I'm just curious, that's all."

OOC: Actually, the driver wouldn't be the one you're talking to. Paul is a lieutenant in the SS, he's the one that you would be speaking to.

Verdun, Dreisden

Paul looked up to Jai as he asked his question, but slowly shook his head,

"I am sorry, Mr. Resi. But my superiors only told me to have you and Lady Eris to be brought to Munich directly, asap. That is all.." In truth, Paul knew far more than just the immediate change in travel route, but he was not in the position to reveal such truth..all would be told by the fuhrer when they met him.

The street that was once filled with excited crowds was still brimming in such activity. As the motorcade steadily approached, people leaned on over to see the approaching cars as police officers ensured that no one stepped over the set boundaries. All other vehicles were cleared from the road except for a few police cars that were parked around various street corners.

*Eris frowned, and glanced out th window as they changed direction. Her hand squeezed Jai's, and she sighed*

Well... things are not going as smoothly we would have hoped then...

*She was speaking mostly to herself. She could tell Paul knew more, but wasn't saying anything. This irritated her slightly, but she wasn't going to take out her frustrations on a man simply doing as he was told.*

Contemplating the ammount of truth in Paul's answer, Jai wondered if he should strain himself and attempt to read Paul's mind. The last time he did such a thing a blood vessel burst in his brain shortly after probing through his victim's thoughts, so he wasn't too eagar to preform such a feat again. Besides, Washu had warned him against straining himself too much in that department, and reminded him that even though he was minorly empathic, it wasn't good for much but his uncanny (when it wants to be) intuition. He sighed, and took a pack of cigs out of his coat pocket.
"You mind if I smoke?" he asked Paul, "And does anyone else want one? I know I need something to cool my nerves right now, and to hell with my health. If my body dies on me, I can always get a new one."

((OOC: Shouldn't there be decoy cars in the parade? Otherwise terrorists might get some ideas...))

*Eris looked back to Jai and smiled a bit. Letting go of his hand she made a "gimmie gimmie" moition with her fingers at one of the cigarettes. If she didn't smoke or drink soon she'd go insane. Its best to keep the Goddess of Chaos calm at all times kiddies*

I wonder what the crowd would think if the limo suddenly exploded from Eris' towering rage. They'd probably say it was Qal Ueda or whatever terrorist networks we have in NS.))
Jai flicks her a cig, and tosses her his fancy gold-plated lighter before she could attempt to use her powers to light the thing.
"Best not to have things be too random..." he thought.

OOC: There are a few decoy cars along with escort cars that blend in with the limo Eris and Jai are in.

"By all means, Mr. Resi. I understand if you need something to calm yourself," Paul turned toward the left window just to look at the tinted outside before he turned his gaze toward Eris,

"Lady Eris..Would you care for something to drink? There is champagne here."

"So you're going along with protecting Jai, even by means of military force...but you won't deploy a single chopper to assist youknowwho? Mein fuhrer...Is there logic behind your decisions that I am unable to comprehend on this matter?" Lundendorff, Dreisden's chancellor, set his cup of brandy down and put his hands in his pants pockets as he and a few others who stayed awaited for the Fuhrer to prepare himself,

"Eris is the main person we're seeking an alliance with Jai as a sort of...bonus, though I hate using that description. They're both in Dreisden and if we simply just gave Jai up..well, you know the consequences. And..He isn't here now, is he? Besides..we only fight for them through Danya, that's the only reason."

"...I don't think that is the only reason, mein fuhrer. Excuse for such comment, but there must be more to it other than the fact that one of our allies is part of them.." Gerlich stood looking out the window for a moment, his eyes fixated on a group of civilians passing through the sidewalk near the Reichstag,

"You assure me in my confidence in your competency as the head of Intelligence...But I need not give an answer right now, we can deal with that issue at another time."

"As you say, mein fuhrer."

*Eris grins at Jai a bit, putting the cigarette to her lips and lighting it. Cracking the window just slightly, she hand the lighter back to her fiancee. At the mention of drink her eyes light up a bit. Distractions were always welcome around her. Most of the time she spent her time drinking, smoking, and well... *mental cough* relieving frustrations in more primal ways.*

A drink would be wonderfull

*She nodded after blowing out the smoke from her cigarette in a series of oddly shaped smoke rings*

I'm kinda under Godzilla attack at the moment, so I really doubt that my nation is in any shape for a romantic RP. However, Eris and Jai still are together in Dreisden, although Eris is apparently sleeping through the whole thing. Jai, meanwhile, is taking conference calls about the monster and is on the virge of going out and fighting the damn thing himself. He could probably use the help of the goddess of chaos there. :wink:

Anyway, I'm gonna start up a new EK thread in the next few days. Something casual for the most part as Malea Soulseer returns from Whispering Voices with bad news, and Eris isn't home... hmmm... I'll be pulling up a bunch of my secondary characters and stuff. If anyone wants to join in, lemme know. I've been having some serious issues with trying to get onto the forums anytime durring the day though, so I've only been posting late at night/early morning around these parts (ie: 3am EST). I'll be slower then when I used to play, but steady. Sadly it seems the NS forums are only getting worse.

Hopefully I'll see you guys in the forums in the next few days.
