I am representing the delegate from the region "Twilight" And I propose that there should be a limit on the maximum number of nations there should be in a region.
So that the small regions such as mine won't suffer due to loss of numbers. Please visit our nation to see that we just want what is best for the World Assembly..
As Evidence here is my regions URL:

You probably want to post this over in the Gameplay forum: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1234

You do not present us with any legislation to consider. This isn't even a matter for the WA to discuss.

[OOC: Wrong forum, dude.]

The only way to limit the number of players per region would have to be changed at the code level and implement a check sum and have the presence of an incoming nation into a region verified against that "if-then-else" loop. Which is not going to happen because people have free will and can go to any region they want (except any region they were banned from).

Have you ever thought about moving to another region that has more people? Sure you cant be the delegate but usually theyll listen to how the region is going (atleast in the case of BigTex for Texas)

You could always find a region that's just starting up and help build it.

Not to mention that the feeders, the Rejected Realms and Lazarus would have to be exempted from those limitations (or have their limits set extremely high) to keep people from not being able to create new nations, eject nations or resurrect dead nations due to the limit.
