Hello everyone. I recently created the region called The New Land and I invite everyone to come and join. We are a democracy government and we let our citizens have peace and prospierity. We have many government positions open and if you let me know I'll be sure to consider. Currently we only have federal positions but soon our capitol will be constructed and we will have congressman and senators. If you want a position now all you have to do is submit an application to me (why you should have the job, expierence etc.) and I will look over it. But, when we have enough nations in "The New Land" we will have elections in our Civil HQ.
Thank You,
President of The New Land

Articles of Government Federal Positions- The President and the Ambassador are the only ones elected. The President is chosen from the presidential election which comes every month. The President is in charge of signing bills put into office by the Senate and the House of Representatives. The Ambassador is chosen from WA Nations throughout The New Land. The Ambassador will work closely with the Secretary of Foreign Affairs to establish good relations with other regions. All of the other federal positions are chosen by the President after he (or she) is elected.

Gubitorial Positions- The gubitorial department of The New Land consists of the chief executive officers of the states. Each state gets one Governor. He (or she) will be in charge of their individual state. They will enact the bills passed by the Federal President into their state. He will also determine the annual budget for his state. Gubitorial elections will be held every three weeks. All members of his state can vote in the election.
Congressional Positions- The congress of The New Land will establish bills to be voted on by the Senate, then the House. If it passes then it will go to the Federal President. The Senate holds more power than the House because of the different states. The two states are Haghyin and Nomika. Each state has two districts. Each state gets one Senator and each district gets one Representative. Every two weeks there will be congressional elections. There will be a midterm election and then the general election in which the nations vote on both the Federal President and the congress. The President of the Senate is elected by vote of the nations of the region. But, the President of the Senate must already be a Senator of a state of The New Land. The President of the Senate will call the Senate to order every time there is a meeting. He (or she) also will send passed bills to the Federal President to then be signed or vetoed. The Speaker of the House of Representatives will do all of the same duties of the Senate President except do them for the Representatives. The same process is involved in choosing the House Speaker.
Court of Elders- The Court of Elders is the Judicial Department of The New Land government. The Federal President will sign or veto bills passed by the congress but the Elders are able to declare acts of the President unconstitutional. If this happens it will then be discussed by the Elders. If they come to an agreement then the bill will either be discontinued or just continue. To ensure that the Elders don’t go around and stopping every bill they see the regular Elder positions will be chosen by an elective process in which the voters will only be government position holders. Every time a new Federal President is elected, then new Elders are elected. But, the Chief Elder will be chosen by the President. That Chief Elder remains in command until he steps down. Then the new Chief Elder will be chosen by the current Federal President. The Deputy Chief Elder is chosen by the Chief Elder. The difference between regular Elders and these two is that they are the ones who can declare acts unconstitutional.
