If this is meant to be a recruiting thread, you should tell people what's so great about your region that they should be bothered to join it.
If it's meant to be a "News from the Region of Imperialism", then you should provide some news.
If it's just meant for "Hey, I'm from Imperialism too!" posts, you've got a regional message-board for getting-to-know-you exchanges.
