But tell me this. I am an election candidate for WA delegate, but the admin of our discussion group has removed my access to the discussion group! Has such a situation been known before?

I've never seen it happen before... but then I've never looked at your native region before this (let alone had a nation within it), either.
Anyway, this thread looks to me as though it really belongs in the 'Gameplay' section of the forum, rather than here, so I suggest that you ask the Mods whether they'd like to move it...
