Hello everyone. The IoM has lost it's founder. Can some-one please tell me waht to do now?:confused::confused: I e-mailed the mods but they have'nt replied. Can some-one please help me? Thanks,

Many regions live on without their founder. Check to see your powers as Delegate.
EDIT: Your founder seems to have given you access to the regional controls. You can change the regional description (the World Factbook Entry). See if you can do Founder functions, such as ejecting nations or password-protecting the region. Such actions will cost you influence -- the game will tell you how much -- but it builds up again.
Re your RMB queries: I dunno how you "emailed the mods", but --
To get a request answered, post it in the appropriate forum or, if it's private, via the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/32398/page=help) page.
You can't request or otherwise influence the Featured Region function. It's random.
