I applied for WA membership,
I don't want to be bound by their laws,
will I be able to bail after they accept me?
Thanks

They will actually send security to your house to enforce compliance with WA law.

You can if you like, but expect bounty hunters to come after you with an improbable array of customisable weapons. When the WA posts bail, the WA ain't going to let you skip.

Do get back to me after you join and let me know if the "Resign from the WA" button is still there. We need a beta tester. (I remember back when it was still the UN and the buttons were blue, blah blah, kids get off my lawn etc.)

Yes. But why join if you don't want to be bound?

To answer your question, though you are in the posting in the wrong thread. But yes after you join and a law is passed or seems is about to be passes, that you don't like you can leave.

The WA has more power to enforce its decisions than the actual UN.

Those were good days.

I still can't believe that the actual U.N. threw a hissy fit.

Neither could we -- which is why it became our April Fool's non-joke.

Kinda miss the UN, it gave a more worldly, realistic touch than the WA... It was way funner to see the UN try to pass stupid resolutions, I guess for satirical part of it, now with the WA its not as funny since it doesn't seem to be poking fun at the UN anymore. That could be a reason why the real UN decided to flex whatever muscle they had and remove it since they know they can't do anything else.

Yep the one and only time in history the UN has done anything. isn't it comforting to know with dictators hording weapons, starving children in Africa, and the World Economy in a state of crisis that the UN can still find time to bully a game into not using their logo.
