Firstly, what is the point in moving from region to region?
Second, what regulations would I have to follow in order to join a region?
Third, how do I find a region that is compatible with my political, social, religious, economic and demographic views?
Fourth, do nations that are in a region get to vote on how the region is run?
Fifth, do nations in regions get to vote on anything in the region at all?
Thank you all for taking a look at my questions and I look forward to your replies.
To answer 4 and 5, the most politically active feeder is the one you're in (the west pacific). They have a senate and a town council.

Firstly, what is the point in moving from region to region?
To find one that you like.
Second, what regulations would I have to follow in order to join a region?
Depends on the region. Some have none, some require invitation. Most are spread about the middle.
Third, how do I find a region that is compatible with my political, social, religious, economic and demographic views?
Search around. Type in keywords like "Liberal", "Equalitarian", "Buddhism", etc.
What are those views? You might be interested in a few regions I've been to.
Fourth, do nations that are in a region get to vote on how the region is run?
Some do, some dont, for some it's not an issue.
Fifth, do nations in regions get to vote on anything in the region at all?
WA members can elect a Delegate. Anything else varies by region.
Thank you all for taking a look at my questions and I look forward to your replies.
You're welcome.

Is there a map of this place or what?
Is there a place I can Control my economy?
Is there a map of this place or what?
Is there a place I can Control my economy?
No.
The world [or worlds] of NationStates remain largely undefined. Many regions have maps, and a rare few have organised broders with other regions, but other than that, geography is up to you.
Also, the only way to control your economy is by answering issues relating to your economy on NationStates.net [Refered to as 'Gameplay'], though you can RP company activities and trade here ont he forums.
Your GDP and other statistics can be found on offsite calculators, and are determined by how you answer issues.
Also, you should have started a sperate thread for your question. For future reference.

Oy vay (oh dear), knew there was something I had forgot. Thank you for reminding me, Kirav.
Political: Represented democracy. Compulsory voting. Extremely Conservative.
Social: All citizens should be given basic freedoms. Persecution of non-violent, non-criminal, religions or people groups should not be allowed.
Religious: Freedom of religion to a point. Must be non-violent and non-criminal. National reigion, however, is Christianity.
Economic: Capitalistic but with some federal regulations to ensure consumer safety.
Demographic: Citizens can choose to live where they please, (as long as they own the land or are given permission to live there under supervision of landowner). The government will not force citizens to live in a certain place due to social class.
These are my views and thank you again, Kirav, for reminding me.
God Bless.

So, Centre-Right and Christian? Much like myself and much of Kirav.
There is a region called Grey Sea States that is very tolerant of such views, though its focus is on RPing.
If I ever create my own region, I would be glad to invite you, but in the meantime, search words associated with your views at the bottom of the 'THE WORLD' page, and results will come up of relevant regions.
