Endorsements and their purpose

Hi, I'm fairly new and I have 3 endorsements, so what does that mean? I don't understand endorsements at all. What can I do with them? What are they for? I know that it means they politically support my country, but beyond that? I'm sorry for asking such a stupid question. Thanks in advanced.

They mean you are now able to submit resolutions for approval by the regional delegates of the w.a. if you get enough of those it will get to be voted on by the whole w.a. You need two i think as a minimum to submit, but i could be wrong on that.

Also, the nation that has the most endorsements in each region becomes that region's 'WA Delegate'... although some regions have elections for that office, and require that endorsements be reassigned to match the results, and many regions set upper limits on the number of endorsements that ordinary members are allowed. Being a region's WA Delegate lets you approve WA proposals, increasing the chance that they will go to general vote, and increases your voting power on proposals that have got to general vote by your number of endorsements. It may also give you access to the Regional Controls, unless your Founder has blocked that privilege, although you'll have to expend Regional Influence (which itself increases faster if you have more endorsements) to use these...
