What does it mean when the economy of a nation is said to be "Imploded"? And how does one go about improving a nation's economy?
Answering economically-inclined issues positively will result in your economic rating going up.
What it means, is your economy collapsed in on itself. The infrastructure is pretty much non-existent.
Your economy has collapsed. Think Depression on a much wider scale. Encourage business and stop paying for the poor.

Really? Because my old 2007 nation imploded and I tried doing all pro-business stuff, but it didn't seem to work.

Is that imposible, we'll talking about a building, if a building implodes, the building explodes within itselfand collapses. Remember the towers on 9-11, soon after the plane hit the building collapsed and dust and soot poured everywhere in downtown Manhattan, what there saying is that the same happened to your economy, what can you do? Build it again!!!
Lower Taxes, Cut Spending in Welfare and Social Equality and give some to commerce, and be in favor of businesses in issues, and you will see your economy rebuild from the ground. However it may take time, It's been almost 7 years since 9-11 and yet there still havn't built the freedom tower, similar principle.
