What does this mean? Do I have to do it?
Oh and sorry if this is the wrong section, I'm not sure where this should go, as I'm not sure what Nationstates 2 even is, or if I need to do it.

If you do this,it lets you reserve your nation's name for NS2

You reserve your nation so if you want to ever play NS2 then you can have your old nation. You reserve by logging in and going to your homepage. Then hit "reserve my nation" which should be somewhere near your flag.

There's another link in that item that will give you more detail.
You don't have to click the "reserve my nation" link. If you don't, you will still be able to play as Dragon-Light in this form of NS (NS1, if you like), and you will still be able to keep playing NS1 when NS2 comes in.
It just means that if you don't reserve the name, some other player could adopt the name "Dragon-Light" in NS2.
